  1. Is there anything specific about the integration process besides basically waiting and observing? Asking in order to implement your response into my own integration process.
  2. You could do a sensory observation, the "see", "hear", "feel" technique. Because the ADHD mind tends to lack attention span, you would benefit from switching your object of focus and holding it as long as you can till you cant then switch to another sensory field, till each switch your able to sustain focus on longer before needing to switch. But the switching gives your mind specific options of different things to focus between.   3. During my first break through with 5Me0, I felt Exactly this same thing!! I thought I was the planet!!! I was just floating there in space, it felt like "Home" and could see other celestial bodies in the distance and rays of sunlight shining from the side. I described it to you and questioned you in the past on what facet of awakening you thought the experience might have shown me, you told me Infinite Imagination and God Realization. However being the entire planet describes it much better than the other ones. But when that perception materialized back into my physical human body I understand how its infinite imagination.

  8. Psychedelics are non addictive compounds. So I wouldn't worry about the addiction, unless you personally develop a kind of psychological addiction to their effects. At the right dose it can work wonders for anxiety at other doses it can exacerbate anxiety. So only experimentation will tell you the answers. I find about 1 gram of shrooms knocks anxiety out of the way, LSD seems to increase it. DMT it also becomes irrelevant but you cant do much in that state but observe anyway. So def test out what works for you.

  10. Would you say existing as that infinite singularity is emotionally challenging? Like does the mind literally not care anymore about the human life it was existing as prior to entering that state? Does it wonder if you will return, does it just forget about it all together?

  12. Yeah paranoia was one of the reasons i quit smoking weed, This how ever you do still have a flavor of that same mechanism functioning. But your more aware of it, rather than meshed all up in it I would say. Its almost just a little lower of a degree of the same thing. like if smoking weed puts your paranoia at a 10, for me this only puts it at a 5 or 6.. I think thats the best way I can describe it. However that number will go up the higher your dose. I have the gummies so 5mg. I once tired up to 5 of them at a time and it was way too fucking much. I find 2 is manageable and 1 is suggested. Depends on your senstivity. Your not trying to just get high here but if thats your goal then they will certainly do the trick. lol. If anything this a great tool to working through consciously observing your paranoia as an object of attention. You will be able to actually be aware of it and not trapped by it how ever youll still have the same feeling but it wont like be too overwhelming as it subsides based on your attention. The biggest thing i find about it is It basically magnifies all your thoughts. I would even word at as it exaggerates thoughts. Its very good for contemplation.

I have tried: Noopept Sulbutiamine Vinpocetine Uridine Phenibut L-Theanine Alpha GPC Lions Mane Qualia Mind Asking for any second opinions on the ones I listed as well as recommendations of others not mentioned. I know about Modafinil, but this substance is by prescription only and (U.S) customs ceased my order when i tried to get it a version of it online. (Provigil, Modalert, Artvigil, ect..) so Im unable to obtain that one, so exclude any opinions regarding its effects.

  15. So reality becomes more lucid would be the major contrasting difference? That makes sense. Sounds like when I snorted some 5Me0 there was an initial rush of a rather jumbled mess of consciousness shifting and morphing. But once it cleared, my reality was VERY Lucid, Crystal Clear and full of vibrancy. I felt very comfortable at peace and awake. This state didn't last however, but it is a reference experience I have to work with. So that state is potentially sustainable? and wont wear off if one awakens fully or does it come and go naturally?
  16. Yes the effects are as real as smoking a blunt, at the right dosage. I dont smoke weed anymore but Ive tried Delta 8 and i was literally just as high as if I smoked. It slows down mental processing speed and reduces cognition. It may be useful for silent sitting contemplation as it slows down your thinking so much that your really able to go deep into every thought if you want. But its not very useful due to the drastic cognitive reduction. The reason gas stations can sell it is because its legal. Thats the only reason. Delta 9 is regular marijuana. That is still decriminalized. (in the US) The only difference between the 2 is a location of a particular chemical bond within the molecule making it Delta 8, then if that same bond is in a different location on the molecule it becomes Delta 9. Because of that location shift it becomes its own new compound that is legal.
  17. See thats still very tricky because in a dream i generally dont know Im dreaming, it just feels like life. Maybe with a few odd things that dont tend to normally happen as well as complete environmental changes. But then you wake up and its more clear and "awake" and your just like oh okay that was a dream as it completely has now vanished. So this "waking" reality is also a dream and once you awaken will all content simply vanish once more and experience now becomes living life again, simply more clear and feels even more "awake"?

  19. @Federico del pueblo Well I can tell you my close friend of over 13 years, He is red/green colorblind. He can do and has been using psychedelics. We have used them together many times. The fact he is red/green colorblind seems to be at least for him, completely irrelevant. We have been able to describe to each other our visual experience and he has not had any issue or seen or fail to see anything I myself haven't also visually experienced during the same trips. So for him anyway it makes no difference, nor have I noticed him mention anything about it. So that statement could be a general statement about people who are R/G colorblind that have actually reported it or been studied, that they seem to have given some information that may be of concern, which your gonna have to specifically research for in potential medical articles.

