There is a lot of talk going on about astral journeys nowadays. People lie down and just imagine that they are flying here and there; that is not it. That is just hallucination. What is being referred to as astral travel is, leaving the physical body, mental body, energy body and the bliss body intact, and just allowing the etheric body to float around. This means you can still conduct your physical activity in the world because your physical body, mental body and energy body are intact. That is a certain kind of mastery. Physical body, mental body and energy body are physical. Bliss body is totally beyond the physical. Etheric is a transitory energy, it is neither physical nor beyond – it is a transition. Etheric body is not something that you can touch unless you are in a certain level of sadhana and intensity within yourself. You cannot just psyche yourself into it. It needs enormous sadhana for a person to do that.

@Yimpa I have intuition sadhguru is legit, something how he moves, articulates, and so on makes me intuit he´s not fucking around. having said that I find difficult to believe this stories of 'I just go sit on a cave and I went from ego to ecstatic mystic in a single night'. But I guess how this dream works is different for everyone. I guess it can be true. Also the guy started doing yoga at 12 fucking years old lmao, is not like it happened without doing anything.

Well, somehow they have to catch subscríbers for the sadhguru exclusive TV business 🤣 Now seriously, sadhguru was quite a succesful business owner before his supposed enlightment, can you imagine this motherfucker could be fake? Like if he was so succesful making business, he could have thought through the idea of becoming a mystic to Live like a King for the rest of his Life. Ive seen so many times stories of poeple that one day become magically "enligthtened". This things are so difficult to verify. Having said that at the same time, i wouldnt be surprised if all the crap he said on the video is true. At this point, i have an intuition, this game of reality is very complex, twisted, profund, a lake of energy why not, at this point nothing surprises me.

If I really pay close attention to my energies I can sense a subtle fear going on always. This fear is usually masked and 'numbed' by all kind of distractions, from socialisation to sports, to shopping, visiting places, ...etc. Anything to not feel this subtle fear, anxiousness, uneasiness. Is only when I can manage to establish myself in a very high consciousness state, that I can tap with a certain sense of confidence, joy, power, etc... This are certain tricks that I have managed to develop after hundreds of hours doing Yoga. But the tricks or tools are still very rudimentary so they are still accidental. I guess there´s no solution for this but to live in an awoke state all the time. As long as one is identified with body and mind, it seems this subtle terror will always be there. The only solution is to go beyond it, but who knows how much it will take there, maybe years and years of going through the mud. Is insane how do we got ourselves into this mess. The ego. I guess the only solution is to surrender, keep meditating, keep doing the Lightwork. At some point the devil must be break for good. I only hope that moment won´t be death, that It will be a bit earlier, so life can be truly enjoyed.

Experientally, It seems i am Nothing. Absolute Nothing that exists. Empty space, non a biological nor even a physical thing. I cant even say i am inside a body, the Empty Nothing appears but It doesn't seem to have an start nor an end. Death is my natural state. I was seeing an Instagram story, a Photo of a famous girl she just uploaded the photo minutes ago, i dont know personally this girl but i just realized i am physically not separated from her. The nothingness field is boundless, not a beggining, not an end. I am there. Is all me. What the hell is. This. It can not be true. I deny the possibility of this shit being actually true
