@Nahm Awesome. I need more consistency in meditation. To have a direct experience. I meditate but from time to time only. Not everyday. I want to change that. I’m already changing my diet. It says eating healthy helps too.

We will begin to publish them with a colleague in a website we have, and we will offer a download option in pdf format for a low price. And see what happens. It doesn't feel any "needs"... is just the way it is... What IS can't be any other way and it doesn't need to be in a different one. Because is the way it is right now. The ego thinks this must be different, or it thinks that Reality needs this or that... but in fact it doesn't need to be in any specific way. It is the way it already is.

I think that's the key. Both are true. The problem is when people want to say "this is this way and I am right" hehehe... Even in that case it will be a belief from your POV, right? The other person will say to you, yes I have actually switched from one person to another. But from your POV it won't be real, you will have to believe what he says. So ... basically we won't know nothing anyway, right? hehehe... We can't be sure about anything. We just speculate. the only way it will be if you have the direct experience, then you will say it's true... but the others will have to believe you, unless they have the direct experience to... and so on...
