Time is a mental construct of the ego-mind. Time only arises when there is an identity to whom this time exists. I have noticed that when "I shifts" toward impersonal perception, times slows down vs when "I" focuses on the identity. Similar to undifferentiated attention that flows freely and does not stick on objects and things. Rather it becomes what it "sees" ( do you understand what I am talking about @Someone here? ) I am sorry if it is a bit convoluted. I've described it in my " Collapse of dualities" post. Have you ever become it, when you are looking at something/someone and the feeling of this dense "I" disappears? Inner and outer collapses into One experience which does not have any cognition of self. Einstein proved that time is relative in his Theory of relativity, time depends upon your vantage point, and so there is no single absolute time. Therefore, it is highly relative and hinges upon itself. It is highly subjective and therefore! it is an illusion. Let's even drop science....what is time truly? Memory that is created by the liner perception and sequencies of events. But everything that has ever happened unfolds right now in your field of awareness, do you agree with me? Time is a quality of consciousness so it can self reflect upon itself and create the illusion of physical reality. When people refer to the prove aka from the past like pics and things, they do not understand that illusion of physical reality unfolds as they go creating their past pictures and notions of the past events in their minds. Simple answer hides with the non-dual, non-liner perception. Have you ever noticed that the nature of Consciousness is "to become what it creates" Why do we even say non-dual? Because there is only One thing that can exist at a time, even though there are many appearances that "pretend" to happen simultaneously, but one is always being held within the conscious experience. Very simple to check, try to concentrate on many things at a time and see. There is always one primal perception and "other things" that happen on the background of it. That is the quality of mind to put tag on something it fails to comprehend. We do not have a direct experience of it, it is just a theory that does not hold any ground. Just bunch of symbols, do you agree with me? And yes, so true, because there is nobody there to be aware of it. The biggest joke of Lila. Bury the "character" and they will take "time" with them into the "grave". Sommie, you made a great point. Thanks for putting some time to explain things. But you have not answered my question from the relative standpoint. I was just curious how people perceive the flow of time when experience the impersonal awareness. Does it slow down or get faster for you? I agree with everything you say, but on the personal level, what has changed for "you" with awakening in terms of time flow. Thank you....

@thenondualtankie it depends. If you truly want to master one thing, 80% of your you should be focused on that thing. I would say no more than two aspects.

@Bob Seeker Live by spontaneity not intention! Don’t force to open your self up. Open yourself up as you go with relationships. The right time will come and you will say the right things. Everything will unfold naturally because there is no doer here who will orchestrate things to happen. Go by your feelings. Relax. If you feel that saying or doing something doesn’t resonate, then take some time to know the person. Be your authentic self and you will attract people who are also authentic. Remember what person thinks about you does NOT characterize you, it characters them! A movie character doesn’t need any validation from others because both are just fictions. Be who you truly are!

Cognition is the biggest obstacle to Enlightenment. Atman is not a realization, it cannot be achieved, it’s always present, however, it is hidden! The reason you cannot become IT because your thoughts are superimposed on the Being (Amness/Atman) which in terms creates the illusion of ego, false knowledge of your true nature. “I am…” is the thought, root of all suffering and all the falsehood is dancing around this cognition, and enforced by it, by I AM something. Guys, I want to share with you step by step practice that helped to recognize impersonal awareness. Disclaimer: there is no doer in this process, there is no “I”, “me”, blah blah blah. Using these nouns to help others, no more, no less. Step one: Observer and observation: notice the thoughts and notice something/someone who observes them. This is your mind creating the split between the observation and the observer. Step two: Observer and the Void! State of mind where it masquerades itself under the guise of void. No thoughts state is still your mind’s games. One is creating the state of silence, another is watching that silence (both of them are your mind) . Still two! Notice it. Background. Space. The absence of any thoughts is still…..a subtle game. Still separation because one is noticing and the other is thinking, even this void, no thoughts is still a separation, meditative space in your mind is still a separation, because there is a cognition that meditations occur to someone, void occurs to someone, in this case minds pretends its void, it can even pretend to be quiet and non-talkative, but notice mind is still there, so funny. Still two. You and another you which still thinks there is no mind, aka some progress hahahah. I was stuck in this phase years and years. Step three: total collapse of the cognition, final surrender. In this state of Being, you won’t be able to recognize any void, any space, any observer with the observable. You become literally Reality itself. There won’t be any inner/outer separation. You look at the chair, you become a chair and observation of it, nut now you are aware and one. Observer is not there any longer. If there is still a notion/cognition or any separation, you haven’t got it. If any thoughts that follow/above/beyond this cognition is still a mind. If you are fully present, in the state of Being, if you become what you see, literally, you won’t be able to register “I” on top of the experience. There won’t be any room for the observer and the observation. It is nothingness! Awareness which is not aware of Itself! You won’t be able to register or observe any experience. You won’t have any cognition. But you will exist as an experience. How cool is that? The only way you will be able to register it, understand, cognize is a post factum, in the retrospection. But not when you are it! Because pure consciousness can only become either one, no two! It will be either the non-cognitive experience, or the thought ( I am the observer of the experience). Two different states of Being. You real face is in the absence of any image, experience, cognition. Just a pure non-dual awareness!

