@Truth Addict Existence itself doesn't require ideas or abstraction. But then who is pointing what? Existence is self-evident I guess?

Nothing is "necessary" What do you actually want? Do you want to live in a world where nobody gives a fuck about anybody else and where the bigger the gun the better? Or do you want to share and explore this mysterious thing called life with your fellow humans and beyond? I'd much prefer the latter. It's a choice Of course we are far from that ideal scenario so morality as its place. But as a so called "spiritual seeker" you might want to strive for transcendence of such idea. Depends where you are at. Only you can judge. Honesty goes a long way. -
It itself is believed. It is an idea, an assomption. Even that is false because it assumes that it is something other than what is - that is : an Idea. I cannot point to it as I hold it as a gross abstraction of what is. In the same way that I can't stick out my finger and point to science, religion, politics, time, history, racisme and so on. I can put the boundary wherever I want and pretend like it holds up but it is still going to be a gross abstraction and highly dependant on my interpretations and projections.

Mastery is whole domain of mastery in itself!

Heard sadhguru talk about that and how you can cut down your sleep quota to 3-4h a day with proper management of the body/mind What do you guys think of this?
-
An attempt of the mind to try and ground reality. How could I? As soon as I recognize what they are they are no longer held as beliefs. Before that I don't know that I hold them.

Beliefs are what they are

Recognize what they are

You need to work out your upper back. Take an elastic. With your hands facing down and holding the elastic, position your forearms so that they are parallel to the ground and perpendicular to your torso. Gently use your shoulder blade muscles so that they come together. Make sure that you're using the muscles in your back not your shoulders. Hold that for as long as you can. Repeat. You can develop the habit of stretching your neck from side to side throughout the day.

You'd be amazed at how little food you actually need. Once you clean up your metabolism your body becomes a lot more efficient. Prioritize fresh organic vegetables and then add potatoes, beans and nuts. Fruits are also great. The more alive the food the better. If you're up to it maybe try intermittent fasting.
-
That's a great idea! I doubt food companies will share my feelings about it thought.

"This is a paradigm vegans get trapped in, loss sight of the nutrients of food and see only the stories they tell themselves about them" @integral This is half true. Counting nutrients is a nice start but the process is much more intuitive than that.

Don't try to do that. Just be what you truly are. That's it. When egos are lashing out and there's no one to mirror that back it confuses them. -
Get the very basics down : Food, exercise, meditation. Then find what you were born to be doing: your Purpose/Passion/Deepest Love and align every facet of your life to it. Sit down and seriously consider everything you could be doing with your life. Choose what produces the most love when you picture it in your mind. That might get you started but remember that everything you read on here is a nice and shiny pill of bullshit. As long as you cultivate that thirst for awareness and truth, and you keep walking, everything will eventually click. But don't cling to it.

Who is aware? Ask that for many hours and pay close attention -
B12 is the result of becterial activity in the soil and given how we grow and clean our food you might want to take a supplement

@pluto not really I kinda did that instinctively. It was a bit of an epiphany for me. But it sure is interesting

You can delay your first meal to noon time if it is the prep time that is bothering you. Way better to spend the morning on an empty stomach and eat a nice healthy meal for lunch then stuffing yourself with garbage as soon as you wake up. Your first meal is really important but the moment you eat it doesn't matter as much in my experience.

I don't know about your situation but for me they seemed to be growing at a wrong angle and I thought that they might have to remove it. I didn't do it and in a couple months they were as straight as all the others. Check with yourself but it's not because your dentist says that you need to have them removed that it is the case.

Eat what your body was meant to eat and you won't ever have even to think about weight. Your body was designed to be lean. The tricky thing is that nobody thought you what you were meant to be eating. Buy some books about nutrition to guide your first steps and then lean on your awareness to fine tune your fuel intake. Personally, I eat a whole food/plant based diet(Nuts, seeds, beans, veggies, rice, oat, etc.), herbal infusion/tea with intermittent fasting(12hrs every day)

You have to craft your own. My method might not work for you. Awareness. You can do nothing, you can ask questions, you can do yoga, you can sing. The buffet is huge but don't get lost here. The goal is to feed yourself. -

Life is simple if you let it be that way. You have many fantasies of how and what life should or shouldn't look like. You are projecting that onto your reality. That's the whole process of it being created. You can choose how you create it but your orientation is twisted as if you were walking backward. You can't see what's coming and as soon as there's an obstacle you fall on your back and it hurts. You could choose to turn around and see more clearly what is going on if you wanted to(NOT wanting to end suffering. Wanting to see clearly.) That way obstacles are still there but you are in a position were you can see them. If you're up for it I suggest you spend a lot of time doing nothing/meditating. You will suffer a lot don't get me wrong. This is precisely what is going to grow you Still I wish you the best (it's twisted I know)

There's no need to fake a personality just let go and your divinity will shine through every moment of life.
