Yes it's hard to not move.

No plenty of people are immobilized for way more than few days for exemple because of an accident and they don't die.

Moving is good for lymphatic system and maintaining muscle mass but not for living.

It's basically impossible to not have enough bloodflow to your brain except if you hang yourself or your suffer from very low blood pressure for some reason.

You missed what I said. Ask yourself what movement even is in the first place & notice that what you are saying is false.

If you need to move to avoid suffering from cerebral hypoxia, it means you will probably die soon lol

You literally can’t help but move all the time. Try not moving for a few days & you die. It only makes sense that cardio would be beneficial to your cognitive function & it is. But it doesn’t need to make sense, it’s still true without all the rationalizations & reasoning for a mechanism.

Why does every topic need to be mental masturbation and bickery, coated as non-dual debates? This is the Health & Fitness sub-forum, not the spiritual one.

That’s just what humans do. I haven’t met anyone yet who doesn’t believe in & try to convince people of their crap daily to some extent. I don’t believe you if you tell me you don’t do it. But I also think spiritual perspectives on health are on topic here.

We die if we stop masturbating. This is very serious lol.

Cultiving shrooms seems boring when i can eat my pills from a obscure chinese lab.

    Yum

Lab ain’t providing that authentic terroir. If in my closet besides a spray bottle of 70% iso counts as terroir. Your lab ain’t beating my flavours. Yee aah

@Rigel Apple Notes are unusable to me. The whole thing feels so wooden, default layout sucks, can't tweak it. It's basically Obsidian but worse looking and less functionality. Maybe it's a better experience on iPad with pencil but on MacBook with keyboard it's no bueno. Both Apple Notes and Obsidian sync notes over iCloud out-of-the-box for free.

Cool, use whatever you want. I missed the part where you ask us to change your mind:)

Im debating whether to get the iPad with the pencil and that paper like screen or a remarkable notebook

I can’t speak on the remarkable but if I remember correctly it’s more of a specific use case device for notes only. iPad is a full computer so it depends on what you need but I can say that apple pencil feels great even without the paper like screen(never tried). I don’t know if you can put a keyboard on the remarkable but that’s something to consider.

I find it fascinating how psychedelics can even work. It could be trash or toxic for another animal, I think.

I don't understand how it could happen that it is designed to affect humans the way it does.

I think that people focus too much on the psychedelic itself instead of considering the biological reasons for its effects on humans.

Will understanding the biology make you trip & raise your consciousness?
Are you suggesting we find a way to trigger those pathways through other means?

Go out on a track and run as hard as you can and see how slow time passes. Yea that might be self generated but it’s still a form of suffering .

You cant enjoy suffering right? Because it goes against the very definition. Or is there a sort of mind trick I don’t know that makes it possible to enjoy suffering? I would like to know that mind trick then

What? Running isn’t suffering. It’s one of the funnest things to do lol.

  9. Check out integration circles for psychedelics. They’ll accept you even if you’ve never done them. Usually open minded & fun to socialize with. Deep philosophy is a solo endeavour though. Even actualized.org isn’t the same as you doing philosophy.

I don’t know where you live but most medium large cities probably have one of those circles.
