Those foods you mentioned are what I have to eat to meet my caloric needs precisely because I can eat a ton of them. Which isn’t the case with fat & protein. I would not be able to maintain or gain lean weight without the carbs for sure given my metabolism. I am just saying carbs make me want to eat more.
-
Protein & fats are satiating. Carbs aren’t. They are the exact opposite. You could get into a surplus with fat cause it’s heavier but that’s not gonna be fun. Carbs work more like performance enhancing drugs than food.

@Judy2 Let me guess you’re a woman? @NewKidOnTheBlock Let me guess you’re a man?

The whole wrongness of veganism is in the identification & attachment, not the food. So yeah stop being vegan.

I do buy songs on itunes

The balance & equilibrium between all of those. Brownie points for being conscious while doing them. Adaptability to the actual reality of the situation is superior to regimented work out or diet plans.

Yeah they picked the bottom of the barrel. Some of them almost make sense sometimes. That dreaded philosopher should have gotten more screen time.

He seems like the deepest person in that room. That Irish looking girl with black & white air is testing my limits with how obnoxiously wrong she is. She is arguing for caring about your health(not eating fast food) being a rich person’s game while the literal cheapest protein is lentils which also happens to be one of the best things you could eat. Along with a million other cheap healthy foods she could fish out the store. She’s so deep in denial it’s fascinating. She also cannot let him say a sentence without interrupting. Very emotional & volatile. She is projecting straight up hate at him. Bryan on the other hand is very calm & composed. Makes great deal of sense. Coherent & well spoken. He seems more alive & happier than them. Maybe it’s the billions of dollars. Or maybe he has a point.

Lol is my super power is the most outrageous you’ve read in this thread or you’re trolling? I can walk.

I can walk

Maybe we should be asking what change even is. Then it becomes a cesspool of relativity & you’ve been ever changing eternally at the same time as you’ve been remaining the same.

Here’s a few ways psychs changed my life(no enlightenment) -Gave me courage to pursue music instead of settling for the boring shit literally everyone in my life was pushing me to do for the sake of security. -Thought me about human movement & biomechanics. I am now one of the few people on earth that understands how to walk. At least in my city lol I didn’t observe every people alive. -Pushed me away from smoking & destroying my lungs(I smoked a pack in my entire life). Made me realize that nothing matters without health. Psychedelics revealed the importance of those things & confirmed that they are worth pursuing. I obviously spent thousands of hours focusing & working on these sober.

For me it’s not a psychedelic.

That’s not atheism. That’s agnosticism.

Non-conformity is such a conformist move

That’s an interesting perspective to go tripping with. I wonder what the data for longevity is going to show. We def don’t trip for longevity over here.

That’s a hard balance to strike. Ultimately none of your stories matter. They are all false. Suffering doesn’t matter. Goals & dreams don’t matter. The way you feel also doesn’t matter. You could just grasp that no trying will ever work & drop all that shit right away. But I get the paradox. It seems like it’s sooo important. It feels like life & death I know. I think action always trumps the alternative but you might not be able to stomach that much action right away. There’s nothing wrong with pulling away from what you are trying to do, gathering yourself & trying it again later(even tho “trying” will never solve your actual problem). Yoda had a point y’know
-
No it’s a basic human function that you evolved to perform often & you suffer precisely because you don’t do it(and a million other things). not doing it puts pressure on your back. You are always compensating for weak hips, knees & ankles if you can’t adopt that position. But again it’s most likely a messy combination of all the ways you hold your structure wrong that adds up to your pain so you gotta think more broadly than just squat too. Really the solution here is consciousness. See how many ways there are to lift a cup to your lips as an exercise. Some of them are bio mechanically efficient & make sense. Some of them recruit 10x the amount of energy required or more. Now realize that that is your entire physical existence. The way you move every second of every moment matters.

Oh Woaw this is definitely your best costume yet 😂😂

There’s no victim here unless you identify as such. You choose to numb yourself & stay up all night at the end of all your excuses. Does technology make it harder? Yes. So what? It’s still not causing it & it’s still a choice.
-
You are causing insomnia using tech & could stop at any point is probably a more accurate way to say this. Or not, you seem to be enjoying your neurosis.
-
Here’s a few other considerations: Spend some time in a deep squat every day. Inability to open up your hips puts massive pressure on the back. Check to see the state of your hip flexors. Do a split squat & feel if the hip area on the front side of your back leg is tight. If it is keep doing that movement in deeper ranges progressively. No bio mechanical process in your body works in isolation. Low back pain doesn’t mean that the problem is in the low back area. It’s all one complex system. It could come from many places.

How long has it been? Repairing the damage caused by most shoes that exist out there is a project of literal years. Edit: And it’s not like just changing footwear will solve anything without your conscious effort. It’s literal years of focus & attention on your structure. And it’s like sleep. Having functional feet is non-negotiable but insufficient. Weakness is not an option.

Look up pictures of suicide cases a few days before they committed it. People look happy even tho they aren’t. It’s almost expected that you fake happiness in society. And happiness is transient anyways. Those people were both happy & miserable just like you and I. Trading half a dollar for 50 cents.

How do you like the feeling of wind on your head?
