I'm not debating your experience, though. I'm just saying, I'm not doing kundalini yoga, and what I'm talking about it's something that goes beyond an experience. Kriya = Internal action. Internal = Pure Activation of Yourself .

The problem is here people are assuming intensity as anxiety. What I experience it's absolutely intensity, but there is no self, or subject to that Intensity. Also, it's not a psychological intensity. Better put it's just a total activation of Life energies or Perception. But even saying it like that makes no sense. It goes outwards, not inwards.

@Moksha As pure Light that we are, we are seeking always the maximum states of being and pleasure in reality. It serves no purpose to gaslight people that are actually doing action towards to discredit them as "addicts, or addiction seeking style". But I know you don't mean in a bad way. @Rasheed Make sure you have the basics right. Do you eat before meditating? Make sure your stomach is empty before meditating. Ideally 4-5 hours since you last ate.

Don't obsses too much about how to get there or stay there. All tools are imaginary. God projects power to this tools. So it doesn't really matter. What it matters is, if there's something inside you that has gotten tired of darkness, of suffering, of betrayal to Light, or denial of inner Love without conditions. Is there something inside you starting to Awake to not accept anything else but total Liberation without not excuses. Is there something that Intuits, first comes my inner Bliss, my inner Being,my inner Power, then everything else. Is there anything awake in you that just is getting tired and suspicious of the dark thoughts or the ego: "You can't feel like X until you do this", or "You are not powerful enough on your own,you need y". Is there something starting to awake to the intuition that all power, victory and liberation is here right now,and that it can't be stored as an achievement, because the NOW is always here, you must choose always Light in the NOW, constantly. Because it is a choice. It's always a choice right here, right now. Just make sure you always choose Victory and Light here, right now.

All of your suffering, karma, or trauma, as you want to call it, that you have carry on through your whole fucking life, that you have built an identity around it... all of that has been a beautifully, perfect, immaculate, grandiose, Design of God for yourself. A gift. A precious gift. God imagines a perfectly twisted super complex and profound karma-trauma for an avatar so as the avatar lives a very entertaining story, a story about things that are not love, such as dark emotions, or abuse, or trauma, or etc.... all to finally realize one day those were actually also Love. Ok, just sharing this for 'science', I´m not trying to say I´m more awake than you, but I just finished an explosive session... I have gotten as close as I had ever gotten to the 5-Meo dissolution-of-limits state of consciousness, withouth taking it, 'just' Breathing in a certain way. It is very clear to me right now that I am sitting in my throne of God, the floor is imaginary and my house its existing inside my mind. It was clear to me at one point that all beings and things are breathing the same air as me, I am holding all beings inside myself, but even better, there are no other POVs or other NOWS, Its all happening in the INFINITE NOW My body doesn't have an end, it's Infinite, all is being held inside myself. Pure Love again. How many times this has to be seen to really sink into yourself?? I guess a lot of more times. Maybe hundreds, thousands of more awakenings and 'seeings' like this must happen to me. But the Brutal Undeniable Love can not be denied to me anymore, and neither to You.
