They did not prove it either, just that they can predict what you will press based on your mind patterns, even that they could not with perfect accuracy, they were shy on saying how much % correct guess they had though. Humans have very strong mind patters, that is how you spend most of your day , doing same things without taking any action in it, so yes, it will be strongly skewed in favor of no free will.
  2. I am not sure why you make 2 sides, there are is allot of bs going from new feminism movements , just as there are from red pill and similar things. Leo seems to be so deep into Left that he can't see his own bias.

His basically saying that your origin is Nothingness-Nothingness is something so wast that even word infinite would be poor explanation, well anyway you can call it source that has potential for anything, this source on it self does nothing more then being source of infinite potential, wick is your physical body and flame is confusing as it makes you question allot of things as they do not add up. He is just saying when your experience ends, you die , but infinite potential is still there and he thinks he is it, so it is fine, I am not sure but I am starting to think that he is one of thous chaotic source preachers. Do I agree, no , does it matter, no!

I do not think that you can reach such levels of awareness just by having sits, you have to embody it in your daily life, will be very difficult for a while, especially when you become tired , will seem impossible and irritating, but you will start to notice that it becomes easier and takes no effort at all when you are fresh,less gaps when you are tired and then you can get to point where it does not matter even if you are tired, you will be fresh.

Still there are 2 problems that I came up with: 1)What does "shown signs of improvement" even mean. 2)3-4 weeks is long time for depression, to have it last that long it must be serious, so what cases are they making statistic of, if they take all minor depressions in account then it is very skewed. Well there is third point as well, but I think it will make it into argument in both sides , so I will leave it out. Seeking professional help is good advice , better then not, but please stop acting as if we know nothing about this, people here have overcome many depressions doing this work and lot have come here with depression and overcome it. And quite a few got depressed too
  8. How about when you do not remember something and think that you were not aware, but then you remember that you were aware after all?

  10. Work is complex, depending on what you want ofc, but it is easy to get all kind of insights , states,much harder to embody them when your state shifts all the time. Sometimes I think maybe it would be easier just go right to Enlightenment path, or just live life without hurdles of exploring mind, because truth is that what we are doing here is exploring, you do not need all of this for Enlightenment, as you do not need all of this to live very happy life. I am not saying that I am unhappy, I think I am well over the phases where I have problems integrating positivity in my daily life, but this work does require allot of shifting, which can be very difficult to balance.

  12. You are comparing physical observation with psychological where your normal tools do not work. I can help you too , to see further then you can now, you have potential if you can open your mind.
  13. How is it dangerous, because I say that I can help ? I think he stated that therapy did not help him and I am not surprised, as most of people there do not know anything about human psychology, just textbook data without them self actually understanding how mind works. Not saying that there are no good professionals, there are, but if you watch people reviews,videos made by them, or just how industry it self is made to be pill prescription you would understand how bad it is,

  16. It is completely normal that you have days that you cant sit even 5 minuted and days where you can sit for hours. I would not force it , probably pointless at this point anyway and skipping few days is not even big problem. Do not worry you can change, you would be surprised how much you can change if you put in work needed to make changes happen. I would suggest to check Matt Kahn videos to deal emotional issues, even if you do not like the guy , I still would insist to listen to his videos, he is expert in dealing with emotions, if you watch videos and still do not understand what to do send me PM. I would balance it out with some observation but I am sure he has covered it.

  21. Tell that to all people who get mental breakdown after get to see their reflection! In all seriousness this work goes deeper then some people think, until you have not at least touched realms where human logic does not apply, not talking about unicorns, you will not understand why no self state , even higher states where you literally become one with everything around you is just forms. At least that is my opinion.
  22. That is why it is so difficult to do this work, you are playing against yourself all the time, sometimes without realizing it. When it comes to traumas they are only problem because we have very strong reaction to cause of it, it is better to deal with it as it can very easily throw you out of balance, where regular emotions cause no problem for person who knows how to let go of them if needed. Emotions them self drastically change our perception of things, be it positive , or negative you can easily get misguided because your thought patterns work directly of emotional state you are operating from.

Depends on circumstances, there are things that might be in need of taken care of, but if you plan to try fix for everything every time thinking that there is some problem you will run in circles forever. Ofc you could go very in-depth in this topic, but the thing is that not every emotion you think is negative means you have some kind of trauma that needs to be fixed, as not every positive emotion means that you are doing good to yourself. It is way more tricky then that.
