Lool Leo's the best <3 haha -
ever since this past Saturday - i have been gravitated towards self-inquiry contemplation more than ever before it seems the more and more videos i have watched of enlightened masters, they almost seem to indicate that the 20-30 years they spent on practices/mediation were a waste.. and what truly needs to be realized is that there is no I... practices perpetuate the imaginary self.. the imaginary self is trying to rid of itself and this trying to get rid of is what keeps it alive/going is this what i should focus on? over meditation for example? or is it really difficult to see thru the illusion if one is quite new/beginner to this stuff? maybe meditation and other practices bulk one up so to speak to ready them so the illusion is seen thru easier? also. on this note. it seems so simple to "me" that self inquiry can be used to see one is that which KNOWS all phenomena, moment by moment - only ever in the NOW @Leo Gura you have said on many occasions on this forum that you do not claim to be and are not enlightened is that the fact that you're unable to see thru the illusion? i have seen your videos in which you are able to "at will" become consciousness that you're within/are the absolute ... so why is that you say you are not enlightened? there is still some work you'd like to do as your ego? you are not able to fully let go of your attachments? to me, if you are doing all this Actualized.org work as others like Mooji, E.Tolle, Ruper Spira, Adyashanti (many more) are doing Satsangs... that would make sense.. are you not able to self-abide in awareness because there are some last bit of ego traps you have to work thru? (which i doubt as you have done 5-Meo so many times and have enough experience and understanding of reality) why are you not enlightened yet? are you still seeking and have yet to realize "at some point in the future" that there is nothing more to seek / never was anything to seek. you already were enlightened and self realized? *prepares myself for Leo's tough Love answer* *hopes there is an answer at all* *kinda-scared* #WhoIsScared #BringItOn #LeoIsMe #IamLeo

@Sven english is not my mother tongue not something i spoke already and i had to learn it does that count but about your question with alien language. nope. haven't had any experience like that... i guess even the word "alien" is relative to the native american - when Chris Columbus and his squad pulled in North America, the natives thought they were some other divine beings or something... spoke a different language, white skin etc to them, they were encountering aliens i know, you mean ET but wanted to say that. forget language, have you yourself encountered any alien or had any experience with a foreign ET entity? -

Yup. I find keeping a mix of both would be the best way Goal is to live a better life as body-mind-ego And then live as a self realized being -

by seen i mean recognized/understood so then it seems even talking about it after " I " (the reality - oneness beaming thru the SoonHei body-mind) has recognized the illusion would instantly give birth to the ego again? then the age old quote needs a tiny adjustment before enlightenment = chop wood carry water after enlightenment = STFU and DONT MOVE! (or you'll lose 'IT' ) lol ? but yes, I see what all y'all be pointing to... it's so crazy it's like a movie being projected onto a wall and in the movie, there is a guy in the same room which has the wall where the movie is being projected. and that guy has a sledgehammer and is swinging in the the air repeatedly and then when that movie is being played on the wall, its like the guy swinging the sledgehammer is trying to break the wall on which the movie is being projected -

@Faceless yes. i do see that... hmm, I guess i am asking for a way... but the way is: no-way any doing negates the understanding ; it just needs to be deeply seen - without an action, thought, or a process bringing about that deep seeing. would that be correct? -
SoonHei replied to Shin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Faceless how to "unescape" the fact then? if i "tell myself" that what-is, is okay and " I " accept it. then that is yet again a movement of acceptance which is perpetuating the self? how to accept the fact as is without "accepting" it how to "deeply" know/accept it without causing "perpetuation of the false-self" -

you can have an infinite causal chain as you keep zooming into these cells/chemicals and all... take that in for a second, infinite - never ending a is made up of b b is made up of c c is made up of d ... x is made up of y y is made up of z z is made up of a1 a1 is made up of b1 ... x767613 is made up of y767613 y767613 is made up of z767613 z767613 is made up of a767614 ... to INFINITY & BEYOND! so yeah... sure... all these unnamed "sub-atomic" particles "exist" Anywhere you look, I AM Reality will intelligently "construct" itself (It will Become) as you explore it deeper and deeper or higher and higher without bound or end. #InfiniteIntelligence #II @Mikael89 -

