A good pair of headphones, choose the freq, then sit in meditation for 1 hour or more. Thats really the optimal way to use them. You could also apply psychedelics during use. -
Pull up/Dip bar converstion. The one you mount to the wall, not a door way.

Everything is a state of consciousness, with infinite states to explore. Psychedelics show you different states. So the chances of you taking a psychedelic and being able to ping yourself at or past rainbow would be nearly impossible to make that decrement, unless you at least already recognize what state rainbow would be like. Rainbow seems to be another interpretation of the "Infinite State" which psychedelics obviously can take you, But you do not stay there, where as Rainbow seems to be a state that one remains, seeing as the physical body is pretty much gone. So in theory it seems possible to temporarily glimpse a similar state especially if you imagine it to be so for your reality but psychedelic's always bring your body back. So i would say No to fully achieving rainbow through psychedelics. Maybe you could be the first person to try doing it? -

5 Me0 Is very different. They are totally different experiences. DMT can feel emotionally challenging and chaotic, kaleidoscope like but imagine punching through all that in a second and ending up in an amazing space beyond words. Clear, Aware, Full of Pleasant Feeling, Spacious, Loving. There also is no physical body, your just kinda floating there still, as solely the visual field and the breath. At least that was my personal experience. -
Porn is subjective. Its largely based on your own interpretation of it, however me personally, I have also noticed all of which you have mentioned here, regret, drained, objectification. Curious about no fap, I tried semen retention by laying off porn and masturbation and sex for over 100 days. Around 80 days I was in a new state of consciousness. Radiant, abundant energy. The sexual energy becomes quite intense, You will naturally attract woman as if they can sense the increased sexual energy. Its pretty awesome. It takes a great deal of self discipline to attain, It was unsustainable however and lasted only 2 days. After I seen that state doesn't remain with me after retaining that long and doesn't seem to come online until that long, I chose to have sex and let go of the idea of semen retention because waiting 80 days for a 2 day boost in consciousness is not worth it. Getting back to porn, if you would ask Leo, he interprets it in an opposite manner. He claimed in a post, it improves his mood and focus. I then adopted that perspective and tried to see if I could interpret feeling that way instead, and I had similar results when I reframed it for my own mind. To comment about how you feel, to feeling drained then Its best right before bed because then feeling "drained" can be reinterpreted to be viewed as a "sleep aid" where being drained is suitable. As for feeling regretful, that's only because your trying to hold 2 perspectives that contradict one another. One wants to watch porn or masturbate the other does not. One perspective is an uncontrolled sexual urge looking for instant release, the other is a judgment on the method of satisfying the urge. You don't have to judge it but view it as a biological function. Reinterpret a new way to view watching porn, or if there is less regret when having actual sex then go do that instead. First Learning to control and manage your sexual urges will play an important role, and is a sign of self control. If you just react to urges all the time and need to watch porn your not having self control. You can put a positive or productive perspective on any action. As everything is largely based upon how your personally choosing to relate to the actions. You have to consciously choose a new way to how you interpret it. This new way must be unique to you and you should be able to observe the effects and results of your view and determine if it works for you or not. The default seems the be how your currently experiencing it. Remember your the creator of your own perspective, so something that personal, you can choose to frame it how ever you like. It mainly effects your own feeling states, this in turn can also sometimes effect how people respond to you. For me, It seems to be best framed as" a tool for release after extended periods of time where sex is not available" you don't have to demonize it. However, Its something you don't want to become reliant upon for all your natural sexual urges. If you cant go a least 10 days with out needing to watch porn or masturbate then you might have an addiction. Masturbation in general is a natural mammal action and as a male it can become uncomfortable to not release semen once in awhile.. The human need must be met at some point though so hook up with woman or get a gf. Less is better as too much porn can have negative effects. 2 or 3 times a day, more than 2 days a week I would consider too much because you can become overstimulated which can impact your social skills and not bother to even go out and talk to girls. Id say no more than 3 times a week for healthy porn use. But if you can wait 2 weeks straight it becomes more rewarding and your more likely to attract woman and it builds self control. Sex multiple times a week though is ideal to completely satisfies regular urges. The more you raise your consciousness there seems to be less desire for porn and more desire for connection with females, However that may be my subjective opinion. Mastering the biological reproductive drive is a task and a half. lol. Experiment with what works best for you with making new interpretations.

Vaping is less harmful and should be used to Transition off cigs. Compared to replace them. But you can replace temporarily. So I would say yes, its a step in the right direction. Just make sure you plan to quit vaping too because there's no reason to just constantly add nicotine to your body. Your literally just paying to have an addiction.

The more I learned and began to grow, my understanding of things seemed like I knew more than most people around me, which was certain the case, but it was very niche. There were only certain aspects, concepts or skills that were unique to me that I was highlighting or comparing. Humble yourself by realizing that other people also have things they are much better than you at and everyone has their select things. Your developing a stronger self image but be mindful not to compare yourself to others too much and inflate the ego. In a way your moving into a teacher kind of role with the development you gained. So you wanna try and be humble and help raise others to your own level. The ego loves when it starts to create ideas of being better just because its developing in certain areas where others are not. Pay attention to that. Allow it to work for you and not weaponize it.

