I don't think that Covid was bad for Trump , heck I am not even sure if riots are bad for him, one for sure to early to make confident statements, I think Trump will do better in debates not only because he is better at them, but also because there isn't much dirt that Biden can call Trump out for that has not been already all over the place, but I am sure plenty of people will be interested to hear about Biden.

  4. Thanks, it actually is irrelevant to my first question as it makes assumption that if I experience now, then there is no way that it did not happen ,so I simply used time as other way to make it plausible.

  7. You are making assumption that there is now and that there can't be something else. That's why i am saying you can't grasp what you can't, it gets way more complex and counterintuitive.
  8. Imagine that I planted in your head memory of event that never existed, would it be true, has this event ever happened? Now what if I told you that nothing of your experience has ever existed, has never actually happened?

My interpretation, word nothing is used because it is "not this" actually it is something far beyond our minds capability and does not operate withing our limited logic, or can be explained with words, but I am not know it all guy, so it is just my take on this. All I can say is that when I mean it can't be explained with words and our limited logic is that it simply would require mental gymnastic that we don't have as of yet.
  10. Although it will take way more time I would suggest to deal with your conscious and subconscious problems one at a time. If you wan't faster way, you should go route of letting go, or do doing as some call it, which is actually different thing , end result will be something like flow state. Step one,you will have to overcome conscious thoughts, it is thoughts that arise in your mind and lead to destructive emotions when you put your awareness on them, what I mean by this is that only reason why you get effected by your thoughts, is because you become them, leading to more destructive thoughts,emotions. What you must learn is how to not pay attention to them, not fight them, not try to come up with something else, just let them float without interacting with them in any way at all. Step two.subconscious, it is were things get more difficult, because instead of having thoughts that you can see , it will be only emotions,feelings , this is what you were referring to as your soul screaming that it does not feel good, it can also include fear, anxiety, awkwardness and so on. But it is nothing more then subconscious thoughts followed with thous reactions that seem to come from nowhere. You overcome this pretty much the same way as step one, but instead of thoughts it is emotions, feelings , also they will feel like they are coming from different area of body. Now the problem of simply following these steps is that it will make you like an empty shell, which will not feel bad or good, but you will lose passion , drive to do anything , relate to anything, which will most likely lead to interplay of though, emotions and logic that colliding will throw you back to step one, lead to depression ,huge self doubt, because you want good movie after all, you don't want to throw logic out of window and be empty shell , do you. So to make this more smooth after you have mastered step one and two is to make positive intentions , intentions that you let flow through you and changed whole experience for better. You can look up older threads about how letting go , do nothing works, maybe they will click better with you and for sure will go more indepth , but it will still take time to get there.

It is not about belief but realism, you can throw out belief that it is hard to run 100m under 12 sec, won't make you run it under 12 sec, can throw out belief that you are afraid of something, you might not even know it, won't make it disappear. Can throw out belief that you can't stop your mind from overthinking, your mind will still do it. It is common to overestimate how easy something is after we have done it , especially in spirituality.

  16. You won't I think you must do something about your subconscious and conscious self loathing thoughts and do some early morning running to make your brain chemistry bit better.
  17. Find place in which you feel comfortable, safe when you use substances, it will most likely take forever to overcome thous reactions. Thing to note: Is it something that started recently and lasting for lets say month, or it has been like this for years. If it is recent occurrence you should probably move , or take time of your regular stuff to get yourself together, as it most likely is from stress, some disturbance in your day to day life. If it is something you are living with for years best I can do is give you possible reasons to look into.
  18. That is why I stay out of that grey area, there are very few people who can in any way grasp what I am trying to say and in honesty there are no words to do it justice as it completely collapses logic.
  19. Yes looks are very important, but looks can change drastically from how you present yourself, I am to lazy to look for videos, but if you are interested you should be able to find videos of people changing how they act making person look completely different. Hope this helps.

  22. Pretty much, people you hang out with will elevate you in whatever area of life they stand at, want to be more positive , positive people, better with money , people who are good with money and so on.

  24. Being aware is good start and it is completely normal to be aware but still act on impulses, not wanting to hurt people close to you, but still hurting them. It is ofc up to you how to handle this situation, try to grow with them, or find people that will not drag you down.

You are right on point on what competition does to ego , but lets look it from different point of view, all activities are built around bringing out worst and best of us, it is constant struggle that we learn from (sometimes we don't ),we need both sides to grow and overcome thous parts of us. In my opinion changing it up will do nothing more then bring other bad and good things in us.
