Today as I was walking on my break around an office building, I have realized what you were pointing me toward. Sex with yourself is when an ego self elates from being one with Being, it feels as orgasmic feeling of joy. Dualities collapse and there is no separation in between. Here comes the joy, pure joy without any reason. It tastes so good. You enjoy every motion, person, conversation, just being conscious makes your orgasmic. I had this experience today, but it did not last long, maybe an hour.