Thats exactly what Leos teachings are saying. You have been following A.org for awhile now? Its also his first reply to many questions people ask him when you look through the threads. Awakening makes you realize this current experience was a dream too. When you wake up from a normal dream, your Identity or awareness of your ego, comes online and you realize you were dreaming. When you do exactly that again from the waking state you realize you are God and the dreamed ego Identity falls away. Then your now able to be awake within the dream, another Lucid dream. Thats how Life functions as a dream. different states of consciousness (layers of dream) will apply a new set of rules for the dream to follow, like gravity, solidity of objects, people, consistency of particular content ect.. -
I looked at your question from 2 different angles. 1.) Technically all 3 of those descriptions could be equal to the same one person at different stages in their life, How ever with regards to 5Me0, I would say all 3 of those people if they took it would have a similar experience. How then they interpret what they experience would be filtered through their own understanding, which could change behavior in one way or another. 2. How each person relates to psychedelics in general, is hard to determine because its a subject thing. You might expect person 1) to abuse their use, or completely transform their life, person 2) you might expect to responsibly, methodically use them for spiritual growth, person 3) you might expect them to avoid use all together. However these are judgments im making based on general observations from my own experience, and there's too many individual factors you have to consider with any single person. You cant just make assumptions about someone based on the factors you've given. Alot more data would be necessary, especially one on one communication with the individual. humans are far more complex than any description. As there are many layers to a persons psyche. Their background and experience and knowledge of psychedelia plays a roll as well.

I personally have run trial sessions with methodical use of MDMA, to explore its potential benefits for personal development. After only a few sessions, spanning across 3 months, my conclusions where, to sum it up, "Not useful for personal development due to strong negative side effects that follow use." MDMA can cause neurotoxicity, and depression. It will definitely unbalance your neurochemistry for a few days as you already experienced. It Inhibits motivation and progress in other areas of your life. This is unsustainable long term. The high overwhelms your receptors and leaves your dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin levels drained, all which influence emotions and psychology. Interesting insights were achieved but at high cost, the reduction in normal mental functioning. It delivered no long term useful benefit. MDMA can open up the emotions and potentially bring mystical experiences but I would suggest limited use. Once a year max, for experimental purposes only, however if you do do more you can directly experience for yourself why this substance is not useful. The backlash makes it not worth it. The blocks your referring to will only be temporarily removed during the high itself and will most likely return and possible be worse than they began, because now your neurochemistry is disrupted and you have a significant contrast reference experience to how you normally feel. That high state cannot be maintained from consistent MDMA use over time and will not raise your baseline as an outcome. Although potential "healing" is possible in certain cases, depending on the individual. It is damaging normal brain functioning during the process. You cant notice the harmful effects till it wears off. An unavoidable outcome. Its kind of like raising the voltage on a light bulb, Yes you'll be burning brighter and maybe get to see things you didn't expect to see but your also degrading the integrity of the filament faster. MDMA works the same way on your receptors. However but not recommended combining with LSD and Psilocybin Mushrooms, with proper dose and timing, In 3 different combinations brought insights into the nature of reality and state changes in consciousness that proved to be beneficial experiences in understanding nuances of consciousness. You can learn more about "what consciousness is doing" But these insights are due primarily to the psychedelic addition and I would suggest that using those is what actually delivered the insights I gained during the sessions they were implemented along side MDMA. MDMA itself may show you what higher states of consciousness may be like but it will only hinder true progress into actually getting there. To address your question more directly, You said you feel "blocked" emotionally, mentally, and psychologically, All 3 of these are influenced by and dependent upon healthy neurochemical levels, which MDMA will absolutely alter, I would suggest MDMA is not a viable method to "unblock" these and will most certainly cause more damage. I might add a quick analogy, If your baseline is a 5 it will raise you to an 8 then drop you to a 3. Hope this was useful to you. Always keep in mind "Set, Setting, Safety and Dosage" -
Yeah, I was thinking the same. A peek into a siddhi. An example perhaps. Functioning of our 6th sense.
-
Yeah this phenomena can happen. I personally experienced it. I was walking down the street near my home and I was thinking of a coworker who lives no where near my location, I have not thought of him much outside of work but a sudden realization of him occurred in my mind which i assumed was just a a random thought with a slightly stronger presence. Then a few moments later he came walking down the sidewalk. However my conscious intention such as Ramakirshna was not engaged, as this seemed to be quite spontaneous. Like a glimpse into the siddhi.

@NoSelfSelf Yeah that was my thoughts about it as well. Thanks for answering. It gets interesting when you noticed certain things that start as a concept the become directly experienced. Mind Fuck sometimes lol.
-
Swear I thought he said that too? then I checked, In MGS4 he said war has changed. lol.
-
@bambi Leo mentioned in a video he has like a whole inventory or file on his PC with a bunch of thumbnails he collected over the years.
-
@NoSelfSelf What are the Pros and Cons of Conceptual Knowing?
-
Because of Survival. Watch Leos 2 part video on Understanding survival. The ego is all about control in order to survive. So it fears its own disillusionment.
-
I second Qigong. I also found semen retention works as well, however can take up to 70-80 days to see anything substantial. The problem with that is wet dreams may occur dropping you back down to day 1.

@WokeBloke No hes not wrong. He said in certain states. The most notable state of possibility of this would be in the dreaming state. Where as this waking state your in now would indeed cease to exist.
