  1. @TruthSeeker that's true... but anyway we continue playing the game in the meantime...
  2. @Ayla Ok, I will have that in mind. I am going to visit a Buddhist Temple soon, maybe I find my master there. I don't know.
  3. I'm going to share something Osho said, in a different post because I think it deserves to be discussed in a different thread, otherwise we will hijack Truthseeker thread.
  4. @Draconis Chaser maybe this will help you and guide you. We are a result of our thoughts and the thoughts of other, in this case, your family for example. You are saying your family is not happy, but you are not thinking about what makes you happy. We put the rest of the people before us and we try to do things to please them, and we are confused because we want to please them and we are not sure what we want. We have to find what we want to do without thinking about anything else, the family will understand. Think what you really like, there must be some hobby you do, something that you enjoy doing. This text was very helpful to me to understand how the ego is made, and how we think we are that ego. http://deoxy.org/egofalse.htm
  5. I like Mooji because he makes what it seems difficult so simple, that after he say it you think to yourself "what an idiot, how couldn't I see that it was so simple?"
  6. My final Lie, I can hijack the thread with all my lies.
  7. @Ayla Thanks!!! I will watch it on my lunch break, I must tell that you Mooji is blowing my mind away. Thanks for recommending him.
  8. I think, therefore I am
  9. I just try not to think about it, I always suggest the mindfulness meditation for everything. hehehehe...
  10. I'm not asking questions anymore. Just waiting to be enlightened. I mean, I do self inquiry but not the questions to make some logic in my mind.
  11. That thought was mine
  12. I understand more about the truth than others.
  13. @ayokolomo thanks for the insight. I was considering to take a retreat, maybe you are taking me on the right direction. Thanks for the comment. And about the mental health, don't apologize. It's Ok, I'm going to post about that experience on my journal on the forum section where they are posted. All good! This conversations are very useful, It's good to challenge all our points of view. It's a way to kill the ego too. I think.
  14. @DizIzMikey this is the mindful meditation technique, it can be done focusing on one's breath, but also focusing on the reality, observing without judging it and not labeling. This is Leo Video: One more from Leo: Another way to do it, by Teal Swan And I would suggest you to listen to Mooji, he's awesome and he does what it seems difficult simple, this is a good one: He's very good, remember that by doing nothing you can accomplish everything I think here he explains very well how to overcome your fears, those fears are not yours!!!
  15. @DizIzMikey Don't try to control nothing, you will not lose nothing, you will gain them because now you know they are the same as you, and you and them are learning here in earth while we are here. Just do the mindful meditation, try not to pay attention to your thoughts. It's your ego trying to get you back to be his slave. We are really free, the only thing is we are so used to be an slave of the mind that we don't know how to control it. And the way to control it, is just not paying attention to the stupid thoughts that appear. It takes time to kill your ego, you have to embrace it first to then let it go. Take it easy.
  16. 1 Corinthians 13:12 "For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known."
  17. Maybe I am wrong @Kelley White but I think that once you are enlightened your true potential will come to light. You will be able to have an enhanced brain, no need to do it with sophisticated technologies. I think that it is possible for humans to improve their cognitives capacities artificially, but without the correct spiritual alignment I think that could be more damaging than good. I don't know. I'm in favor of creating that technology to help people who has disability problems, but I don't see it very well to use it on humans to try to become like artificial "gods". I don't know how to call it, trans-humans?
  18. It's all about being quiet (with our minds). Enlightenment can come effortless. "Be still, and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10
  19. @Kelley White Ok, no problem. I will do that!
  20. I still didn't post it Lol... I think is a bit long. I will be posting it soon.
  21. @ayokolomo Why do you think it has to be "intense"? I did some intense stuff that took me even to a mental hospital to understand a lot of stuff that now I understand, like no free will, that the mind is dangerous thing to play with, etc. Right now I don't know the next step but I am willing to do whatever for it. It's about saving my real "self". I don't mind about my ego. I realized that we are not our thoughts and we are not our egos when I was 6, the only problem is I didn't know what to do with that until now.
  22. Cool @ayokolomo and @Brian Greendahl thanks for your comments. Very good insight, both.
  23. Afternoon really, I am having a break on my job for lunch. I am about to post my crazy journal soon!
  24. I think trans-humanism is another ego game to not see the Truth.
