  1. How the fuck a kriya (yoguic process, or "yoguic action") is created? Its all purely imaginary and Consciousness projects power into it? (As psychedelics?) For my logical mind it's seems fucking impossible the states of clarity and "lightness" that I'm reaching with just breathing in a certain way for just minutes each day lmao It's seems science fiction, but I guess that's what reality is. A fucking science movie, a mind imagination, an imagination without limits, an infinite power that only seems to not be there by apparent and imagined limitation But in the same way God or Reality can limit itself...it can start to unlimit itself... Then some wacky intense and impossible-to-believe states of being, start to become a living reality for a simple human. You now the speed of light? now multiply that by Infinity ?? and that's how intense it can become
  2. Give me a fucking break dude. My father died from OD on smoking dope 1 year ago. I know what is like to absorb karma from family, transgenerational, and all of that shit. You don't know shit. Yet, it came a moment where I realise that I wasn't going to bite the delusion of the ego anymore. It´s true that I haven't gotten here by mambo jumbo, intense Hatha Yoga each day for a year, unblocking all knots from the ego, to know True Power, and Light. And summarising it for you, there's nothing to heal, just Awaken to the Power of who you are. You don't want to take the precious information it's been given to you? Enjoy the suffering dummy. It seems that you like it I guess. Fine. Enjoy your suffering. Light has been revealed to you. But too much darkness you to surrender yet. Maybe more suffering has to happen to you to stop being such a devil and deny your true Light. The fuck you going to know about me and 'trauma'. Duh. The only difference is that I stopped letting me define me and identifying with it. Because I discovered Truth. Keep playing your games. See if that gets you anywhere.
  3. @Federico del pueblo There is no root cause. It's assigned Karma, it's not even past generations, if you keep going backwards you will go back to the Bing Bang LoL. The end of Karma it's by choosing Now to not get entangled with it. There is always a choice, the question is, will you exercise that choice? Will you choose Lightness over Darkness? Nobody can make you stop the wheel, only you.
  4. I suspect God is not 'good' in the human terms of what 'good' means. Your understand of 'goodness' its limited and biased to your survival. Having said that, if your question is why isn't all roses and pink flowers, my bet is... withouth drama there wouldn't be any juice to awaken. So even if it feels twisted at first, ultimately it seems God is imagining limitation and suffering as part of the screenplay.
  5. Of course, Alcohol is the number one drug to lower consciousness. And it's the reason why I have completely stopped to drink even in social occasions. I just hate that brings my perception/senstivity so easily, just with one drink.
  6. the face says it all. You have the right attitude to excel at this son.
  7. Of course take this with a grain of salt if Meditation has actually Awoken You I know there are people like that. This is for the rest of us. For most of all, that we got sick of going anywhere (or just to peaceful no mind states but that's it) with meditation, while we would be shocked at where we would end up when taking Psychedelics, this is for the rest of You, do not be frustrated: Your energies and your awareness are directly connected. If your energies are intense, your awareness naturally grows and sharpens. This is something that most of the people are missing, they are “trying to be aware”. It doesn’t matter how much you try, without the needed intensity of energy, awareness will not happen. This is like the voltage, the electricity voltage is low, but you are trying to work up the lightness of the lamp: it doesn’t work like that. [...] It’s very important the voltage its high. Only then, the lamps will burn bright. So awareness it’s like the brightness of the light, and energies are like the electricity, so the intensity of energies definetely determines the level and brightness of one’s awareness. [...] Brightness of awareness means it gives you access to see better, to know better, to experience life in a more profound manner. [...] Every human being should strive to intensify the life energies within themselves, so that you can live a more profound and impactful life. And this is why Psychedelics at first seem incomparable to normal practices. The reality is most of spiritual practices do not increase this energy or intensity. So no wonder, you don't seem to get anywhere with them. This is not an apology of an only-Psychedelic path. In fact, Sadhguru says this because he teaches and transmits certain energy process that I have personally verified are no bullshit and can tweak up Consciousness in an explosive way. The point is, intensity is needed to get to the juice over and over. Psychedelics or not. Also, who knows, after you start to learn how to activate and intensify your energy, you might make a normal Meditation session a very intense session. However, the important point is, without intensity of awareness, without a 'petardazo' like in my country say ? (Explosion) of your awareness, fireworks can not happen. If you usually get sleepy meditating, I can guarantee you: you are wasting your time. To results to happen, your awareness + body aliveness should be like you just shoot up Meth in your veins, that's the intensity we are talking about. A loaded up bullet of concentration, a deeply activated, but STILL, body. All of your system must be activated in such a way a radical High state of Awareness its just the RESULT of it, not a forceful frustrated try that never truly gets you there.
