I mean of course ED is psychological but I mean actually you are doing to yourself a sort of "nocebo" effect (the opposite of placebo) and therefore actually "creating" or making worse this problem. I say that because I've been in the noporn/nofap community, and I found out a lot of the narrative made a very very strong nocebo effect on me. For example I used to have a lot of social anxiety the day after I relapsed. However now there isn't any variations in my social anxiety whether I watch porn the previous day or not (or even the same day). If any I might have a little bit more energy if I don't do, so that can make me a little bit more high-energy confident, but nothing too signficant. This is obviously different to what you are talking about but it's a good example of how a narrative (Which I'm not saying is true or false or not based on scientific evidence, but it is a narrative after all that can make ) can literally create problems where they aren't.

500-600ug is a pretty dangerous dose for a lot of people. With my sensitivity with Psychedelics at that dose I would probably lose the ability to see anything and it could become physically dangerous

I did make a mistake. I don't mean pain but suffering. You can feel pain but not suffer I've been consciouss enough to feel physical sensations that I recognized as "negative" (relative to my survival) and yet didn't experience suffering.. because there wasnt identification/no ego energy.

Of course I'm not saying there is the state of consciousness of the ego and then the state of consciousness of no-ego and that's it. I do categorize Enlightement relative to the goals of my ego, which is avoid pain and suffering. However what I wanted to point out to @Enlightenment is that if Eckhart Tolle is not at a high enough state of consciousness where he is not able to step out of identification with the mind and body in a constant basis, that is not Enlightement on the MY STANDARDS of awakeness. Can you be more awake than that mere not-identification? Of course, it's just that's already a "good enough" standard from where I would start categorizing as a "high state". Other people might categorize "high state" as just being human and not an ant. And others might categorize a high state as being God Omniscient. Also, I doubt my Mom is far less awake than Ekchart Tolle @Enlightenment . She is constantly in a state of acceptance, never in thoughts. It's been years since I have seen her complain or furious. And I had some non dual conversations with her, even though she's hardcore materialist, funny thing is she has pretty clear she is not his thoughts and their actions show that.

You guys are complicated stuff too much. Just inquire and contemplate how is it possible that you are a form and not a other form. Is clear that 'You' could never choose what body and mind you would have in this life. This should give you a clear intuition that is literally impossible that you are who you think you are. Then Eckhart is not more "enlightened" than my Mom. But there's no way what you are describing IS ENLIGHTEMENT. Ego is not personality. Ego is "the misperception". The whole point is everything to remain the same (even have a personality that prefers coffee over tea) but you as an ego is dead

Conscioussness can be awoke or sleep in any of these forms. In the Eckhart Tolle form, conscioussness is awaken so Ekchart Tolle form doesn't construct an ego, therefore Conscioussness is fluid there. But in a normal human Consciousness is sleep and therefore the form has an ego Which maintains this sleep state. At least that's my view.
