  1. Where does he claim that it's not useful for treatment of mental illnesses? To me it seems that he simply states that psychelics are not useful for direct consciousness.
  2. Letting go of any ideals of what an enlightened being "should" be or look like would be probably be useful.
  3. Where would you place all the different ism:s(political, religious, spiritual, philosophical or economical ideology) in terms of Sd stages?
  4. No friends. I'm ghosting when the friendship doesn't serve me anymore.
  5. So I've some research last couple of days on interracial dating/marriages, and apperently it's on the rise. One interesting dynamic that I found(maybe I'm wrong) is that for white/european communties the men are generally the reachers and the women are generally the settlers, but in african american communities this gender dynamic seems to be the opposite. What are your thoughts on that? And if you find some truth in that, why do you think that is? (Not meant to be prejudice, just a thought)
  6. How would you, clearly and concise, define concept?
  7. Some other concept that might be useful of becoming conscious of: What is other? What is language? What is a body? What is a relationship?

  9. You guys knpw of any contemporary examples o yellow and turqouise women?
  10. Not necessarily, judgement is always produced in the activity of wanting. So what is it that you want that produces this judgement? Authenticity, self expression, connection maybe, etc?
  11. For me a lot of the Lp course is about making commitments, and a big part of enlightenement is about releasing or becoming conscious of your subconscious commitments(self-agenda) in life. Anyone else experienced this conrtradiction and how do you reconcile that?
  12. I seen a couple of videos of people going around asking americans what they like most about the us and a lot them answers freedom. And it seems to be rooted in a LOT of pride. But here in Europe it's not emphasized at all. Why is freedom emphasized so much? And what does it really mean from an american collective perspective?
  13. Don't worry about self-love, focus on the self-hate. Cause that's obciously what you're feeling.
  14. Sounds greatman! An additional note on what going back to basics meant for me, was doing things enjoyed as a kid, movies, cartoons, foods etc,
  15. @NorthNow Rather than trying to figure something, just surrender unconditionally to the experience.
  16. This might be of some use to you: " OCD is about trying to avoid the feeling of unpredictability and unsafety, specifically the unsafety that is in the form of unpredictability. If you have OCD then you think doing things in a certain way and being a certain way that helps you guarantee getting certain results. That's the only control you feel over your reality. " - Teal Swan
  17. What do you feel trapped by? Which limitation?
  18. Sorry to hear that! I've had some very early abandonment traumas myself, and they really suck. This might help some, it did to me.
  19. What helped me when I was in a state of complete hopelessness a months ago, which it sounds to me that you are in now, was letting go of enlightenment, duality and all that stuff and just go to the basics. I can highly recommend Teal Swan, she is far superior to Leo when it comes to these issues. And she a very comforting approach which is kind of nice when you feel low.

  21. In my experience it've become easier for every time, but still very challenging of course. Teal Swan used an analogy for women giving birth. Apperently the first baby is super painful, but by their forth child it's a piece of cake.
  22. Generally I would say cut them out but since they're your classmates that might not be possible, so I'll just quote Jesus instead: Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!
  23. Absolutely, for me wikipedia has been a great source of information for years! Why would the teachers and principle get mad abput that?
  24. This guy is not enlightened. He've had a "glimpse" and mistaken that for enlightenment. A somewhat common phenomenon, and I myself went through it a few years ago. This guy too
  25. @DivineSoda we got are fair share of collective ignorence here as well. According to Hofstede's culrtural compass Sweden is the most feminine country in the world. And the way this manifests is complete lack of responsability, politically, collectively and individually, when REAL issues present themselves. Cause nothing REALLY bad could ever happen in Sweden in course! https://www.hofstede-insights.com/product/compare-countries/ Also, the assumption that Sweden has created the best welfere state like ever is deeply ingrained. But it's so suppressed and covered up with something I would call fake humbleness, which not always is a pretty sight.