It seems like not a big deal, but when woman shifts her polarity from Omega to Alfa spectrum, she then in the future will be doing it all the time. This is not a good idea for sexuality and relationships. Otherwise you will be making first move all the time and resolve all your couple issues.

I do apologize for my language, I feel it is a bit deceitful to my reader. Awareness cannot become Itself, it is already Self. I meant to say: While you are holding on to the context of a certain story, Awareness can not see Itself. But again, please do not be too hard on this statement. I am trying to point that in order to see your true nature, you need to remove all the concepts and notions. Remove your thinking capacity. Very often, you can notice it after your awakening in the morning; you need this split of a second to remember yourself. Have you ever noticed it? Tomorrow when you wake up, try to be aware of this process, Matt won't be there immediately, you will need a bit of volition to remember who and where you are. So that blank state is what you are prior to remembering: "Oh, I am me, I am in my bed, in my house!" Notice this. Also, you can notice it on the border line of sleep, just right before loosing consciousness and falling asleep. Usually, you become this screen that registers reality, and thoughts are like running сredits after the movie is over. That space is what it is, you can notice it. It is not an understanding. Consciousness contains all possible qualities, but God itself is not any of them. Okay imagine this: an empty space. Then imagine something in that space. Dot! So, Consciousness is that space that allows a dot to be. If Consciousness would have any quality, it could not contain what it holds. It would become automatically an object/quality. But what is it that allows everything to be? It is like an air. But again, even space and air is a bad analogy. I am just using it to explain Nothingness. User friendly example. How have I arrived to this understanding? I do not remember. In all honestly, I do not remember when I became aware of awareness, of this "space" which is not me. It was a very gradual process for me. Eventually, you will notice it, do not be too hard on yourself, just keep up with the work and it will unfold naturally. The best practice is to put your attention on attention itself. Attention on everything: thought, feeling and perception. After a while, you will notice that space I am talking about it.

Sorry I did not mean to devalue your experience. I was trying to explain you what lies behind the I AMness. You asked me what I called this True Self...but it does not have any qualities. This I AM is a psychically objectified living system, we can not deny it. It recognizes itself through I am. However, in this I AMness, there is always a need to define itself as “I am someone”. Immediately creating the history about Itself. This is very important to recognize. This Amness is our true being and it does not hold any qualities, therefore I said it is nothingness, because "something" is a quality. As soon as we define it, our mind is being hooked. This is a form of a mind game: categorization. While you are holding on to the context of a certain story, awareness is not capable to become itself. It is truly nothingness that allows everything! That is what I meant. Again, I am sorry if it sounded nihilistic. Good quote came into my mind: "When you are left alone with yourself, look at both"

I’ve come to a realization that all my life I had only one and the most important purpose: and that purpose was to understand my true nature. It seemed like I wanted people, pleasures, comfort, but at the end, deep down it revealed to me that all I wanted - to know myself through people, circumstances and pleasures. It feels like I could want someone or something, but now I see that I wanted to know the facet of my being by the help of something or someone. Truly… Have you ever questioned the nature of your desire? Why do you want it? Do you think it is just a random subject/object idea you gravitate toward? Finally, I have realized that the desire itself is not a hormonal whim, there is something deeper into it. Desire is a divine manifestation that creates an evolutional purpose. There is only one purpose and one root in all your desires: it’s Expansion! Through desire we grow and expand. Some desires are shallow but you can take each of your desire, absolutely every of them onto the next level. Outgrow your desire! Or grow yourself and your desire together. Look back and see what you’ve become. The most valuable thing in life for me was to develop deep connections with people I love: friends, family, romantic partners. Recently I’ve recognized that this desire carried the element of neediness in it. By painstakingly observing my desire I have transcended it and let it go. I have recognized that all I really wanted is not the Other, I wanted the delicious facet of myself when with the Other. Each desire curves a path of human evolution, expansion and growth. It is your compass to actualization. Would be nice to know what desires you carry and what you can do to take them to the next level. How do you see the evolution of your desire? Do see growth in it? Have you ever had desires that paved a new road in your life but never had anything to do with that road? Do you see the divine in it?

