  1. @Rilles when you planning it? Wish you a good trip man
  2. some amazing hacks for anyone looking to better clean up their diet or is transitioning toward vegan
  3. The "cleaner" whole foodie you eat, the less cravings and easier fasting will be...start small and gradually increase duration. Fruit/fresh juice is very hydrating while on a fast/empty stomach. skipping breakfast is usually a great way to start the intermittent fasting. Meal replacement with a green smoothie for lunch can also be excellent. You'd be surprised by how little calories you actually need to build muscle. LESS = MORE Quality over Quantity
  4. Healthy boundaries solves this issue, but people need to be willing to develop them on their own. Sometimes vulnerability can be misconceived as weakness and advice can enforce dependency, even tough love can be an excuse to try and fix or change someone.
  5. My jam
  6. How we define ourselves as humans is key. We were lead to believe humans are apex predators but we are discovering how to become energy producers and thrive as light beings, science is now supporting humans can create their own proteins through fasting. It’s an exciting time, no telling how long humans could live
  7. Did you change your eating habits? Trust and love, work with your body, listen to it, do what you can to let go of the fear/worry and to understand what’s going on. If you like to hear what the doc says it doesn’t mean you gotta hand over authority
  8. interesting! The type of relationships we have with food is going to be directly proportional to the personal relationships with people; all of course reflections of the relationship with hold with ourselves
  9. this is the wrong section lol but ummm what does "eating healthy" even mean? Listening to your body? Shit i've met raw vegans who "eat healthy" according to their beliefs but aren't what i would consider to be healthy consumers. I personally hate limitations and ive learned to not enforce any type of diet on myself but letting go of foods that no longer serve me is a long process connecting deeper with wants and needs to create/seek out new healthy experiences that serve expansion. Can you imagine being fulfilled simply by an idea or a memory of a food you used to enjoy? The experience of eating is quite an intimate one, there is often fulfillment in "going through the motions" of old habits that used to serve emotional needs and developing a deeper appreciation for smells of foods i used to eat.
  10. your journaling is inspiring, the connection is beyond words i've never gotten into or followed any type of "blog" but this is how i'd picture it
  11. damn your parents are quite "far" or developed, that's awesome. My parents wouldnt be so open/interested in what the bleep. That movie clip is epic I didn't listen to much music growing up, the songs i had playing in my head all day were the ones from first period band, but that green day song hit me hard when it came out, seems i knew how lonely the journey is, i can still recall the chills it gave me the first time i heard it on the radio. Surrounded by people yet feeling completely alone
  12. In waiting for others to accept me I will never fully be able to accept myself. Choosing me takes back the power ive given to others, they can simply stay or run away but happiness is no longer dependent
  13. I wouldn’t say that, perhaps if I developed a close friendship with a guy who identified as gay then I might be open to it. I’ve had a few encounters with gay men either trying to be friendly or openly asking/flirting with me since then and ended up politely rejecting them rather than responding with fear/rejection. I have long hair and don’t care , although, sometimes I do care what others think and choose not to express myself. I can be feminine and masculine. I love to dance and sing and I used to inhibit myself and judge it as acting girly or gay. I realize now the energy expressed and the principles I choose to follow are expressions of Love and choosing a more full version of me means allowing for constant change/flux modifications to the Identity I bring forth, judgment of myself and others is just a laughing matter as ‘I am’ all that is
  14. Only the need to express it did. That aspect became a part of awareness Not it goes beyond attraction. I could be bisexual but I’ve always had a strong attraction or aversion to women
  15. To share an experience i had while on a mushroom trip, there was the very same experience of fear/pain or an aspect of me trapped within the abdomen. I believe it was related to the suppressed feminine side. I was sitting on the floor and breathing into the pain, eventually laid back and put my hands over my abdomen and continued breathing into the pain. There was wholeness and freedom, i had been completely ready and willing to die, to surrender, the sense of self/ego and only then was the healing/release of energy possible. Eventually I was overtaken by the divine feminine as i completely let go. Turned into an amazing experience, best trip by far.
  16. Personally I’m into energy mastery. Soccer is my craft, and I was eventually lead to food freedom. It’s been an intense spiritual journey with some intense emotional breakthroughs just this year. Late last year I tapped into energy cultivation by shifting modalities, ongoing meditation and using the breath and chi gong exercises. I’ve never felt more healthy in my life and I’m nearly 30. body and mind are one the mastery of one will include the other No beginning or end to self mastery
  17. @Natasha aww love the profile pic!
  18. you're right Well from what i've seen Paul hasn't taken up and completed a detox diet or solid food vacation, and this is sad to me, he seems to use genes as sort of a write off he's a great guy and i'd love to meet him some day
  19. Meh as long as we drink with a purpose
  20. I enjoy this channel
  21. I’d do more intermittent fasts, consume less or quickly digestible food like smoothies post workouts because the energy will be directed toward recovery rather than digestion. The same goes for preworkout fuel, I’d avoid anything within an hour so there’s no acid build up during the training. Lastly I simply wouldn’t place so much importance on training past comfort or through pain because it’s a silly mental game creating more stress and problems to deal with. Allow the body to be the authority as it is the temple, it knows what it needs
  22. thanks for sharing, finally someone expanding awareness of health/wellness around the fitness field. I’ve been enjoying his podcast. Really amazing work going on.... I’d like to know his Philosophy regarding the human body and how it functions if anyone has a link for that please share! @Identity
  23. I think this is an important point. IMO the cleanse is bringing out all that emotional baggage, stored trauma, or karmic energy and there's nothing for you to do but feel it. Sometimes you will create meanings for the energy based on the past but this doesn't have to be forced. Breath deep, meditate and be the observer! Your body is healing itself, just love it!
