I am keen on living several hundred years myself, it would indeed require true Self mastery, light body, god recognition We are not this physical body, and it it not simply as it appears, it is a vessel and it holds unfathomable powers/abilities just waiting to be harnessed on higher levels

I don’t believe mushrooms are toxic, they only expose any blockages or stored energy in need of being released/processed or healed, this allows for a greater mind/body connection and higher levels of atonement. It’s said not to eat before consuming, meditation and chakra cleansing is important, we consume energy in many ways, unprocessed emotion is stored in the bowels Of course there’s a need to be mindful of how energy is being consumed, what beliefs are held regarding the experience. Love conquers cause and effect

Process your emotions, you can use sound frequency breathing relaxation meditation or the mind activation to release the newly brought forth stored emotional memory, mushrooms are a tool, respect them by respecting yourself, trust your own divine power

This breaks it down pretty well I think I have a friend who recently went through this shift, she threw out all her occult material, stones, everything relating to new age stuff, and it’s having to do with the shifting energy, and how we react and respond to it, developing new faith for personal happiness and empowerment I was surprised as she is very deep, a healer, so I think it’s a black mirroring effect in a process the mind goes through to see and accept multiple paradigms, ideologies etc

Fear, hate and distraction to face what is real is the only self destruction mechanism as it causes disharmony, it is the mind/beliefs dictating what is good and bad, healthy and not; ultimately love is the answer, releasing all that no longer serves, while fully knowing what serves changes in every moment. Learn from attention, do not require justification in what serves, judgment is the opportunity to love greater

The aging process is written out in mental programming, as it shifts, the appearances change as well. It does not matter what others think but what you real(I)ze. the outer is truly a reflection of the inner Read I Ching to know A-ging conscious aging is allowing only love in every moment
