Nothing can not think, talk, or be aware. It is just it, which is you. Eyes dont see anything, or there is no eye to see anything. Sleeping has no differences than being awake.

Why don't you surrender further and realise that the boundary between on psychedelics/not on psychedelics was never there in the first place. Yes this is it. In 2018 i did 2 hours every day, 2019 3 hours, and this year 4 hours ever day. And after awakening mind (because actually there is no mind) becomes meditative.

Normal meditation sitting, but hands are together. Everyday. Each session 1 hour. If you can do, go up to 3 session with 10 min break. Additionally, even during the day be aware of the thoughts, dont be in it and dont go with it. Watch it.
