Don't you think that this labeling thing isn't too much? Sometimes I have the feeling that we incorporate all levels of the spiral and it's impossible to label people. By the way, SD is nothing if you can just be present and enjoy the moment. You can do it in whatever level of the spiral. I would suggest you reading David Deida. I hope you find awesome souls around the world, but, please, don't label them with colours. Try to connect with their hearts instead. And have fun.

I don't know what you want, but I regret not joining the military here in Brazil. The army would teach me discipline and many other important values. I wouldn't blindly dismiss the military. War is not just about evil. It's kind like necessary. There is a TED Talk that talks about religion, war and spiritual enlightenment.

Lol! I feel bad when I'm radically honest with people. I shouldn't feel this way. I bought a book called Radical Honesty. It's arriving. I hope it'll help me though. Edit: I think today is day 62 (or 63, can't remember), and I have the feeling that I'm less addicted to artificial stimulation. I look at photos of beautiful women (not pronographic pics) and I find them beautiful, but I don't have the urge to watch porn and jerk off.

Man, a real problem with Spiral Dynamics is that it makes guys too judgy. Guys are judging everyone. Wake up, man! Of course you need to have mental and emotional stability before getting into a relationship, but you need to be good with women in general to pick up the number one. It's a process. While you meet new women, you heal your wounds. It's not a mechanical process where you have to do one thing at first and then the other and the other. Honestly, I think it's weird a guy who doesn't want to have sex. We're still fucking human beings. You may call me an Orange or whatever, but what you call authenticity is real authenticity? Aren't you judging girls? Do you always tell the truth? Listening to someone telling the truth is like crack, dude! Girls really get addicted to it. If you were being authentic, you would be banging the hottest girl you find. I don't mean just her beauty, but also her personality. Girls can sense manipulation from long distances (I know because I get in problem when I feel I'm trying to manipulate girls). So, I'll ask you again: are you really trying to be authentic or are you trying to manipulate girls with your agenda?

I told a girl who was almost passing her hands on my dick that I was a hard guy to be picked up. I felt it was a bit dicky.

I'm reading The Power of Now and it's the real shit. I need to read this book again in the future. -
Orange: Love: a father who hustle to give his son the best education. Fear: a woman who does plastic surgery in order not to lose her husband. Yellow: Love: a Graphic Designer who give his/her best to meet the expectation of his/her client by using Fibonacci code. Fear: a philosopher who doesn't want to hang out with his/her friends because he/she thinks socializing is a waste of time.

Bad strategy, mate. If you want to attract girls, you can do it right now, no matter what you have. Getting good with girls can work as an emotional leverage to other stuff in life as well.

Turquoise: eat whatever you want.

The rest is bullshit and mental masturbation.

No one knows. If someone tells you they know what happens after death, it's a lie. -
My doctor says eating meat makes me more grounded (I'm diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, so I'm kind like pie in the skies if I don't get grounded). I've already read many comments that people who eat meat become more goal-oriented. There's a kind of famous Brazilian guy who was on Frugivorism and had bone problems. Jordan Peterson says he cured many stuff with a carnivore diet. I'm still not sure about the benefits of a vegan or vegetarian diet, but I respect people who are on it.

I had this experience last week. I talked about meditation and the girl: "uh!". They really don't care if you're enlightened or if you meditate 2 hours a day. If you don't make them feel emotions, you won't enter into their pants. Harsh truth and it can be used for everything in life. I found a new job just when I was feeling happy and alive. When I was down and depressed, I was really miserable and no doors would open. The same happens with girls. High-energy equals attraction.

Just posting to complement what @aurum said. I also grew up Catholic and it was just a mess to confront religion in my family. My parents know I'm not Catholic anymore (I'm 28), but I respect their point of view (that's probably why they respect me). I don't get too much attached to Spiral Dynamics but I still find it fascinating. My parents are probably Blue, but, you know, it doesn't matter. I love them anyway and I know they love me too much. Despite of Spiral Dynamics' colors, there's a universal law that is about Love and Fear. Love and Fear can be found in any Spiral's level. Look at it before trying to figure out where you are in the spiral. I hope it helps. Cheers!

I'm on day 59 and I probably reached a plateau. I don't know if I'm getting benefits anymore. At least I'm not looking at porn. Girls get attracted to me easily though. I really don't do anything and some girls want to kiss me. I try to be funny but sometimes I'm a dick with them (they're not hot girls, but before no-fap, even 4's wouldn't be so attracted to me).

I think it's wonderful what technology can do and recently I stumbled on this video: My question is: Is this kind of technology ecological? If it's not, is it possible to make it ecological? If it is, guys, it's amazing! I think it's a wonderful way of having waves in places where people can't reach the ocean. Sometimes I think I'm on a low consciousness level for being marvelled with this kind of technology but, at the same time, I think: "damn, it's awesome! I would love to test this kind of thing!" I probably would feel guilty if this kind of stuff isn't ecological. What do you guys think about it (also for those who have a better understanding of how works this kind of technology)?

There's another benefit of online dating (apps like Tinder and Happn): it's cheap.

Sometimes we have to use our guts combined with logical thinking.

Right now I'm just doing cold approaches. If I want to, I can use Tinder, but I prefer to build a better social skills set before using this kind of app. I have used Tinder and Happn once. I think I went to the bed with two different girls last year with these apps. The dynamic is pretty the same, but through these apps, you can escalate to sex easily. Both cold approach and online dating make you happier, but it's probably better doing them together. By the way, I'm going out these days and I'm feeling happier (if you guys looks at my old posts, you will realize that some of them were very depressive).

I never saw a way of making money without effort. I think that even people who make passive income need to put effort. There are some folks who say that money can come without effort or easily, but I still can't believe it (like Access Counsciousness people / the technique is great though).

Have you guys heard about circles of men? It's a very supportive network of men who listen to each other with no judgment. This website show the guidelines of a men's circle: https://www.craigwhitecoaching.com/mens-circle-guidelines/ The book Circles of men by Clay Boykin is also very good (there's a Kindle version). This kind of approach seems to have the power of helping us to find our true purpose.

Before facing psychosis (it was in 2013 yet), I used to meditate in a different manner: I used my imagination to exclude every person around me, so I wouldn't feel judged and I would find peace. I was even able to taste beer with a lot of awareness. I would feel each note of a craft beer. When eating sushi, for example, I would feel every texture of it. I had much more focus to do many stuff. But I had a problem: I wouldn't answer anyone around me, because I was applying the technique just not while meditating, but also in the everyday life. Now I understand that I shouldn't do it with people in the everyday life, but the technique is interesting if use it just when I meditate and when I have to focus on an activity. But I'm also worried if it can cause me psychosis again. The peace I achieved with this technique was huge and I miss it. I'm just actually excluding people in my mind, not in reality. Maybe it's kind like a focus meditation. What do you think about it? Is this technique harmful?

I just did two sessions of bars access and, man, it's pretty relaxing. My first time was really amazing. The second one was less intense, but it was still very good and relaxing. It's a fascinating technique. -
I find this concept pretty interesting. Is Leo's course based on Ikigai?
