Pic here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DBy77aoXgAIjoKE.jpg:large Note: some artistic nudity I wrote an extensive description about it as well but unfortunately it's in swedish. For those who are still interested in it it can be found HERE: http://forum.magiskamolekyler.org/index.php?showtopic=21758 Dosage: 10 grams in a package labeled "Cosmic Connection" from a store in Amsterdam I find it to be a helpful part of the integration process. Would be great to hear if others are doing similar things.

@FirstglimpseOMG @spinc Yeah, like Firstglimpse said, it was the truffles. I didn't realize it was a different part than the shrooms, I thought that's just what they called it there. It didn't look like any of the pictures above, they were small round pieces, I figured they were chopped up. Sigh I felt like a badass there for a while -

@Martin123 It sounds like a big dose doesn't it? In the store they said that it was a good amount for one person, and that you could buy a bigger package if you wanted to share them, but now that you mention it, 10 grams is supposed to be a lot (I did feel like I was Jesus). According to the store, the type I bought was medium strong, they had both weaker and stronger ones. But I'm just a happy go lucky noob I guess, going along with what people tell me and hoping for the best. They tasted fairly fresh to me, they were chewy and so on. -

Oh sorry, mushrooms ?? Enlightenment can be expressed in all ways of expression possible, but none of the expressions are the truth itself. A lot of the trip was about just that. I agrre with you still, that art has much more power to influence the subconscious mind and go deeper. @Arkandeus @AlwaysBeNice @Annetta Thank you so much! I have gotten a lot of positive feedback over this so it may be my new thing ? -
@Annetta they're mooooths, can't you tell!?

@egoeimai @Voyager A little update... Right now I'm avoiding gluten, sugar and alcohol and staying as low as I can on dairy. I started taking vitamin B and also some gut flora pills (don't recall specific type). I also bought a humidifier for my bedroom. I try to eat sauerkraut and kimchi every morning. I try to avoid coffee and energy drinks as they seem related to skin flakiness. All this combined has made my problems disappear almost entirely! I'm very pleased. Sometimes I stray and then it comes back, especially with sugar and alcohol I think- The humidifier makes a great difference, I'm thinking about getting one for my desk at work as well, highly recommend if you haven't tried it.

Have you read anything from Walter Russell? What is your opinion on him? Also: what is your take on ancient aliens?

@Voyager Wow that's a lot of advice, thanks a lot!

@Annie sounds great, I'm happy for you

@Vercingetorix I also thought about this, it's soo true. -
Ok I get why people like this book and find it inspiring but I couldn't take it anymore when he said that "the monks of Savana thought passion was extremely important". I'm not finishing it now? Take that, book. It is so clear that this book is intended to speak to the individualistic westerner (stage orange) looking to boost his or her career, and not deliver a deep honest message of spirituality. It is not even elegantly done, it is just a conversation between two people, it could just as well have been in the form of a manual. The Buddha would smack all those Savana Monks hard on their heads with his Zen stick until they forgot who they were. If I went to India looking for truth and found a very secret society of monks and they told me to keep a journal for inspiration and visualize positive images I would be soooo disappointed.

@Natasha i really enjoyed that video, sounds like things are going well for you, congrats ? -
So I feel, more than ever, that I know what kind of content I want to be making and sharing, what my domain(s) of mastery should be and what my ideal medium is. But there is a lot of wiggle room still, and I haven't really got a solid cash flow engine, just different vague ideas of how to build it in the future, but it's hard to test now before I have a solid brand and audience and any products. should I just keep going with it 'cos I love it or think some more? Going with it takes a lot of time and energy so if I do that I won't have much time to put into cash flow concepts.

@Esoteric thaaank you this is what I wanted, someone with a relatable experience! I think a lot of the contents are good, and very helpful for most people, but just as you say, thinking positively does not get to the core of things. I guess what rubs me the wrong way is that the book puts its own advice on a pedestal, as carried from old mystic traditions, when it leaves out the very core of what those traditions taught and the potential hazards and nuances of the advice that is given. I think I would've actually loved it some years ago but now I think it could be very misleading. -

@Loreena spot on. Also, a key point in most spirituality is work on detaching from being run by your passions, and when he said the monks taught the very opposite it just felt way too artificial for me -
@Nahm that's lovely! PD what? PD Ouspensky? ?
-
@jse thank you ✨ haha on further contemplation, does that also imply that just like day follows night, passion should follow money? ?

The title could use some work but in my own life I've become more and more alert regarding myself and how I hold certain ideas. How I can't really let go of them The episode about how to develop big picture thinking helped clear some things out but I still see this problem in myself and in others, I think it's such a big topic it deserves its own episode. It's really easy to get sold on one thing that works really well for a while and then you become blind to other possibilities. For example, it has helped me to learn more about masculinity and femininity but I realize that now I start to project what should and shouldn't be on other people and their relationships where there is actually so much more for me to learn. ...Kind of tricky to describe accurately. How to avoid finding a box you really really like and then fitting everything into that box. Because that box is so fucking nice you know?

@LifeLine21 that's fine I love oils!

@Passionate I think Influence is a great book, very practical, very specific. I've been wanting to get back to it lately actually to look certain things up but I think I borrowed it to someone. From an enlightenment perspective however, it is really a book on how to stroke others ego's to grow your own ego. But it's a good one!
