  1. I talked to a very dear friend of mine who practices Reiki and has extensive Tantra practice for over the years. (so the guy knows about energies) The guy is very intuitive, it's a blessing to have it as a friend to let them know of my discoveries and insights in Consciousness. I talked to him that this last year I´ve been totally passionate with Afrobeats music. There are some songs of this genre that I absolutely feel they move my energies-prana and I believe the music that comes from this genre has a certain energetic frequency that is there to 'elevate' certain people that might be stucked on lower frequencies. I have experienced energy raising from the lower back of the spine all the way up, while listening to some of this songs. I talked to him all of this and he said they are certain 'ultrasounds' that depending on where you are in the spiritual path-development you can clearly resonate with them and you can use them to raise you up. Today I was listening again to one of my favourites songs of this last year of Afrobeats, I was holding Gyan Mudra and when the female singer stepped on the song, in one vocal I really felt some energetic very high frequency expression. It was comparable to some chants that Sadhguru does after some meditations. These are not just mere 'good-feeling' sounds or a very good technique in autotune. There is some very high frequency singing that is happening when the female singer steppes on on the middle of the song, see if you can catch it: (Very advisable to hold Gyan mudra and sit in Siddhasana): Note that this excerpt I talk about is particularly high energy. Most afrobeats sounds are below what you will hear of the female singer (this is basically the Peak of the peaks), but I thought in sharing the most intense example I could find. If anyone resonates with it I can send them some more songs that are particularly powerful.
  2. Yeah I meant where in the sense of in caravan or a tent or bungalow, or etc.
  3. I was meditating and it was clear that I had a big hole of lack of love. Then I listened to a supreme voice that said 'you are infinitely super mega intensely Loved, for ever in all sense in all directions'. That felt good, that felt more than good. Go get that from any of your petty materialistic schemes that you have designed to fill that empty void. See a human can never give that to you. Human can tell you hundred things or do certain things for you but it will always be in exchange of something. Conditional. Limited. A facade of Love. It can't be find anywhere else than within God, Omnisciencie, Consciousness, or whatever you want to call it. It can't be matched with any materialistic thing no matter how shiny it is, it can´t be faked, it can't be replicated. The sooner humanity accept and start to turn inward the better.
  4. Another Bravo here. Really laughed with the final results description.
  5. It might be but since its private place they decide who they allow to enter the mall
  6. The mall is such a place you have to do moderate pick-up, because obviously is not just out on the street it's a private place. So don't go as hard next time in the next mall.
  7. I have quit daily consumption of coffee, but I haven't been able to totally let go of caffeine. My advice is, if you have been taking coffee for several years, don't expect to just be able to quit it from night to morning. Taper, just like any other drug. Because the stuff its as hard to quit it as many drugs. It's very psychologically addictive. Get a scale and go reducing a gram every x weeks you feel comfortable. I quit one year ago, was miserable without it, and came back. This year I started a taper regime from 14gr. I reduced 1gram each 2-3 weeks, I wanted to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the taper regime. It took me about 3 months to go down to 4gr, at this point I just quit it because 4gr was really low. Coffee its a shitty drug to be doing it each day. The sooner you start the faster your mental health, body and energy system will thank you.
  8. I think there are some plants like Moringa and others I don't remember now that reduce cholesterol and such. Since some of them are sold in extracts maybe your stomach could take them with no problem because it's 1gr of plant powder at most. (Its not like eating a salad.)
  9. I watched this one its pretty cool
  10. Seems very fun. I really want to experience this kind of festival at least one time in life... Where you live during the festival? I imagine you arrive in car and bring a Tent?
