@Osaid Btw, if this happens pretty often it might be an alarm that you have an underlying health issues. When I was twenty I was working on the cruise liners, we never had sleep there. Because at night you party, during the day you work and explore different ports and cities. I could stay without a proper sleep for entire six month. I slept literally two, three to four hours a day. However, I did not have a paralysis even once.

@tedens You need to study your sleep first, and catch that time properly to wake up during the REM. It's freaky, I would not even recommend doing it.

@Derek White I kinda understand what you mean. In lucid dream the world as almost as real as this one, for me, anyway. I would say that reality is a bit different, more like introverted, lol. Everything converges on you and gives you the opportunity to be very mindful. Probably, because we discuss this topic I had an interesting dream last night but it did not trigger the notion that I was dreaming. I had a dream that I was in the car with two young men. They were siblings. One of them purposely started a car and let it go on a high speed from the cliff, I was on the backseat. My thought was: I am not going to die because I am the main hero in this life-movie and others do not exist. I was waiting for some power to stop the car. And it happened. LOL. Maybe because everybody says on this forum that death, in fact, is imaginary. Usually, such thoughts trigger me to realize I am sleeping. But it was not the case this time Another time I had a very interesting lucid dream being in the mountains and trying to fathom the fabric of snow. I was crumpling it in my hand. I noticed that the fabric of that snow was very viscous. I will expand about it later.

I would love to, I have a lot to say....but do you think they will allow us talking about different things in this thread? Thank you for writing such a detail response, I really really enjoyed reading it.

@tedens Of course not hahahahah I would even feel shame to drop into details about my lucid dream. But been there, done that. LOL

@The Lucid Dreamer So….my first dream started spontaneously. I was in Europe, Vienna. I knew immediately that I am dreaming and I started to open my eyes as wide as I could. I could not believe that my mind constructed such a beauty inside of the dream. It did not last long. Maybe five minutes total. I was just looking at the architecture and was stunned with that beauty. I remember it was a night time and there were a lot of lights in the city. I kept asking: how could I see this if I was dreaming and my eyes were closed. Do you want me to tell you about my other dreams or it is enough?

@tedens I am just trying to participate how I can, I am in the middle of my module and writing the work about American Scene murals for my History class.

@isabel it is my favorite topic ? it is very very subtle, you need to take some effort to see that thing who is being aware, it is almost impossible. It comes prior to any thought and feeling.

@The Lucid Dreamer so it all started a couple of years ago, when I started to follow Leo and ponder about reality. What is real, what is not. Objectivity vs subjectivity. Basically during the whole day I was trying to be super attentive to physical world, I was looking around and tried to rest in my awareness. Then, all of a sudden I had a lucid dream. It was so funny because I immediately in my dream did something I would never do in reality. It was laughable. It just happened to me, never did anything special for it. Sometimes I would be dreaming and realizing that I am dreaming because what I see is nonsense ( once I saw lots of dead ,kinda like dolls in New York subway. It triggered the realization that I am in the dream) what about you? What do you do in your lucid dreams? I know lots of guys are dreaming about sex with ladies. Other than that was there anything else you do and what was it? thanks for your participation:)

@Nahm It is not something new, I've just never mentioned it for a long time. I had quite a lot of lucid dreams in my life. This is by far my favorite thing to experience. I usually try hard in my dream to open my eyes as wide as I can because I do not understand in my dream how I can see the world with my eyes if I am sleeping.

@The Lucid Dreamer In my last dream I told myself : this is just as real as when I am awake I love lucid dreaming, I had like ten of them in my life. I am afraid we can not talk about this in this thread. We can create a special topic for this

Leo, do you lucid dream? I had a lucid dream again the other week. People say that when you raise awareness, you are even aware in your dreams all the time.

I love this thread and this topic so much. Because of this thread and this topic I forgave my friend today and I was absolutely compassionate toward him when he was angry with me. I was just thinking that he was not real and it helped me to realize that there is no need for drama. The idea that others do not exist helps to raise my awareness a lot. I wish from all my heart to remember this all the time, otherwise I will fall asleep again allowing pride and anger to rule my day. Thank you so much and I love you a lot, Leo ( I am not being flirty here), I mean it in a good way.

I am not there yet to see it as infinite love. I can accept it, but still not there yet. I mean the word Love for me is complected. I do not feel it like you do now. To me, love you are talking about, is something unknown, some concept. Leo, I could take a psychedelic, I promise, I do not know where to get it. I do not even mingle with such people. Maybe one day I will. I am sure I will post here my experience with it.

@WHO IS Imagine you are in the big sandbox and can play how you want, would you be upset in destroying some sand castles? Ofc not. You can build and destroy them over and over again. You talk about God as of some anthropomorphic separated being.
