Again, this is not random and is predicated upon our survival. From my experience working for various companies people generally do not care how smart the leader/manager is, but what they care is that that leader exhibit moral and ethical values, understanding, empathy along with sympathy, etc. legitimate power should be substituted with inspiration, with leader’s moral and ethical orientation. Usually the technical part of the work can be done by a special team, SME, knowledge experts. Therefore, there is a big fuss about transformational and transactional leadership practices nowadays. Nobody likes managers, everybody wants leaders that inspire their work and activities. Which is great because slowly we are evolving into the stage green in management!

here is what I have noticed from my observations: the best match is your opposite on the introvert/extrovert scale, however to achieve this excellence in relations you must have identical values and see the world with the same eyes. @Member Thanks, actually If I have time I would become astrologist, it fascinates me, I meet new people I ask their sign. I always look at people's sun sign. It is a good fact card for me to understand whom I am dealing with. Someone here did not believe me when I said that half of this forum are Aquariuses, Gemini and Libras. Guess why? Because they are the most intellectual signs in the whole horoscope. I love to see the battles between those smarty pants when one is Gem and another is Aquarius.

@Member I had a person in my life who was Sagi with moon in cap, man, people with moon in cap are so cold with emotions. They never express their sympathy towards you, even when they truly love you. Caps are cold, but I trust those people immediately, I do not know any other sign in horoscope you can trust more than Caps. They are just freaking cold and can control their emotions in a way unknown to me. I have so much respect for this people. Any relations need constant maintenance, any! However, with some people you connect immediately, reading their minds, but with others you have to explain every single thing so they understand what meaning you put behind your words. It is very tiresome and requires a lot of energy.

it is our karma to be with people who are our opposites. I feel you. All Gemini are always with Earth women, never understood it in a million years. My hubby is also very heart tendered and sometimes takes everything too close to his heart.

@zeroISinfinity well, according to my astrologist we need to take into consideration all the planets, not only your Sun Sign (which is Sagi) moon sign is very important too. Well, she is water, you are fire, think about it. Not really your match, might be too deep for you, sometimes dramatic, might wanna take things seriously, probably a bit aloof, but very intuitive and perceptive. I do not mean astrology for every day, like on TV or magazine, because this is BS, but made by professional, taking into consideration your time, place and location. No guys, you are not. What I like about this sign is that they love to travel, love to be around people, hiking, bond fires and guests in there house. They are very outgoing and friendly.