Add Bruce Lee there too Also take in the fact that an enlightened person can excel to the highest (with no limit) level in a particular field with the best possible ways/options So Bruce Lee was the universe fighting as that body/mind to a certain degree. Cant beat the Universe in a MMA fight -

so if one fails to recognize their true nature they are reborn as another human? or anything else but whatever they are reborn as it will be in a duality reality. and does that mean once "one" gets enlightened in whichever lifetime of "their's" then they still maybe reborn but it will be as non-dual rebirths for eternity... is that what heaven is? being born as some form in reality but living as the pure witness for eternity ? @tsuki -
I usually do some of my meditations during my lunch hour Usually I do them in a quite room which is used for normal american-style yoga but it's vacant during lunch hour. so i go there and do my thing. decided to do meditation in the noise and crowd of the food court - I work in an office which is in a mall. i chose a spot in a corner from which I could look out straight and not be worried about anyone looking at me staring blankly forward so i did this - it just felt so different, i am not sure if it was the fact that I was sitting awfully still in a public place and all else was moving around me vs normally sitting in an empty room staring at a wall or closing eyes so i had this instant realization that all is happening on it's own accord. All, being the people sounds sights in-front of me i then had a thought where i asked myself - am I doing anything to cause these people in-front of me to move, talk, walk, eat etc? or is it all just happening on it's own accord? what is my experience of this? sure my understanding of reality tells me that there is "life"/"soul" in each of these bodies which is moving them, making them talk/walk etc... but in my experience, i witness it all happening... am I doing anything to cause it to happen or am i just still and observing it all? so what i realized was that just as" I " do NOT have to do ANYTHING AT ALL to make all that which appears in my experience happen (birds fly, cars move, people walk/talk, sounds) - similarly " I " do NOT have to do ANYTHING AT ALL to make what I call "my body/me" move, talk, eat, think, observe, feel, taste I witness all of that, including the little section of my experience linked with "me" here the difference between my experience and me - the separation was seen to be very clear - in contrast with all else i was looking at in the food court " I " just wrongly associate myself to be this body+thoughts whereas I am ALL OF MY EXPERIENCE as ONE There is no FREE WILL - all that happens, just happens with the illusion of choice limited to that which I have wrongly identified as ME

Experience of Enlightenment = spontaneously "going" to the "place of watching" which exists completely "outside" of the entirety of "your" experience. it is often said, whatever you may think of is not it but metaphors CAN capture the mechanism so to speak. here it is: it can be equated to realizing that you were watching a VR HEADSET video and went so deeply into the experience that you forgot that you're outside of the video experience. important thing to note, the "video" being watched in that VR HEADSET in the case of reality is = THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING THE "I" THOUGHT, FEELINGS, SENSATION, AUDIO+VISUAL -

what is horrifying? to the ego I presume? that " i " don't exist? that's what horrifying just want to understand what is meant by "absolute infinity is true" - that the universe is infinite ? and that's horrifying? ?? -

She had a near death experience. Was an atheist After a accident/surgery she "died" and came into heaven Was shown that she chose her life at earth Felt warm, welcomed, loved, and it was an experience she never had before During the accident, she had what she calls non dual consciousness where she saw thru her eyes laying pinned beneath the car and also from 70 feet distance from a 3rd person view she describes as "watching fighting for her life" Anyhow, she wrote a book and seems to be doing well She doesn't seem enlightened as in having realized no-self but is living what seems like an ego-enlightened life I feel in this way, one does then tresend to "heaven" as they saw during their near death experience after their natural physical death. And that can be their eternal life in "heaven" as the construct of this post-death reality would abide by rules since it would be powered by the "person's" deeply expected+believed concepts and expectations of what an eternal life in heaven is per common religious teachings.

SoonHei replied to Recursoinominado's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
agreed. @Recursoinominado unsure if i would call it the best - we all have our own definition of best just like movies but yes, it was filled with great deep truth bombs as you put it. amazing insights into the nature of love finally understood what is being said about evil/murder being infinte love... it's just love, deep love for the own self which in turn causes "hate" or rather lack of love for what ego identifies as non-self -
