I know, most of the topics that I considered the best I'm putting lately they are getting no replies. Try reading it next time while you are in a more sensitive/higher state of consciousness, for example while tripping.

By the meaning I've gotten out of it, it's sort of working on yourself, like for example healing your inner child, or solving stuck emotions, or something like that.

See, here's the thing. Right now you think some parts of your mind are still you, that's why you think there's something to do about yourself, like shadow work, or healing some parts. @Carl-Richard When you repeatedly verify that you are never, ever, a thought story, a concept, or an identity, you obviously realize that you are not God/Awareness only when you are in a peak meditation state, or in a psychedelic, you are that God/Pure Awareness NOW, NOW, NOW. NOW, you have your energies slept, or intoxicated by ego thoughts, and you believe that there's a you that needs to be healed. See, I'm not denying that the mind and body might do some behaviours that are not the best for survival (maybe who knows, someone has an addiction for shoplifting and that gets them into trouble). See, I'm not saying that is OK, I'm not saying that is a good use. All I'm saying is, you as God(or awareness, or nothing, or who ever you want to call yourself), is not a thought or concept. So you work on yourself as God, and that means, ACTIVATING yourself, stop being lost in thoughts, if Awareness is Awake, activated, channels are opened, then the body and mind will work to the best of its abilities, and it will do the necessary things or most optimal things. Suddenly shop lifting won't happen, because there is a certain consciousness or Intelligence that is not unconsciously feeding into the thoguth or energy patters that produce that behaviour. See the difference? I'm not saying humans are perfect or don't do dumb things that it would be better they don't. I'm saying You as Who You Are, is not a concept, human, identity, or a memory, and thus your "zone of work" so to speak is not that one of bettering anything (because you are already Perfect), but rather of activating yourself and reclaiming the Power you are Now.

Shamavhi kriya, Sadhguru teaches at the end of inner engineering course. The states I reach are beyond anything you can imagine if you haven't gone there. It blows any other state that I knew. I could talk a lot about this, and at the end of the day, all that matters is producing this states AT WILL NOW, not just during a practice, but...for example with Bandhas (body locks), I have produced such intense awareness that any trace of existence Vs me completely disappears. Now...this might seem as a normal non dual meditation state...it's not. This Bandhas effect are beyond anything I've gotten to mediating. There is such intensity of awareness that perception just becomes like an empty Diamond of Pure Power. It's just YOU, AND YOU. When you touch this just for a few seconds each day, you know what really Mastery/Pleasure/Victory really is. I think at the end of the day, that's what all this is. If you touch this states everyday, you have a real comparison on what is actual well being, Blissfulness, Love, Victory. You know thoughts are just hell. You just don't want to go there ever again. With thoughts you will never win this game. Method I learn from a famous Guru. The method is nothing super rare or special. Anyone can do it . The method is not precisely the point. The point is coming to such realization of Love and Light that you accept yourself so much as a Being of pure power and light (God) that you stop fucking around with the ego and mind horror story. And start really mastering your Life (mind, body, energies, emotions) @Davino Because I still fall to the trap. But it's clear at a certain intuition intelligence that all there is worthwhile to life it's just over powering any kind of ego thought with intense Awareness. I still have to tune my methods. I'm probably at about 0.1% of the waking time blisses out/God vS 99.9% in ego. But it's clear to me that I can tweak that percentage upside down. What I'm pointing out is: do not waste your time in ANY thought story of the self. It will not only make you suffer, it will also waste you time. What That topic was because I was under an ego state.

All intent to heal anything, or go to the root cause of anything, or improve anything about 'you', its a complete terrorist attack of the ego, 'deceived' as fake self importance or fake self love. You can't heal anything, you can only go back and back and back to the Infinite, Absolute, Empty, Powerful, Light that you are. Go back so much times that that Luminous Empty Perfect Loving void becomes your true Self, and not beliefs about yourself such as 'I am this guy and this was made to me, I am this girl and I need to heal this other thing'. All of those thoughts are more SHIT, more CRAP, more ATTACKS from the Devil. You are SAVED NOW. You don't need to do any of the shit the mind tells you to do. DESTROY the Devil With Pure Goodness NOW. Karma is stopped NOW. Always NOW. Light must be chosen NOW always. It doesn't matter what the mind says about the past. You will choose Light and Pure Power and Love NOW, because you are THAT, NOW. It doesn't matter what the mind says about the future. You will choose Light and Pure Power and Love NOW, because you are THAT, NOW.

Abandon horrific thoughts of 'I need to be better than the other guy'. You are Light, NOW. Not in a peak psychedelic state, not in a peak meditation feeling, NOW, because you lie so fucking much you think NOW its other place, and you need to 'heal' something, about 'you', in the 'future'. What a bunch of acts of the devil to deny Light.

