I had an epiphany that it was crazy and it happened out of nowhere. I was going to work, not doing meditation, nothing... totally out of anything religious. That made me go to Christian Churches, then I realized that something wasn't quite right. And now I am here. Leo helped me to focus on REALITY. Then I realized that was the same as idea as what GOD is in reality, not what the Church says. Long story, someday I will post it on my personal diary here in the forum.

@Inliytened1 Exactly! Some people I think become too attached to words and project all their ideas so when you say GOD they label you a religious or someone who is not talking about the truth. Like if using that word automatically makes you a bible thumper or whatever they might think.

That happens with my wife, I can't talk about spirituality with her anymore.

Lol... no... is not just reading. It's meditation exercises. Let me show you one page... It explains very well a lot of patterns of thoughts that prevent us to see truth, it's really helpful. For example, it explained me something that I didn't understand and I know is true now because it happens to me. They say that to get concentration you need to be relaxed. The opposite of what we think normally. In other methods they tell you that you have to focus on a object, like the tip of your nose or the light of a candle. And focus on that, but thoughts keep appearing so you have to go back to focus again on that object. They say that is better to relax and let thoughts do whatever they do, just relax more and more and notice the thoughts These are exercises to be prepared to meditate better, they call them Asanas. I think it has helpful things, is not only reading without practicing. It's a book for doing the practices and meditate!!! :-)

They say Kriya Yoga is super effective, I will begin to practice it today. :-P I am reading and I will begin to do the practices from this book https://www.holybooks.com/a-systematic-course-in-the-ancient-tantric-techniques-of-yoga-and-kriya/ It has 970 pages, so it must be good!!! Lol I let you know how it goes!

@Truth Addict I wanted to say that I appreciate what you are saying in this post and the other post that you created, because is good to see other perspectives, or as you said, we will be stuck in our position only. I think is good to be honest and share an honest opinion. The only thing that it called my attention was that you and Joseph were in a position in which if we didn't think the way you did we were Leo's butt kissers or we were in a cult following Leo like he is a kind of Guru with some kind of paranormal power. I think we need to understand that we are here to share our views, but we can't impose them to others, because saying that we are butt kissers of Leo is like, saying "Ok, you don't like my observations? So now you are this or that" it's a kind of emotional blackmail I think. When I said to Joseph that we should just share our visions and do criticism yes, but to certain point. You know people takes a lot of time to change and if we keep pressuring someone to impose our vision finally what we are going to get is the opposite result. When I said we should only tell our differences and share our views, Joseph asked me "how do we grow then?" And that was when I told him just seeing and sharing our experiences. Then he said "Ok, why don't we hold our hands and sing Kumbaya?" I don't know, that kind of responses makes me not to want to talk to that person anymore, really. but let me tell you something, nothing is going to make me get angry with anyone or not accept a critic it doesn't matter from where it comes. there's nothing that will make me feel bad or will anger me because of a criticism. And if it happens, I will just watch the emotion and know that I am nothingness and problem solved!!! Lol... I just wanted to share this with you and I appreciate your honesty for sharing your vision with us. Sleep well and have a dream with unicorns!
