  2. I can feel glimpses of seperateness from my mind. I want to Study Now seriously with all my efforts, I don’t want to stick my bad habit of sticking with self created problems. my University is starting from 3 ...!
  3. I want to discuss something with you all, Hope will be able to get some useful info. I'M returning back to my university as summer holidays are over, so Today I just finished booking an online meal reservation for me on-board, then I thought should i book for my friend too who is going along with me, then I came up with idea that why should I book for him ( I want to tell you all that you all might be thinking that my friend can book for himself on his own but the thing is he don't like to go in these kind of lengthy stuff), and then I wondered that on-board when I will get my selected meal my friend would look at me and say, That If you had booked yours then why didn't you ask me for the booking and he will think me that IM very selfish. What should I do??? On the other hand I think that he is kinda oversmart and if I did that Kind thing for him might be he wont remember that long and will be putting me down in other things whenever he gets a chance, because People don't remember what I do for them sometimes.....!!! I know guys it sounds a weird question or some of you might be thinking me Stupid,,,, Some times these type of questions conflict my inside!!! SHOULD I DO THAT FOR THEM OR SHOULD I NOT.......... and bother for my own stuff and leave the rest people on their own fate.

  9. IM On one side consciously aware that the negative thoughts that arises are normal and I don’t have to identify with them.... but unfortunately I identify with them.... even though I’m practising meditation!!!

HELLO EVERYBODY, I don’t know what is going on my post... but whatsoever is out of my understanding cuz you seem to be all Highly developed cuz I’m not able to understand what is going on with @Feel Good. @who chit... I read one of the comments saying That Self Development is nothing... Are you making me feel what???? I’m a beginner in such things and you seems to be I don’t know what ! ?

  14. @who chit maybe I haven’t developed that skill yet and as you said I might be doing thought for thought observation... Meditating from previous one and a half month continously....
  15. @Jack River FEAR...holds me... My thoughts fear me !!! I work hard on myself so much observing but end up being stressed maybe I dont have a proper grasp of the understanding of observation. i tend to fear during daily observation but not during meditation

  18. @Marinus I think the Goosebumps are really because our sympathetic Nervous system ? fires... As soon as you plan that you are going to sit for a meditation session and you know inside that by doing it you are going to feel a lot better... Your Nervous system fires you up with a boost of Adrenaline and temporary Goosebumps.

Wow, The thing you mentioned here is now making me into loops of thinking that how I am securing and feeding my fear... literally I have been doing it from much time,, will read or think like like something securing my fear and then I would feel a temporary relief,..! I’m getting what. You are tryin to say me... now let me find out myself... I have been tricking myself and feeding my own fear with a temporary tryin of making myself feel better.
