Isn't that a bit radical? I know a lot of people that preach that your partner should be first and foremost your best friend. Of course once you become Deep best Friends high sexual chemistry might get Lost, because imo the chemistry itself is based on dualities and certain psychological opposites. Are You serious? People get in to such false relationships nowdays? In the past with arranged marriages ok, but now that people are free you can have to have more in common with your partner than just wanting to have a child. If not damn thats quite the distopy.

In my understanding it said to not learn in such a way because of two things: Is difficult to get all the nuances and details of the poses/breathing etc through online But secondly and I think most importantly, the atmosphere is not conducive to treat the Yoga you are being taught as an ultimate device for awakening. I think this second point is the most important and why sadhguru says to not learn it through those 'cheap ways'. I think the problem is not that they can not be legit ways for awakening, but is in the way it is communicated that the power they offer can be lost. For example as you can see in this topic, there are several people including Leo that started practicing Kriya Yoga and then discard it. In my view of things, the process of yoga is supposed to be a path if you chose it to be, it is supposed to be for you an ultimate device for your awakening. However people take it as mere exercises, just do this kriya, do this other thing, this didn´t worked for me etc... It becomes downplayed it as a gymnastic exercise, in that moment, the power is completely lost. People realize, this is going nowhere, and conclude that yoga wasn´t for them. In my opinion this happens because what is said in the video above, they are not serious enough in to what they are getting into. You just can not drop a Kriya in 2 months because it is not working for you. A Kriya is supposed to be a tool for a lifetime, doesn´t matter if it doesn´t work you do it for 20 years if is necessary, because the device has been transmitted , it will eventually work. You just have to fire it up, put gasoline in the tank. But the way people understand a kriya through a book is: Ok let me try it, oh it doesnt work. Yeah im going to drop it. See? Is like you change your wife for a microwave the third day after you marry her because you had an argument with her and you got disappointed. So people get married to create also a certain atmosphere of commitment and respect. So you understand the bond is important, supposed to be for a lifetime, you are not going to drop it the third day you have an argument. -
The more selective women are, the better. That way you won't spend all your Life revolving around dating and sex. You were not evolved to go back being a chimpance or a rabbit all day thinking about mating

I dont have to imagine It. Vibratory waves of Sound enters your earrings whether you like It or not. Ok, you are right. Im imagining and you do not exist. Are You Happy now? Forget everything i wrote. Im just trying to not feel Alone in my own consrructued dream. You were right. Got me. He wants to win the mental argument because It gives the Mind a sense of control and knowing. Of feeling that you have It all Sort It out. Something that most people dont know because is too radical to Accept, that you are imagining everyone and everything. Just give It to him...if not he Will not sleep at night peacefully. Not Until you Accept you are imagining him. -

@Inliytened1 Is as simple as this. Yesterday I was playing music on my laptop speakers in my room. The fact that you werent conscious of the sound of my speakers does not mean It didnt exist or that the sound was not happening Still in your reality. If I would have a Magic amplifier that would make the sound a millions times more potent you would have peceived the sound of my speaker from your House. So my laptop is Still happening in your reality, in your "dream" so to speak. But right now your perception is limited so you can not acccess It. Just because you can not perceive Infinity does not mean It does not exist. What entails to have a body and limited structure is that you can not acccess all of your Infinite Mind. You can become conscious reality is Infinite, but as long as you are attached to a finite configuration of reality, you can not perceive all of It. Thats what It means to be inliythtened1 and not javfly33, you are attached to a certain part of Infinity. -