  11. I reached out to one fair trade ecological brand that sells chocolate here in Europe, in regards to the latest news of chocolate bars having high levels of lead. Here's what they have replied: Note that its a sales assistant who spoke with, so take it with a grain of salt, but it makes sense in addition to the research I did on the web that says that cocoa tree do not absorb almost any heavy metals at all from the soil, so its is believed the the contamination happens once the cocoa beans are processed (for example in the drying process). Now they say they have strict sanitary conditions in their factories but I think it would be also crucial than in the country of origin there its also the same amount of control, because its where it seems to be happening the contamination, not in a high quality tech factory in Belgium obviously.... So I don't know, still im sure if it's safe or not to have a couple of chocolate tablets of black chocolate a week. I ask them if they did third party analysis and they do not reply to that...
  12. Yeah, and the thing is it doesn't matter if that their factory there is no heavy metal contamination (it would be weird), the thing is its almost 100% guaranteed that the contamination happens at the country of origin, but they totally ignore that...man how they are so full of shit most companies... And also I reached to other company and they straight up haven't replied.
  13. I know, it sounded like commercial bullshit right? LoL
  14. its an anesthesic so that's to be expected
  15. Not necessarily, but suffering usually leads to searching ways of being wiser and more intelligent to suffer less, or not suffer at all.
  16. Oh cmon you can't seriously be believing that. Most men are just fine with women. The ones that have issues are guys with intense trauma blocks and energy-karma, this doesn't have anything to do with society, if any in this society is more easy than ever to get laid. I'm from the 90s, in my class and university nobody have issues to have a girlfriend, except 3 or 4 that as I say heredity some shady karma that they must worked upon. The whole redpill ideology is burn by karma, not modern woke society.
  17. I´ve only done Ketamine in a personal space, I'm sure this way its more safe, 'clean' and probably much more intense, so it's not a bad idea if you want to properly have a deep 'trip' on it on a safe controlled environment. It can help, as any psychedelic, to release some blocks and realize some things. It's not a magic pill though, all these people expecting Ketamine as a magic pill for depression are deluded.
  18. I've tried to talk to some people about this (in real life and also in other forums) and nobody seems to get what im talking about. Its frustrating. A year ago I was tripping on acid and at the comedown I took my phone and started scrolling Youtube and Sadghuru video popped up. The video was called 'Infinity Meditation' or something like that. It consisted on following a white dot through the screen. What followed was one of the most intensely pleasure experiences of my life, if it wasn't the best one. I was able to focus so fucking deep into this dot that It felt like time was being "frozen" when I focused enough. Like time itself would stop moving, the sounds of the cars, dogs and bikes on the street would 'freeze', and then when I would unfocus on the dot, time would be 're-activated.' This wasn't hallucination of psychedelics, (also I was already at the comedown), but rather that my perception was in an state of consciousness so focused and intense that I suspect I was 'merging' with time using the focus of awareness. Truly mindfucky shit, but so fun. I know this is 'just' a non-dual state like many I´ve experienced other times in the past, with psychs and with meditation practices. But this was another level of des-integrating with reality and intensity of unity that it felt pure pleasure through all my body (actually calling it pleasure its kinda of false, its more like your body becoming bliss - reality itself, its so difficult to explain) Least to say I haven't able to fully replicate the experience totally sober. (Not that I tried that much). It's frustrating to have experienced this and being clueless how to produce this state again. It seems impossible. I guess I have to be thankful for having known that 'feeling'. And pray that after death that its what we experience for ever.
  19. I've used LSD for over +15 times by this point. I can't deny that thanks to it I´ve built some serious spiritual foundation that it has started to pay dividends finally. At the other hand, I feel my relationship with psychedelics have changed and I don't see them as the magic pill I used to saw them. I can proudly say that If I go back to psychedelics, I´m doing them purely by recreation and to explore, rather than personal or spiritual development, since I feel I have gotten to their ceiling point by now.
  20. I think that's what I experience. Basically try to breath through your nose doing a 'jjjjjj' sound. You will feel in a more pronounced way how the breath is going through your throat. When you do that, there is a 100% awareness on the breath, leaving the awareness on the body in the back-side, ultimately losing awareness of the body and 'becoming' literally the breath.
