Bad, Spain IT sector now is terrible, Im considering moving abroad next year if things doesn´t get better.

Today I almost end it, when doing the kriya and holding emptiness of breath, Usually when I do this thing at some point the thought of fear comes up and by following this thought is what makes me breath again, but today it was so intense I could not deny Love was all there is, so of course duality, concept of body, breathing, surviving, etc, disappeared. At some point I did not knew how much time I had been without breathing, fear just disappeared from the equation, because there was only Love and Me, so why breath again? Why keep buying into the illusion? Is not that I had those thoughts, but rather the Consciousness just wouldn´t create fear, because fear is created by the thought, and thoughts could just not come up anymore. Love destroys thoughts (illusion) Then by some reason breathing came back and I came back to the ego (illusion), maybe it was too soon to go. Is Ok. Either way is not in my hands to decide when to go, it is in the hands of the Life. But that also entails maybe one day I won´t be able to say good bye before it happens. Any day doing this kriya could happen.

Definetely, my main focus is liberation of the being, doesn´t matter if is with an illusion or without it. You know Rikers Island prison? Is in the middle of New York, only a 4-5 KM from Astoria, a rich cool neighbourhood in Queens. Manhattan itself is not far away neither. Theorically Rikers Island prisoners are In New York, but since they can not open the door, it does not feel like New York. So details do matter. You could be placed in the absolute, but if you only know relative what does it matter? You have to open the door, if not does not feel like New York.

That transcends the 5 senses or what you see/hear right now. Your consciousness goes beyond what your body can 'render' to you. That there is consciousness here. Try to find a border or a separating line in consciousness. Tomorrow go out in the street and actually try to find a red line where it says 'your consciousness ends here', 'the other person consciousness starts right over here'. Let me know if you find it.

You are the only conscious experience, is just that is infinite. Just because you do not see your back, does it mean that it does not exist? @Schizophonia @Sugarcoat Your eyes are not seeing me, but your consciousness definitely reaches here. 2 years ago I lived and you didnt had access to my Life experience. So something outside you existed. Gotcha.

Sometimes you say you are reality, other times you say you are something else Because if you "have to be open to reality" then you must be something else that is not reality. Since that phase implies reality is something you have to Connect to. So is something outside or different to you? My experience is: I am reality, but the mind can make me create/belief that I am a thing inside reality.

When was this? How old were you when this happened?

Ime The chains are simply identifying with the mind. It doesn't Matter if the Mind is saying my football team lost and I Lost 300$ in a bet, or the Mind is saying I am God. Both would be chains, since you would be identifying with something limited therefore as you say "being closed to reality".

@Breakingthewall There are also a lot of spiritual teachers that do not say those kind of things. Even if most of them would copy others, from somewhere else the point of Liberation from Mind would have to come from somewhere, isn't It? I do not Talk from imagination, Liberation from all chains (which are Nothing other than ultimately Mind) have happened in my experience, so Im just seeking It to stablish It. I definetely feel when I breath is because of fear/psychological compulsion, not because I really need to, because it seems time disappears, but of course I can not track how much time I've been without breathing.

@Ishanga Indeed, just yesterday a moderator said to me that I was doing 'stretching and breathing exercises' 😂 I think that is the main problem. They see people do Asanas and they just think you align your body in those ways to calm yourself or to exercise the body. They do not understand an Asana when you master it is like an instant click for consciousness, a single Asana like Nadi vibhajan has given me extreme levels of Bliss and pure infinite perception, over and over. But most importantly they do not know until I firstly understood what Nadi Vibhajan is, it took me almost 2 years of practice almost each day. I probably did Nadi vibhajan more than 1400-1500 times before for the first time I actually did it correctly. 😂 Now lately I am doing Surya Kriya, and since I already have a certain platform of understanding, the Asanas already are starting to open up big things, but if I had started Surya Kriya 3 years ago, before any previous Yoga sadhana, I would just think is like a series of stretching or calming exercises. An apparent Kriya such as Surya Kriya is incredibly sophisticated, every detail of it is carefully put in place for a reason, nothing is random, but from the outside it might look like you are just simply stretching and oxygenating your body. Things are not what they seem. Yeap, seems you are putting the work 👏

@Ishanga Maybe it means another thing, but I understand the 'Enlightened at the energy level' as being energy-wise in the same or close to the level of liberation of enlightment, but unconscious. Like the knowing hasn´t really completely hit the consciousness/intelligence itself. So there is big freedom in how you handle your mind, but still there is a missing piece because total recognition in your intelligence hasn´t happened. As a metaphor, and of course in less levels, but alcohol or drugs work kind of like that, while you are on them you get a bit of samadhi, but you don´t know why. And of course when the alcohol/drug wears off that feeling ends. I understand that thing about being enlightened at the energy level in the same way. It has happened, but there is still lacking to penetrate your intelligence.

Yeah, imo Enlightment is supposed to be the end. Absolute Realization as a Being. Enlightment also is supposed to break time completely. Even if another universe would be created "You" still be Enlightened. Basically, the End of illusion 😇 If there is only reality what are you? What is reality? The cup? The mountain? The hand? The thought? If any of these things disappear you disappear too then?