I agree. But what you are conscious of can have different forms of expressing itself It depends on what you mean by minds. If you mean if I think there are others brains or human bodies, yes, there are. If by Mind you mean consciousness or reality or etc, yes, there is Only this one. There are not two Realities/consciousness -

bruh... He has not transformed but he does not want to accept it. He just thinks Life is about feeling God or Infinite for some hours and then dreaming again the rest of the time in ego consciousness. Ime there is a higher possibility. Stepping into a new territory and leaving your old town for ever. Where is the destination of that path? Unfortunately the destination that was in my case was when laid down the psychedelics and real path began. With psychs I see no other path than going and up and down endlessly. When you go up and down constantly are you going somewhere or are you going in circles? That´s the goal 😎 To ultimate disappear from experience. @cetus A wise man once said: Is easy to not get entangled with pain, misery, sadness. But is much more difficult to not get entangled with pleasurable states: joy, ecstasy, etc... Even samadhi ultimately will be another attachment. Attachment to ecstasy or Bliss. Even that is not IT -

Yeah only or alone is in relation to the notion of 'others', so at that point you already are experiencing others as a duality or something outside of you. At that point whether you say I am one with them or they do not exist, both perspectives solve nothing. Because you are trying to stitch with the intellect something that you previously cut with the intellect too. Like trying to stitch some trousers with a knife that you previously cut .... with the same knife. -

I can´t help but to laugh at the thought that an important quantity of people here do believe their room is the whole of reality or that what they see with their eyes is all that exists right now. Truly hysterical. But here we are debating it regularly 🤣🤣 -
Javfly33 replied to Panteranegra's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think we have debated this in the forum in the past and we clearly have different views. In my experience psychedelics are not spirituality and they offer you no ultimate goal, but momentarily intense mystical experiences (which, can have positive long-term therapeutic effects as well as other psychoactive substances). Yoga or Buddhist Meditation (for example) is not designed to produce in you any concrete experiences (in fact it is usually taught to not get distracted with any momentary samadhi that might have happened), but rather a path with a concrete goal. I myself benefit from psychedelics in the sense that they opened some doors for me to start meditating for the first time, so is not about denying the usefulness of them, but pointing out that comparing them with actual spiritual paths is a mistake, which inevitably will lead to frustration if understanding them as that. So that´s why I raised the question of " 'more powerful' in what sense?" Clearly in producing in the next 4-5 hours an intense fluctuation in consciousness, nothing can beat an ingested external chemical. But my point was meditation or yoga is not designed for that goal. So the comparison makes no sense imo. -

Oh Ok. -
Javfly33 replied to Panteranegra's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
And yoga is not a psychedelic. So why say they are more 'powerful' ? In the same way when Leo says 'it just pales in comparison to psychedelics". Yeah, no shit. You literally ingest a chemical. What did you expect ?¿ -
Javfly33 replied to Panteranegra's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Panteranegra Where did you learn Kriya Yoga? I mean meth is also pretty 'powerful' compared to meditation. Why people not just do meth instead of meditating? We really need to come to a consensus into what Yoga or meditation is. Is not designed to give you in 20 minutes a peak mystical experience. Is supposed to be a path. IMO you guys mix up things which are not related. -

What if Nothing is the ultimate openness? Maybe we are missing that If reality is Nothing, only nothing can have endless amplitude in all directions -

I´m not sure where you want to arrive with this. Like I´m not sure what you want me to say...you want me to convince myself that you do not exist? -
Javfly33 replied to Carl-Richard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah, I´m not sure the point of all this. He wants me to accept that he is imaginary or I am dreaming him? Jesus...fine, if it makes you happy. By the way @Inliytened1 since you are imaginary If I ever saw you by the street you will not care if I slap you right? I mean after all you are not real, right? 😎 You know what? I'll make you a punching bag so @Breakingthewall and I can practice some boxing, after all is my dream and I'm dreaming you both so who cares. -
Javfly33 replied to Carl-Richard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You don´t need to fit 'the others' in your present moment, because is not yours, therefore is not limited. If there was such a thing as a limited present moment the problem of solipsism would arise, but since the only present moment that exists is boundless, where is the problem? There is space for everyone here. -
Realize is all his projection. She is unable to handle their own feelings/thoughts so she projects their own frustration to you. Let me correct you @Buck Edwards Your reaction to her words have been ruining your mind.