Radical open mind here... I'm sharing this in part as a way to journal my advancement and grow in my goal as God to prove myself that I can generate any chemical state on my own since I'm unlimited and I'm infinite, but maybe if another one it's crazy as me wants to try and benefit from this. Without further ado, the "technique": So, basically, this technique has two fundamental pillars. 1. One, it's the mudra. Mudra is a position of hands in Yoga. For this technique, we will be doing "Gyan mudra". Search it in internet how it is, since my english is not so good and I have a hard time describing body positions lol. IMPORTANT! Your hand must be placed upwards. 2. Second, it's the breathing. You will have to do what they call in Pranayama which is "Ujjaji breathing". It's like, you find a sort of "inner passage" when the air goes through your throat, it's not difficult, if there is a sort of "noise" or sound you produce when you breath like this, you are doing Ujjaji breathing. The thing is, this type of breathing actually happens as a result of an already certain state of consciousness. So first master "locking" the energies on the mudra, then the breathing will happen like this. But I'm just describing it to you so you know when you have "activated it". 3. This is optional, but this helps a lot to stabilize the buzz/High/Pleasure state, and its that with the right hand, you open it and also put it upwards, but not like you are asking for money like a beggar lol, but actually open it but facing in front of you. With this, you "Master" and "Lock" the fluid and twisted energies of the ego mind, INTO THE NOW. Now, you just have to practice. At first you probably won't notice anything, but try try and try. When it starts to happen, it won't be an intellectual good feeling, it will be an energetic, intoxication (but Awake) state of mind. Don't want to do apology of drugs, but what this state gets close to is the classic opiate Buzz high, where there is an unexplainable satisfaction and Buzz of being in the NOW. Completely without no reason, you just feel complete, dopamine, just because. This is hacking the ego-survival system, if you master this, you will be sitting on a diamond ? your whole life. Trust me, this is possible. I'm starting to generate it at will, there its a lot of work to do yet, but I guarantee you, you do have the panel of control of the system, you just have to know how to activate it and use it, and it's completely beyond any intellectual knowledge. It's a skill of God, of Energy, of Infinite Power and Will. Good luck! And feel free to post any discoveries or breakthroughs you have. By the way, this can be done ANYWHERE. In fact, this why I'm working on it. Everybody can feel good while sitting peacefully at home, but I'm trying this technique mainly on the street, downtown. While everyone is unfortunately running around stressed out, I'm a weirdo sometimes trying to dissimulate nodding my head off the buzz it's being generated. Lmao

Just because you just have watched some videos of Leo that speak about the duality of relative Vs absolute and popped some things, doesnt mean you have seen all that is possible. @Davino Honestly brother, and I don't say this in a bad way, for what you speak about "coming down" from those states, it seems you haven' had a proper Sadhana in your life. When you had done over 50 hours of extremely intense Pranayama, careful and energised Kriyas, true master what is an Asana, a Mudra, etc...you don't know the 1% of what is possible to a human being. You think popping some chemicals it's all there is to human possibilities, just going to Peaks for some hours and then coming down to ego and weak energetic vibration again... Yeap, unfortunately this is the problem in this forum. when you guys are going to realize that supporting you guys on psychedelics so much make you weaker, not powerful. And this is not against psychedelics, psychedelics literally saved my life, 4-AcO-DMT was a magic tool in life. But they can't only take you so far. When you get tired of going up and coming down, we can speak of what is actually possible for you. But you have to become really tired of those comedowns Something inside you must intuit there's more than that ??‍♂️ And I guess one can not push that, you either get tired of it and go to higher things, or not. It will just take time I guess.

That's your projection of darkness into me. In my perspective, rage is the light, its the way it happens. Just so you know, there are Yogis that are 100% of the time angry, not just at anyone, just angry 'because'. It´s a form of sadhana/spiritual practice for them. How the illusion/Maya is constructed, 99% of egos need to relieve certain energy stickiness by rage, you should not demonise this. @Carl-Richard Be mindful also that I am conscious between the line of rage and violence. I haven't insulted anyone and will not hurt nobody. (nor that I even could since this is a online forum lol) It´s actually well intended. It's force-energy to dissolve the stuckness and frustration of ego-consciousness. I am literally at the same time to people that they are 'Infinitely Powerful'. @Carl-Richard @Lila9 @Davino @Benton Having said that, I do acknowledge that because of the ego traumas or attachments, maybe there is a lot of rage on my 'teaching', and it's not politically correct. Each day I do a yoga posture where impressive amounts of rage, power and intensity came up, I am Conscious the ego its realising something and as a relief, this rage and 'violence' its coming up. But it's not mine. It's just happening. The traumas or attachments egos is not my problem. Those things can be worked, relieved or let go, but its not something I do, it's something that happens and the fastest it happens great, but focusing on that aspect its a big mistake. It´s precisely when you forget about the egos problems, when they actually start to come up to the surface effortlessly and get relieved. Also, no human avatar its perfect. Yes, absolutely. There is a lot to work on. I wouldn't´say I don't face the fact that there is work to do. But people think the work is working on healing the human. People should treat the human as a meat-body, nothing else. Forget the human, go and activate true Intelligence, true Power. The work is how to master your skill to open the now (as you say). This skill has nothing to do with the ego and mind bullshit, it's an energetic, or imaginary Skill, that God can have. The less you are lost in the ego horror story, the more time you have to actually work on what is important, that is opening the now (in my case, I say 'energy skills', but its kind of the same, its just words to describe a certain skill beyond mind, language, intellect and limitation).

I truly hope you guys find what real Light, Power, Infinity, Direct Consciousness, Nothing, Explosive Unity, Salvation, Shot of Truth, it is. When you experience that, on a fucking daily basis, even if its for some moments, you will stop saying so much nonsense about healing yourself or fixing yourself. You only want to fix or heal yourself because you still think you are the body, mind, your identity, your concept. You guys might delude yourselves, but not me. I know what is real, I know what light is, and I know what the devil is. I´ve touched certain states of being that go DIMENSIONS of Intensity beyond any kind of awakening you think your had popping shit. Not try to downplay the awe and potentiality of substances, they help. But don't kid yourself, you are SO MUCH POWERFUL than any external-induced state. I´ve touched states of being that could be described as "an explosion of ecstatic light, death and truth, and PURE NON-DUALITY". Now go tell me, when you EXPERIENCE YOURSELF in that way, to go eat the egos shits of thoughts, beliefs and concepts of fixing, healing, forgiving, etc... You are not going to eat any of that shit anymore when you know how to Explode yourself into an Infinity Unexplaineble Unitary Deathless Light each day. So don't try to bullshit me, the only reason you keep eating shit it's because you haven't seen nothing more than shit, with the exception of some loving intense states of drugs here and there.
