  1. @flowboy interesting yeah it’s maybe not the enzymes but the antibodies, anyways just doing what’s working uhm yeah the noses thing, crazy. Did not personally read that but curious where it has been written, perhaps related to ancient Egypt? Definitely not interested in figuring out what to believe, only what can be utilized tested and verified, feel me? heres another interesting video on drinking urine
  2. Idk the limits, but it takes practice and over time the body learns how to adjust. I’ve found it to vary and naturally conducive to the steady flow type
  3. take it as a (holistic) health message, to be utilized in the spiritual work and with where one wants to be, not an Identity Yes fasting can be dangerous for some and the path is not for everyone. I think it comes intuitively, and fear can play a big role. Some are turned away from initiations due to health risks but personally I never went through one. Work with the body, form healthy habits, and take up energy cultivation. There can be some detox phases which bring up a lot of fear and uncertainty but there’s a ton of processing to be done when releasing a lot of stored energy. I made the mistake multiple times to push the limits and it just created more work/hardship @Carl-Richard it is said everyone has a natural body weight that can be kept with or w/out the consumption of physical food. I’ve heard it takes time for the body to balance itself out. Mine seems to have after detoxing even though I do still eat
  4. I’ve never been a calorie counter, but dont eat much, very little solid food. Usually less than one average meal a day as far as calories go, I’d guess. That’s cool Perhaps, or maybe go through cycles depending on the circumstances. it’s a beautiful gift to tap into, really supports the spiritual journey and burning karma
  5. @TrynaBeTurquoise cool! it’s become quite the game changer on my pranic journey. I used to get destroyed when I’d go from really little food to indulging in dense tasty foods but it works as a powerful buffer, making the transition much smoother Learned to enjoy the taste as well, most of the time it’s exactly what I expect depending on what’s in me and serves as a wonderful alternative to coffee paired with sun bathing
  6. @Preety_India if you’re asking me what do I look like, your doctor? Do the research and test what you want, but what you’ve said sounds interesting there are books as well as these talks
  7. @Preety_India ?
  8. I could see a lot of value in making a mega-thread specifically for fasting, but I'd just like to share this! It's fun to explore the science behind fasting
  9. @Preety_India hahaha love it! “Hey look a bunch of humans who appear to be stuck in 3D consciousness” “fascinating isn’t it” ”Absolutely. Will they ever stop learning how to make things harder?” “Im afraid so, it’s inevitable” “yeah by then, earth will have required several hundred restarts” (? ?)
  10. No silly but fasting should be part of modern medicine as natural healing, ha! It’s a life saver Breatharianism is a lifestyle, it sort of falls in line with yoga and raising your energy, shivambu or Orion looping is a secret weapon for raising energy too as it brings light energy in to clear blockages and increase flow between the brains
  11. Are we attached or feeling connected with experience (life)? Can we tell the difference?

  13. Fun, interesting, long and encompassing documentary on posthumanism
  14. What you think is going to happen?
  15. That's a foolish assumption unless of course you mean the one truth is your own, in that case, it is but a partial truth
  16. No basically the idea is, that’s how the body provides itself with what it needs for the alchemical process taking place within, like digestive troubles, poison, or any disease is usually the result of blockages beginning in the intestines before spreading elsewhere but I did learn the human body can or did run optimally on only liquids. It is what keeps the body so hydrated and able to absorb and create higher energy frequencies all the time. this part sounds crazy, but there was a time people only had noses and this is how they went about life (I did not fact check or do extensive research on these last two ideas, but am experientially aware of pranic nourishment, experiencing high amounts of energy, clarity and connection to nature while consuming much less than I ever did before)
  17. Dude that’s epic! Personally I love nature, trees, animals, Shiva, Hinduism, energy/vibrations, any and all sorts of correlations, insights, especially symbolism and stuff from the past gleaned in a new light. I’d consider it a flowing journey, get away from the pressure of needing to produce so the inspiration is a pleasant surprise, who knows, maybe even creating giants lists of ideas to choose from when it’s ideal But I haven’t done this stuff
  18. @Anna1 sorry about that, I’m like an old man intentionally falling off his rocker as a (bad) joke ? ?‍♂️ “forgive me for I know not what I do”
  19. Indeed quite the silly should (deserves) statement But then again, there's no "others"
  20. ??? that’s how every meal deserves to be appreciated ? undoubtably well earned
  21. @Red-White-Light what makes you want to believe his-story anyways? Plenty of truths out there mate, have you taken responsibility for the one you hold? (How are you so certain it is true, have you researched and considered other perspectives?
