  1. Cool! I got it now! Really funny lol
  2. @Pyrrhocorax graculus Oh, you meant "I viewed" ???
  3. Who said that? I can't find that :-P
  4. @Kelley White It's a good thing you found an open minded therapist, Lol...
  5. @Kelley White You are very welcome, but @OWL deserves all the credit
  6. The end of our fake "us" and the beginning of our real "us"
  7. @Sarah_Flagg Cool, I'm doing that too... I am thinking into joining on a meditation program in NYC. Seems cool. http://triratna-nyc.org
  8. @ElenaO read this: http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20707868,00.html
  9. @Sarah_Flagg do you meditate daily?
  10. It's better to go to and do the mindfulness meditation to see the reality and find it by ourselves, right? Just saying.
  11. @WickedIrish you can check it here, I posted it in the forum, at the moment I thought it was my mind. Now I see clearly it wasn't
  12. @WickedIrish something similar happened to me, I felt I was connected to everyone. I saw everything more clearly, brighter. I remember I said, I was "dead" now I am really "alive". It's beautiful. Good!!
  13. @Ayla thanks again, I will do that on my next meditation.
  14. @Pinocchio thanks , yes it very subtle. Like a small voice. @Ayla The seer is my true self but I still don't see it like that, I see it as someone who is not me. Like bigger than me, and I am still blind on the cage of the ego. Is difficult to choose the right words to explain it.
  15. @Ayla I tend to see that something like separated and the ego like myself. I think I need more self inquiry meditation.
  16. @Pinocchio I think, then I exist... Lol I see your point. Someone told me long time ago, when I was beginning to meditate that the things I see on my thoughts and the mind chatter was the ego, and the real self was more like a feeling, not words. That was like more than 20 years ago, and I am still not sure when is my real self telling me something and when it is just my ego.
  17. @Pinocchio I think I saw it. Or better said, felt it...
  18. @Pinocchio probably my ego... I'm really not that sure. Sometimes I fear about that. But because I know everything is not under my control I accept whatever it comes. I think with practice and experience fear will go away.
  19. I passed that part and almost ended crazy, so I know. Im pretty sure I will not make that mistake.
  20. That's why is convenient to make mindful meditation, where you focus on the reality not on your mind, etc. Not sure, just wishful thinking...
