  1. Positive or negative can be seen as an opportunity. Neutral can be seen as a opportunity to create positivity. It’s about accepting learning and growing, connection is the result of being genuine about feelings
  2. @Sahil Pandit all right well I’ll have you know it isn’t for the faint hearted, in fact it will test you emotionally physically and spiritually. It’s not all pleasant, there’s some healing crisis and emotional tests, etc. Robert Morse on YT and his book “the miracle detox” and also John rose on YT is pretty good. I recommend using the FB group Robert Morse detox for help if you aren’t willing to get professional support here’s a decent 2 part intro to detoxification:
  3. @Sahil Pandit I’m in a detox faze actually and the past month I’ve mostly been raw vegan. 80-90% fruit and fasting w/herbs allowing my body to detox the acidosis and get my lymphatic system moving. The kidneys and adrenals aren’t so great but this detox allows for cellular regeneration and detoxifying throughout for an abundance of benefits. I used iridology to verify what I am needing to focus on
  4. @Sahil Pandit yeah I forgot to show that, inner leg or groin, I have one for on the ground. Also didn’t do quad stretch. Don’t worry mate I’m fine, I use stretching for muscle activation. Energy flow, yoga stuff is still fairly new to me
  5. Geez doesn’t sound fun. Have you done any detoxing? Types of fasting etc
  6. @Sahil Pandit @kieranperez ?? Sahil yes that video looks fun to try Kieran appreciate your attention to detail in the art of body movement. Diet has played a huge part in my stability/mobility/flexibility. I’ve always been a soccer player and when my diet was shit, I had super tight muscles, soreness, inflammation, aches, pains and reoccurring injuries. Fully raw after detoxing can allow for people to run marathons without even training for them, it’s mind blowing stuff
  7. Lets agree to disagree. Appreciate your thoughts, but take responsibility for yourself. i don't need your advice, or anyone elses. I guess you gotta learn somehow. Understanding his audience and avoiding the extremes is key. Stop being a 'follower' and start listening to your inner guiding system. If he doesn't resonate with you then perhaps you aren't ready to actually hear what he's saying. Stop making decisions out of fear and other's beliefs.
  8. The answers are not only in books. All you can do is you. Then you will get what you give, and attract what you need ? develop your truth within, become the watcher of yourself and create harmony. You’re right, you can’t control others but you can control how you invite others to treat you and this is where anything is possible. Embrace the unknown, let go of the known/knowledge. Truth walks the walk, enjoy the journey
  9. introduction to health in relation to spirituality Say hello to this enlightened healer, Robert Morse. He’s full of wisdom and love always saving souls. Learn his perspective on meaning, letting go, dark knight of the soul, simplicity, karma, Bruce lee and the book of knowledge, cleansing and healing. “let life go and become the joy of dancing and happiness” a true ? had to share Infinite love ?
  10. First video (yes the dog wanted some time in the light ??) Ground stretches post dynamic / light cardio warm up (I also left out the ab work I sometimes do during this stretching) notice all movements flow with the breath, this is how most lifting is done as well usually I do some variation of this at the gym before some quick band work, followed by a training session
  11. No I don’t think it does. You see, only dating will solve the dating issue lol. Excuses are just excuses and may reveal other issues. Take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings. Life purpose is a calling and If there’s a willingness to take on this calling, there is no longer a life purpose issue. We create our issues through resisting what is
  12. Nice balance ? maybe I’ll record and post my warm up routines. I incorporate some yoga and bio-energenetic stretches
  13. they are the same, reflecting one another, but i see us getting back to nature (love and connection)
  14. Wouldn’t separate the two but empathy and technology I’d consider within consciousness. We just aren’t biologically suited to consume meat
  15. It’s all the same confusion. Lost in theory and the matrix of the mind. I don’t see killing animals as being part of the future of humans lol Keto diets might offer certain short term benefits but over the long run they will bode as not sustainable, and not able to cure cancer because they don’t allow the body to heal itself
  16. Interesting I never felt much pain while playing sports and getting injuries, and assumed it was because of the adrenaline (also focus). years ago I shattered my wrist and the doc said it was one of the worst breaks he’d seen and had me stay overnight until surgery. I also didn’t feel any pain, only numbness and he said it is prolly because of a pinched nerve. All I know is that night the pain was excruciating and after surgery I had some terrible fever symptoms for a day or two. I now know think it was from the morphine and pain pills they’d given me, the body was reacting and detoxing it out
  17. This one reminds me a lot of you and what you share Love is allowing
  18. @OmniYoga This guys been curing cancer and helping people reach wellville for more than 40 years and be recommends fruit once the body is able to break it down, it’s foolish to assume fruit is to blame for people’s health, here’s another video (short clips) on what he says about fruit (also I’d like to say, this guy has changed my life ?)
  19. Haha okay interesting yeah physics, chemistry and direct experience are a good means to operate from ?
  20. Maybe it’s time we start learning from history rather than basing our lives off of it. “The Ancient Greek, before the time of Lycurgus, ate nothing but fruit,” (Plutarch) and “each generation reached the age of 200 years” - Onomacritus of Athens
  21. Hahaha I think trump has built a very big facade or self defense mechanism stemming from childhood btw I don’t watch movies, movies watch me
  22. Unless we (unconsciously) believe they define us
  23. Oh yeah but it surely impacts our perception, unconscious behaviors die hard? ? It feels strange and refreshing to share your history/experience without having attachment, I suppose this is the same place such behavior arises from
  24. i don't understand what you mean. Im saying meanings are created based off what we see/interpret as being a reflection of our attachment/identity. Does this make sense? Would you like to elaborate on the behavior thing? I am not sure i know what movie/story you are referring to unless it was that clip you shared earlier from the stage yellow thread
