What worries me is that now people who is not so far right and who do not believe so much in conspiracy theories are asking me “was the election rigged or not?” like he is creating doubts about the democracy. It’s hard to make them understand how difficult is to do that because they have no idea about system thinking and how societies work.

I liked a lot the allegory Shunyamurti uses, comparing the soul with food and how the ego must be eaten by God. :-) He also mentions that we have to show our feminine virtues, to surrender totally, to be taken by God. The soul is in the feminine position, the first phase you display all the masculine virtues and the second is the part where you display the feminine virtues, where you have to open completely to God. It got my attention, because I was grown in a christian environment and it makes me recall a lot to what they say that Christ was the husband and you were going to be the bride, I think in Revelations it is mentioned, not sure but it's something that it got stuck in my memory.

That show us that God is really inclusive hehehe..

Ok, I will investigate other options, I remember once I installed an app that it didn't really have an alarm with sound, it was only with vibration. It was really good. It is supposed to check around the time that you want to wake up, the moment where you are more kind of ready to wake up and it begans to vibrate. I never had a problem with that app to get up, so it may work. I had it installed in an old android phone and I don't have it with me anymore, I don't remember the name of the app. I will post it when I find it. I think is very useful for this things, to wake up very quietly without disturbing other members of the family hehehe...

Ok, right now I am remembering like 2 or 3 dreams per week. I thought I have to remember (and take note) of more dreams per week to be easier then the lucid dream. :-) That's a great technique... cool... I have to buy the fit bit thingy for that.
