@Angelite i am a Muslim too. I can certainly guide you. But a brief point for now: You are correct, you Angelite are NOT God. Think for a moment that God has a body. And he is the only one who exists. With me so far? OK, now imagine for this example, there are an infinite number of Him (in Reality God is infinite without division, HE is Infinite as ONE) The only attribute of these infinite God Bodies is KNOWING. Each of these God Bodies wear a mask on their head. A mask of a human being let's say. So there is a God wearing a mask of Angelite as well as all other God Bodies wearing a mask of other humans. Now when you hear the enlightened person say YOU ARE GOD. he is not talking to Angelite! He is talking to the God Body wearing the mask of Angelite! Life of Angelite is known by God but God, in this act of full complete total KNOWING of the experience of Life of Angelite, (for that he is literally Living as Angelite) forgot that he is God who is merely AWARE of each aspect of her life's experience. Think of awakening as God taking off youe mask off his face to see he is EVERYTHING. ALLAH IS THE GREATEST THE UNBORN THE ONE ONE.

The mind of each of us is 100% reflective of our current level of self and what it is attached to and feels. The absolute/SELF itself does not talk or say anything of course. However, the thoughts which appear in the mind reflect the level of awareness for that "person/body" I understand what it is meant by "ego perpetuates itself" and does not allow or give room for that freedom. the SELF is contracted and thinks it's the body/mind/ego and when the question "who Am I?" is asked... to this confused SELF, it thinks it is asking that question. all there is to the question "who Am I?" is the question/words itself. there is no ask-er of the question. it just appears... the difference between an enlightened being is that because they are speaking from that place of watching / nothingness, the thoughts which appear for them are not egoistic as they are in every moment aware that THEY are the nothingness out of which that expression is emerging. it's almost like no dialogue is happening but subtitles appear in the form of mind/talk to others to reflect this state. this is a very subtle and simple point and it sucks to know that so many people will not be able to get across this hurdle and as a result may remain seeking for years on end. p.s. i haven't written it with all the proper non-dual terms as I should... and I can see more and more now why it is said that it cannot be talked about... because the best way to talk about it is this " " :')

@seeking_brilliance i have only indirectly understood the "can't really be explained or put into words" via metaphors. for example, in any movie or video game, the character that is being played isn't real. there is an actor playing the character... for example, Tom Cruise playing Ethan Hunt... It's like Ethan Hunt wanting to know or see how he does not exist... Ethan Hunt does not have any existence outside of the play/story of Mission Impossible... Ethan Hunt (ego) is wanting to know or find out that he is portrayed by Tom Cruise... do you kinda see why/how that works? The moment Ethan Hunt finds out he's a portrayal... he seizes to exist... you see? because Tom Cruise is the TRUTH. only he exists... he can take on many characters Hunt, Maverick etc... about where and how thoughts work and how they arise from... i am just gonna tell you what i have been told/read ... they arise out of nothingness they simple appear. it all happens in an apparent orderly manner which is sequential... but it's really just that... an apparent order. lastly... why does @seeking_brilliance have different thoughts from @SoonHei i guess you can also ask why is @seeking_brilliance seeing something and @SoonHei seeing something else or hearing, or smelling etc thoughts are exactly identical fundamentally to sights, sounds, taste, smell etc you dont control how or what you see, hear, taste, smell... same thing with thoughts and most of all. if you say, well, it seems like i control it... that's just it. it is an apparent control. you cannot argue that it seems like it, because that's the whole point of the illusion. it works like its real when it isn't you gotta shift your perception just like you do with any visual optical illusion

@seeking_brilliance its all relative... From the point of view of the Truth: All is meaningless, all just occurs From the point of view of the ego: The ego is asking the question... Who am I? Ego is an apparent identity which is created... But again, relatively speaking, ego seeimgly asks the question But in truth. Nobody asks the question. Kinda confusing. I hope I have it pinned down myself lol.