  21. @bmcnicho You basically gotta strategically design your own course of action and ask yourself these questions. But I will give you an idea to get started, but it may be useful to hear your reply to my questions to help you out more directly. The substance type is up to you, it depends on what you have access to. What are you planning to start with and progress into? Dose small and work your way up slowly. Frequency suggestions would be no more than once a week. But generally you can shoot for 1 trip every 2-4 weeks, for a 6-12 month period. It depends on how you are responding to the trips. Some things need more time to integrate. Others your ready to go 1-2 weeks later, So base your spacing out of the trips as the time you feel you need to integrate. It can range from 1 week to 3 months to sometimes even years before something finally makes sense and is integrated, so your going to have to discover that as you progress. But a general cool down time i feel is 3 weeks on some substances. and 3 months on others. So it depends what your taking. The key is to have have a consistent method. You may have an intuition telling you if you should wait longer than planned or not, if it arises for you follow it. GIve it another week or 2. There is no rush with this process, and you dont want to over do it. But dont let yourself scare yourself into waiting longer and and longer then never get around to it. You can push things further at the end of each cycle of 3-4 weeks by increasing the dosage. You may need to do repeated sessions of the same dose so you become comfortable and familiar in that particular "state" Risk for mental instability is a risk your taking from the very first time you take any psychedelic, but to elaborate, If you feel your trips are destabilizing your ability to function and carry out your normal survival needs then you will need to discontinue your process for awhile and work through a potential ego backlash then if you restabilize pick back up where you left off or if it is quite bad then move your dose down and continue from there. Theres never a "need" to access deeper, but there can be a general desire to do so, if thats the case then plan out a trip to go deeper by increasing your dose. Dose increment increases vary by substance, some move up by 5mg at a time, others by 1 tab at a time, others by 1 gram at a time. So knowing what substance moves up by what increment is important. Ill list the most common options: Generally people like to do; increases by 5mg of the DMT and DMT variants at a time Increase of .5-1 gram of Psilocybin at a time. 1 tab at a time of LSD or LSD analogs. 2CB and similar variants of 5mg at a time. These a general boosting numbers after you feel comfortable moving up from the prior dose. Only you know if your gonna handle more. A nice method is to dose consecutively till your at a dose that is strong, your gauging what you can handle. then repeat that strong dose on the next session week but mindfully be observing the strength of that state and be preparing your mind to go further, then proceed to increase by 1 increment amount on the following session week and observe how that went for you. Then you can repeat the method at every increasing dose being careful to not overstep your boundaries and ability to handle it. But your goal is to find the "sweet spot" and "Breakthrough" dose and stick with that for the majority of your trips for that particular substance. For example for LSD, if your doing a 2 week protocol, then week 1 you take 1 tab, week 3; 2 tabs, week 5; 3 tabs, week 7; 3 tabs, week 9; 4 tabs, week 11; 4 tabs, week 13; 5 tabs and so forth till you find your breakthrough dose for that substance. Then when you hit a breakthrough dose give sufficient time to integrate. I like to give it at least 2-3 months. Then after that do the breakthrough dose amount from there onward if your really trying to go deep. But you may have discovered 3 or 4 tabs was a sweet spot where you were able to generate insights then good go with that. But the breakthrough is really what Leo talks about. This is just a general guide line. The frequency will vary by protocol, ( 2week, 2 month, sometimes even 6 Months) between dosing, But that would be the general structure. Intentions are completely subjective, No one here can really give you that answer because we dont know what your life purpose is or what your goals are. Most people have intentions related to questions they have, so make a list of your questions and align your trips with that. Sometimes the best realizations come when your intention is to have an open mind and let the trip show you what ever it has to offer with zero expectations. Expectation can sometimes interfere with insights. It gets all egoically co opted, imo. Just you asking these questions at all is already a good mental frame work to be in to begin this journey using these tools, so i have no doubt you will be able to figure it out for yourself.   22. Sure its significant when you deeply look at it, Its certainly questionable and rather profound but then that passes, the mind tends to then focus on something else. It comes back to the something vs nothing lessons. But generally the present moment also contains many emotions and feelings which change based on your actual state. so I think state changes are more interesting than the actual present moment. That would be saying something imo. Yesterday and tomorrow are only concepts as you know so they arent even worth mentioning due to their nonexistence. The present now moment really is only special when you dont have a bunch egoic reactions or anticipations or stresses getting in the way. But if you managed to bypass all those biological responses to where your just content and ease in the now, then I wouldnt call that awakened. Thats just being more grounded in yourself and in a relaxed state.

Not denying your experience, but It just doesn't sound like your awakened description is any different from whats already obvious in reality to those who pay attention to it?