  8. Good idea. Maybe @Yimpa can participate as punching bag to experience conscious suffering. We will hit him Consciously so he can successfully experience the suffering as conscious as possible.
  9. We made Peace anyway ? ? But, idk, probably I guess at the end its all so imaginary than even the 'how' to get there its also unique. I´ll read your text now... Also...For me, it makes sense the path I´ve chosen. I finally feel congruence. Maybe other people feel congruence in another way. Probably there's not a single approach for all people. But I was defending the importance of techniques to get there, because 'no technique' never worked for me.
  10. I would say alcohol it's worse for your body, but MDMA it's more delicate in the brain, and it can be addictive. Why not some Bolivian Coke?
  11. Exercise definetely helps in getting a nice dopamine hit to make using drugs less appealing, but still, mainly people use drugs because the innate seeking in each human being it's limitlessness, intensity, freedom. If you don't have tools to get there, you will use drugs. Now, there are people that try to get to that limitless with achieving material accomplishments and ammassing goods, instead of drugs. 'Addiction' as such does not exist. The word itself has victim-like meaning attach to it and it's fundamentally false. Trust me, each human being does a choice each day it does a drug, it doesn't matter how much time it has been doing the drug. One can stop at any time, but people say they want to stop to bullshit themselves, ideally they would like to stop, but in practically getting high with its downsides its still better than their shitty life. So they blame drugs for their stithy management on life.
  12. @Yimpa There is no such a thing as a conscious suffering Imo all suffering it's because you are unconscious. Or in other words, your consciousness/intelligence it's not activated and lost in thought. ?That's my opinion
  13. The question is difficult to answer because Enlightenment is a word and for several people means different things. There are states of consciousness though, that make you question your whole existence, physical reality, other persons, death, space,...etc. So for me, the work is going over and over to those states, designing a life and a method to stay there more and more and more, to the point is no longer a memory but it can start to become a living thing. Then, I don't know if enlightenment will happen or not, but maybe a radical different way of living it's possible. Because if anything true I gotten out of those states it's that I would sell all my achievements to be in that place more time...it's better than anything, it's pure release, pure love, pure light...people downplay seeking because of pleasurable states but for me that's the whole point of the DESIGN. Illusion sucks and produces suffering, and the more one explores certain territories, it starts to become more beautiful and beautiful, and less suffering...so maybe that IS the "breadcrumb" so to speak, that is God saying "This way, it's this way motherfucker...". So I find concerning that people want to demonize seeking higher and higher good feeling-less suffering states...Its literally how it's supposed to be, to motivate you to go to Truth dummy...
  14. ?? @Moksha So literally if you don´t abide in Enlightment, you still seeking/struggling as an ego to 'surrender'. So basically you are critiquing techniques, but you don't offer no solution either. Your motto is 'you just have to surrender', yet you haven't able To do it. Understand now why I think you are playing another game of words but you are actually in Belief/Solace mode, not solutions? Re watch the video of Sadhguru, you literally are falling in the trap of populist new-age understanding of spirituality, the one that assumes that God/Awareness will do the work for you. I suggest you you bite the bitter pill you literally are God, and you literally have a choice. You either start creating what you want, or you will keep being a victim of your conditionings and beliefs, 'thinking' you know so much about ego death, enlightment and are so above against people that do practices. I´ve met actually recently a guy like you, preaching advaita stuff, critiquing that there are no techniques to be done. Meanwhile, I clearly see through his bs and I can see how he doesn't know how to handle his emotions and body, I find laughable that he is selling that he is capable of controlling his Awareness/Godhood. Thoughts, narratives, belief systems , solace? Yes. Actual State, Actual Light embodied? No. If the difference its not important to you, sure, just do nothing and preach advaita cute words to feel ok with yourself that you have gone somewhere.