  21. I truly think this yoga pose needs a topic on its own (I was actually going to put 'Siddhasana official thread' but not sure if that goes against the rules @Thought Art let me know ) . Anyways, I've been dabbling this last months with some asanas of hatha Yoga and being the lazy ass fuck I am the most I've practiced is Siddhasana, now you might think what its so special about just sitting with your back straight and your legs crossed (although its more nuanced than that). Well, it is special because its not only about the physical aspect of it, there are also certain energies, (and tensions) that you will start to become receptive to and learn to 'move' them once you start to really practice it for some time. Here's so far a couple of very important things I´ve learned with this practice: 1. If I hold the pose with enough observation, I will start to notice that there are some excessive tension, energy and 'ungroundness' on my upper body, primarily on my head. I am starting to learn how to 'trap' this energies and tensions, and 'collapse them' into the lower body, to the legs, creating an almost instant feeling of feeling relaxed, safe, in control, super 'chill' in all my body. In other words, collapsing the energies from your psyche, on to the ground where they disappear. (this is why is important to sit in such a way that the legs are almost touching the floor) 2. If I would be doing a meditation breathing or simple kriya while holding Siddhasana, ujjayi breathing happens automatically. Why? I don't know. I never take the intention of doing ujjayi breathing before hand. But the fact is that when it happens there is another kind of relaxation and peacefulness through the body that happens. It hasn't happened a lot of times, but just today, I lost complete sense of the body. The breathing only remained. I suspect this uyyaji breathing, its similar to the 'breathing pathway' I experienced on some 4-AcO-DMT trips (well actually, I think its literally the same thing, I just didn't expect that it was possible to recreate it just with Yoga). This 'pathway' becomes the only one focus in your awareness and indeed all sense of body fades. To be continued... Feel free to share any resources, tips or personal experiences with this asana!
  22. I think that's a good idea, I have to find a good friend English speaker to hang out more regularly. I see, like a solo-podcast, seems like a good idea, will try. That made me laugh lol Ok guys I guess there's hope then thanks for the motivation
  23. Why we take as blind faith that women need between 1600 and 2400 calories and males need between 2000 and 3000? I work from home and some days I don't even walk 100 meters. How the heck my body is going to need +2000 calories? It's ridiculous! Eating that amount of food for me (or even more) some days that I don't move a finger its an insult for people that actually are starving in third-world countries. It's just not the difference between the nutrients of the food grown on rich soil vs food grown on poor or high-pesticide soil. The way you eat will nourish you more or less. The way you mix certain foods will impact if their nutrients/vitamins will be absorbed or not. And so on. With so much nuanced with nutrition and how complex the human body is, I think it's safe to say that the motto of 'x calories a day' its just one more part of the very limited robotic materialistic scientific view of western culture that has obviously influenced nutrition. If fasting has told me something, is that 95% of time we don't have hunger because of the body actually needing nutrients at that moment (when we experience 'hunger') but rather 1) Psychological conditioning, 2) Chasing dopamine through food and eating. If eating junk food tells us something Is that humans will literally only eat because of the dopamine/pleasure, and not because needing that junk food.
  24. It's just nonsense all that calorie quantity stuff. There have been times in life that I´ve eaten easily double of what I normally eat and still have the same weight and muscle. Why you now have blindly faith on all that science Leo? I expected more skepticism from you in this regard. Of course. And a lot of people just waste energy. If you reduce half the calories of someone who has anxiety and its running around chugging coffee like a madman all day, I guarantee you he/she will be way less neurotic and be more grounded. The body its just overfed with food due to eating from compulsion, not from conscious election. And note im taking about reducing calories, not nutrients or nourishment. If you consciously eat a banana from a rich soil that has 250calories your body might get from that than a plate of pasta of 1000calories of low vibration food. You guys are just completely missing the energetic aspect of food and nuances of absorbing food.