I have a question I had brief moments yesterday of what I'd like to call "no mind" It was simply being as it's often said Beautiful it was Any effort to try to explain it or think about it shook me out of it... I remember a video of Osho in which during his interview he says that "my meditation is not disturbed" even by talking, walking, showering etc... He is fully deeply in that state. Of course that requires a lot of disassoation and dropping of the ego fully. I guess being able to stay in the watchful state and even meta-observe your thoughts is most difficult. My simple question for the time being is this During that state of watchfulness / no mind. I can remain / rest as awareness ... No concerns there. But when I want to read something, a book, an article or a post on the forum... then I don't know if that is me again have thoughts in mind as I read... How do we read in our head. Is that giving birth to the voice in the head?? I can't just stare at the words and read . I have to "read" them in my head... The state of no-mind seems to slip away from me in the act of reading something... Because to me that seems like the voice in my head is active again... Watching a video is ok because I just hear the sound... But the tiniest of effort is needed to read and that to me seems to bring me out of the no-mind state

gonna step in-between you big guns here and ask my little question aside... @Serotoninluv Very very few seekers will continue past this point. To become everything, one must become everything - including love and terror. those very few seekers you speak of, they are the enlightened among us right? like sadhguru, mooji, osho etc.. ? or are they also not fully there you mean? as you said some high spiritual masters get caught in this trap to an extent. There are spiritual masters that believe in spiritual ideas and concepts. is this what you meant? and if so, then any examples/names come to mind about who has done that? david hawkins? eckhart tolle? jesus? Mohammed?

@How to be wise the Work being those 4 questions only?? You just ask those questions throughout the day? How exactly do you apply that method.?

@Jack River @DrewNows thank you I guess the "way" (no-way) to do this is also very subtly creep back into awareness as the mind chatter continues... Just like I was able to do so on some level for the body/senses. @Serotoninluv thanks . Disassociation is in the works

Woah Had an insight as I read this What if my life was exactly the same as it is, but without the voice in my head / thoughts All that my life would have consisted of would be: Seeing, hearing, sensing, tasting, smelling (note, talking and actions would happen of my body but no thoughts/voice in the head) Then I would just be simply observing! I understand how or what it means that there is no "I" there When the mind / thoughts die, what remains is the SELF . Wow.

Here's an example below: Here's a great example of the application of the principal of believing in your thoughts and just that alone being able to do the job. This guy and many (in fact all) successful people are applying and apply this principle in some compacitiy whether they know it or not but their belief in themselves or their thoughts about it alone leads them to succeed and win! The truth works whether you know it or not Just like gravity works whether you understand the maths behind it or not

@PsiloPutty hmmm And being with the breath Implies/does what really?? I presume... it Helps you stay in present and silent the mind a lot more? Keeps you in the watchful state?

@Hellspeed Following breath during everything means being aware of it? Like when you are walking or eating, you defocus from walking/eating/content and say mentally breath in / breath out with each in / out breath?

It's an understanding It's something which clicks The implications of the understanding may roll in gradually But seeing thru of the illusion is binary On or off It's seeing that the snake was always a stick The seeing of it happens instantly... How would it occur gradually? You see?

It is predermined and that also implies you've got no free will But in this case, very important to note the YOU refers to the ultimate and the ONLY you which isn't the ego (as Baotrader, you have free will) it's more so... "Apparent" free will... But as Awareness... It all is pre determined and you do not have free will I'm short. Get to work. Go beyond concepts and become awareness by killing and seeing thru your ego

That is just a set of all possible sets, randomized so to speak... And they all just are So where exactly is the intelligence... But it's there... Just need to go deeper than the words and concepts

Sure that's one way to put it. Another would be a first person movie happening... Also, you as the ultimate see-er/watcher do not have sex or eat... YOU just watch/are aware that "first person" eating and sex is happening and it brings about overwhelming love and pleasure What you can come to know that the overwhelming love and pleasure simply means full acceptance of the present moment... And that it is not limited to sex/food for example for the character ... That's for the character only... You as awareness can be in full acceptance of the present moment irrespective of its contents whether it is having sex or watching cars go by or the death of a loved one... Content itself becomes meaningless and the video game/movie is seen literally as pixels And there is no distance from where you as awareness watches all this... In that, you are the pixels/content itself

From Leo's latest video.. Does coming to compete self realization / full enlightenment (like mooji/osho/sadhguru/Buddah etc ) end your infinite movie watching/living cycle??? End In a sense that , "they" will always be watching experience as the witness (even if there is more reincarnation after the death of their physical body) And Will A natural death at the end of your life, without realizing the Truth, keep you in the loop of reincarnation? Is enlightenment the complete way out, permanently? Or it's just something which one needs to do in each reincarnation I guess it's paradoxical question I'm asking as there is only ONE But the ONE living as Mooji right now, has that particular ONE freed itself from the loop to now merge with God n enjoy the movie eternally?

Yes! That's why. Full impeterable complete total absolute peace is what God/awareness is. Nothing is everything. Free from it AND also is IT