  15. @tlowedajuicemayne I cut out the part he advocates for yoga practices as a possible solution, since I imagined it could be seen as 'advertising' of isha practices in this forum ?so im guilty
  16. @Benton Yeah, I know a guy here in this forum that went pretty deep with 'just' shaktipat.
  17. I don't hate Moksha, I don't even know him. But I´m not going to let being fucked in the ass. Simple as that. Yeap. The issue here is as always, that I don't buy people's words on a forum. First, whatever 'it' you want refer to, you already have to have come a conclusion that that "it" it's Enlightment and it's the best thing. Secondly , by his words, I don't at all get the sense he is talking about Pure Nothingness or pure No Self (if you want to call Enlightment this), but rather a surrender-allow everything/be in the observer, kind of Awakening. If he thinks this is Awakening and The 'Totality' of what he is, he is for a rude awakening (Ironically LOL) And thirdly, I don't believe for a mere second that he abides in "it" for 24/7 of time. If not, there's work to do. GOD WON´T DO THE WORK FOR YOU! Because you are literally God. This is the classic advaita trap people fall for and I got the sense he is selling/advocating for that. As sadhguru put it, a Belief its great for solace. But you want solace or do you want an actual solution?
  18. It doesn't matter how much games you play with yourself. You won't stop seeking until the seeking it's truly Satisfied. And since your nature is pure Infinity, you won't stop until true Infinity is reached. I'm sick of arguing people here gaslighting me because they say I'm playing with fire, seeking peak states or whatever other crap you say. It turns out true boundlessness it's Ecstatic, it turns total dissolution it's Pure Blissful High, it turns out your true nature it's a fucking Explosion of release of everything, and that feels FUCKING NICE, beyond words. Go seek it, or stay going in life at gas throttle, what do I fucking care. But let me tell you something, when you tell me that you are all about the "Absolute" and peacefulness, and surrender, I laugh in your face. You haven't scratched 2% of who you are. Do not kid yourself with making infinite a finite state. It will never work. Only pure boundlessness ends the seeking. Only destroying all physical limits ends any trace of suffering.
  19. I got it dude. You are Enlightened and you 'KNOW'. Everyone else its just playing games. You know the truth, I don't. Cool. You go enjoy your boring Truth,. I´ll go Bliss myself out in ignorance "addict-seeking style". ?? Don't kid yourself, you wish you were close to Sadhguru in awakening. At the end of the day your fancy/cute advaita words are just words.. I prefer to trust people that actually deliver results, so mind your own business.
  20. A lot of people complain that if they are God/Infinity/All of Reality, how so that they can't access 'other Povs'? The answer is, there are no other Povs. All of Reality in its totality its happening in One Single Present Moment, this One. For limited experience to happen, Infinity/God/Reality, has to limit its perception, creating Individuality. It seems that All sounds, colours, experiences and everything that can be imagined it's happening Here, and Theorically, You Could Access them if you want. (Yes, that includes that if you are in Boston, USA, you could theoretically experience the traffic lights or sounds of New Delhi-- Because Both of 'experiences' are happening HERE). But, God limits that because it literally stopped being Infinite to experience something finite. Anyways, maybe this are just nonsense ramblings....let me know if it makes sense to you.
  21. @Breakingthewall What is for you to 'let go of the mind'? IME, You can use the mind without being enslaved to it, it is possible. I feel people have this duality of just TWO options: 1. Either I am enslaved by thoughts and identification, OR 2. I am in the 'back seat' and im withouth no control/Just observing (The classic 'observer' of New age Advaita). But there are options to Conscious choose to use the mind. But this level of mastery won't arrive with reading books or following your breath (even if it can provide certain relaxation). That's why the importance of certain practices or process. People think it's about seeking States. False. The goal of the Kriya I do every day is not to achieve certain peak states for the sake of it, it's to produce an inner Intelligence or 'Master Key' or 'Panel of Control' so Consciousness can trigger itself to be Awake and Powerful enough to use the system at will, every moment. This level of Awakening or Activation it's dimensions beyond anything of 'letting go of control', because it actually recognizes the Infinite Power of Reality, of You. There are better states of Being that just surrendering or letting go. How about actually Having Infinite Power and Control?
  22. @Yimpa Why you shouldn't just 'let go' . Careful with the advaita or new-age spiritual mottos like that. You will never awaken going half-throttle in life.