This is your mind that wants to name objects and things. It’s doing it right now, right now in this message. it wants to name phenomena, any phenomena which is occurring in the spectrum of its so called “vision”. Do you need any “I” to be, right here, right now? Do you need to name objects. Notice the never ending rambling in your mind and recognize it as mind. It is not who you are! Notice what you call “I” was given to you by so called “others”. existence doesn’t need to be defined. Reality recognizes itself through your being, through this presence, right here and right now! Just “am”, no I needed. “You” already are! Very simple empirical feeling. There is nobody there, absolutely nothing. if you will be putting your attenuation on Iamness all the time, you will eventually recognize that the longer and clearer your attention, “I” disappears. What you will be left with is just being. It doesn’t scream about itself, it doesn’t claim, nor express itself but rather give the opportunity for this “I” to arise. even the gender notion you carry about yourself is also mind! what helped me to discern this first is to notice perceptions. Notice how what you think you are, appears as perceptions, various one. Emergence happens and your so called “I” arises out of various perceptions. There are multiple levels of this phenomenon, some are densed , other are not, very subtle…but the immediate way you form yourself is not even your body, is your thought! First and for most! Breath breathes itself!

There is only one dream and it has no beholder. When we say: “my” dream immediately separation occurs. can it be anything rather then “yours”within the present awareness or current pov? confusion happens because there is so called I vs Others. what if is there is no I? Who is the owner of the dream in this case?

I am seeing them quite often. I became more happy, love everyone and everything. Who knows maybe heart chakra opens. I am not good about chakras, but feels more like blissful state of mind.

When you fall in love with someone’s soul, you start to understand that you fall in love with yourself in the Other! It comes with this subtle recognition of yourself in another being. It’s always with yourself, not with the other! Never the other but yourself! Other is a mirror, and when you recognize the other as yourself, magic happens. Love doesn’t see strangers in others but sees the expression of Itself in every being it touches. You embrace the other holistically. The other is seen as is, not as a function that can give you something, add something to you. But rather, ultimately the other is seen as yourself and expansion. What can I do for the other that can make them happy, and that in turn will make me happy as well? Love always wants to give, but not to take. Love wants to share, always. If you do not have money to give in a form of a gift, share experience, share knowledge with loved ones, it will make them grow. There is a certain level in the relationship with the other when you cannot break through together. Person might not meet your needs not because he does not love you, but rather because his mind is preconditioned by society, parents, upbringings, cultural difference. Sometimes you can break through and reach the other’s heart but unfortunately, you cannot re-program his mind, since it is preconditioned and already developed. For this reason, people break up. Funny thing I have noticed in my relationships that when I share wisdom, people grow with me, and then I turn around, look at them and notice how much they reflect this wisdom and knowledge. Infinite loop. And guess what? It makes me grow even more, this is how consciousness expands through love and wisdom. You share insight with your loved one, they grow, then they share it back with you. After some time, you process this insight, and it helps you to come to even a deeper understanding, it generates new insight. And this goes forever. It is like playing a ball. You throw at them, they throw at you. You throw at them, they throw at you. You keep falling and falling in love even more, with yourself, because you became One. P.S. There is no other!

Hang in there, my readers. I’m writing about splicing the "no self concept" with the manifestation power. I don't know yet how to explain the reader about the nothingness and no time concept. I feel it, I just need to put this into words. I am marrying them together now. I have discovered my way to manifest dreams.

Such a wonderful deep and incredibly beautiful post! I need time to reply back as it is very complex. The wierd part is everywhere I go, seems like everything and everyone talks about this unification of divine energies. Even my enlightened masters are talking about it, they have never mentioned this. I feel like I am truly ascending. Spontaneity recreates the other and you, as "you" go. Kinda like when you play the video game, remember NFS (Need for Speed) you cannot see the whole landscape and the road, it is being created for "you" as you go. There cannot be any other when clearly seen that there is no "you". The Surface of the mirror is part of your subjective experience. So, we can say it is all You. I have noticed lately that reality reflects all my beliefs now. It gives me exactly everything according to my beliefs. yes.

I know I have never believed when they said when you truly going through awakening, everything and everyone awakes with you. Now I see it so clearly.
