I learned that just recently, when I listened to the "Never-ending story" audiobook. I realized how much freaking (!!!) wisdom is packed into this one story. I was able to take the perspectives of different characters and understand why they say what they say and why they do what they do. It felt seriously mystical and I keep going back to the story because I'm sure there is even more to discover. I think there is a Mooji video that explains that quite well.... it's about not being involved in an accident. Let me see if I can find it. It was posted here in the forum a few weeks ago. Tremendous amounts! You have a great talent to observe and describe the observed in words, Tsuki! And you read my latest journal entries, right? ;-) So wait, are you saying that I haven't joined the conversation and I was just lurking? lol....you are funny, Tsuki!
-
Sure, if you can think of some that are worthwhile answering? Lol
-
Ok, ok Could it be that we get lost in illusion, if we keep this conversation going without taking action? Could it be that the words that one writes actually are best applied to "oneself"? Could it be better to ask questions instead of giving answers?

@Emerald I just wanted to say thank you! This book is by far one of the most eye-opening books I have read!!!

I did a quick search, but couldn't find anything useful. So, basically I'm plotting my "feeled gained knowledge" (without numbers) on the y-axis and life time in years on the x-axis. There is one "curve" for conscious learning and one for subconscious learning (which rises incredibly high in the first 0-5 years of my life, then stays there for (way too) many years and then obviously started dropping down (finally!!!). It's not easy to put all the information in one diagram (especially together with the hero/heroine cycles and the fact that one embodies several spiral dynamic stages)... maybe you have an idea?
-
Of course, I come to the conclusion that every human being on this Earth is equally important (it's a really really really tough one though!) and that seekers vs. non-seekers is a paradox resolving as seekers = non-seekers.
-
haha, so true ...and discovering some order in it feels like heaven
-
I started drawing "learning curves" for my conscious and my subconscious mind vs. my life-time in years and how that correlates with my weight , hero/heroine's journey cycles and spiral dynamic stages. I'm not ready to reveal it yet, needs a lot more contemplation...
-
@tsuki How would "I" know? There is just this feeling that these questions are somehow important. Maybe not for "you" but for "me"? It could be because I'm reading "The heroine's journey" by Maureen Murdock and it's basically my life's story. It could be because I'm contemplating the differences/similarities between the hero's and the heroine's journey. Actually, there are two more questions coming up (I guess for "me" - you don't have to answer them, if you feel they are useless to "you"): Who are the most important people in your life? Are the seekers more important than the non-seekers?
-
How many people, do you think, like the "new" @tsuki more than the "old" one?
-
@tsuki Ok, another question How many people have told you that they want the old @tsuki back?
-
I wouldn't stop now, would you? I just know that "I" will be contemplating for a while.... hope "you" have some patience, too, do "you"? ;-) Hmmm @tsuki - how do you know that the video is mostly targeted to an orange viewer? Doesn't real growth vs. inner growth equal real growth = inner growth?
-
I have a feeling that what we will be able to do also has a lot to do with embodiment So, yeah, for "me" it's time to access a little ....
-
To "me" our conversations with @now is forever feel like this:
-
Maybe it helps, if we look at our journey's first and once we understand them better, maybe it's easier to compare to what is in the books? I will contemplate for a while ;-) I have a feeling that this topic is best approached in stillness, isn't it?

Indeed - I totally agree! I wanted to add some books here Jo Witek & Christine Roussey: "In My Heart: A Book of Feelings" (age: 2-4 years) Byron Katie and Hans Wilhelm: "Tiger, Tiger is it true?", (age: 3-7 years) (covers self-inquiry and recontextualization) Hunter Maats & Katie O'Brien: "The Straight-A Conspiracy: Your Secret Guide to Ending the Stress of School and Totally Ruling the World" (highschool)

Hehe, but wouldn't it make sense to go down the stairs first to come up again? Wouldn't it be most beneficial for the world, if people currently at stage green would help to educate stages below?
-
Once one is aware - one can choose to surrender or resist. Once one realizes that one has a choice, one can also question whether there is a difference between the two. They seem to be paradox at first, but through contemplating they can become one and the same "thing". Surrender vs. resistance becomes surrender = resistance. (I learned that from @tsuki - Thank you!!!!).
-
@now is forever yeah, we kind of "lost it there" - will give everyone reading this a good laugh, hopefully Hmm, I'm not quite sure if I understand it correctly... but another thing, I have been thinking about: Wouldn't it be most efficient to first make a mindmap for people who are already in stage green?
-
@now is forever Turquoise, of course. Wait, no - I think he will come as Yoda
-
and back we are in fantasy world, lol... - no, no - this feels way more productive
-
So, it would be something like an interactive visualization / guide map of how to self-actualize? oh oh, I can "hear" Leo coming at us with a light saber
-
@now is forever This lady (video above) has a cute map for her journey. I'm also wondering about the differences between the hero's and the heroine's journey ;-) I found this: and @Emerald wrote a nice summary here about Maureen Murdock's book here:
-
@now is forever Do you=I=we "realize" how big this project could get? ? My intuition says: to go from one spiral dynamics stage to the next, one might have to go through one hero's and/or heroine's journey cycle. Could that be true? "I" feel like "I" have gone through the latter many times. @tsuki Yes, spiral dynamics feels to "me" like zooming in and out once we "arrive" at I=you=we. Ups, wait - did I just judge "others" with that statement? ? I guess the point is, once I=you=we observe ourselves, I=you=we can see when we fall back into certain stages. ?
