  1. It's good to share that because it shows you the way we really are. And let us correct our wrong beliefs.
  2. In my experience, the best way to silence the inner critic was thought meditation. I would recommend you to meditate one hour everyday at the same time. It changes a lot. Mindfulness meditation and self-inquiry are good.
  3. Lets see if can shed some light on the topic
  4. @Isle of View No problem, I just found the conversation interesting. I don't have that point clear myself. And I wasn't trying to give an answer.
  5. It happened to me, not same thoughts as you but similar. They are not true, nothing is gonna happen. The chatter in the mind begin to multiply if you don't give a rest to your brain. Do you meditate regularly? That can help diminish the chatter.
  6. The True-Self, The False-Self and the Ego http://www.esotericscience.org/articlea.htm
  7. As I said, I'm not enlightened but I feel the ego (self) diminishing more and more, and let me tell you that my interests are much more quantity and better than before, when I thought "I" was in control. Now everything seems to be like new. You see things with a different eyes than before. More natural and it follows like a pattern and a flow.
  8. I'm not enlightened but in my primitive mind I can image that the I... is the famous "I AM" :-)
  9. I think the ego doesn't like us to be meditating
  10. Ok, I got it. I'm doing it wrong. http://lovebliss.eu/observing-the-observer.html
  11. I noticed that, and I am like having much positives thoughts. Like I think on ideas I didn't think before. I feel really relieved. I was having a severe depression. Now I feel blessed. But I know there's still a big long way to walk still, but I feel like I am in the right path finally. It's good to know you are doing good too.
  12. I didn't had pain, but I felt like a big fear all over my body and I began to shake. I am not enlightened but I am beginning to notice some changes. They told me that is normal, it's just physical reactions to our emotions being released. I think that is a good thing, you are releasing "negativity"
  13. @TheFrown Thanks!!! I was confused sometimes by the terms. Cool.
  14. Thank you very much Haris, that's a good idea. Sometimes the response is in front of me and I can't see it. I'm just registered to a course called "Introduction to Marketing" Thanks!!!!
  15. This is interesting. How can you be mindful? Through Meditation???
  16. The problem are the labels @Kelley White . The illusion is not real, we think is real but it is not. That's the problem. I'm not sure if I will be helpful, but I feel that you are thinking too much Kelley instead of living. Thinking is what doesn't let us enjoy the reality. I am talking about the real reality (hehehe...) and not the illusion. Stop thinking and go to meditate hehehehe... mindful meditation and self-inquiry and then wait. Observe your thinking but don't attach to it. Sorry If I am getting in something that is not my business. I just wanted to tell you that.
  17. Non opinion is amateur hehehehe... the ego exists but is not you. But think what you just said. If you identify yourself with your ego, and the ego is an entity that "YOU" are observing. Why do you want to be that entity??? instead of your real "YOU"... or let's call it the "I AM"
  18. I don't think is bad, is good because we need it to grow. But at some point it will die anyway, maybe is better to do it while alive. But, maybe I am wrong.
  19. It is not that you don't exist, it is your ego that doesn't exists. You exist but you are not what you think you are.
  20. It just came to my mind, that God is the best comedian. He is real, and we are illusions, and we keep arguing whether he exists or not. Isn't if fun?
  21. I don't know but maybe this article can be of help: http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/05/how-to-make-money-from-your-blog/
  22. I can feel it, I am scared, but it doesn't affect me. I feel the fear all over my body.
  23. Thank you very much @Leo Gura , I appreciate your comments a lot! I already told you but I repeat, thanks for creating this awesome forum!
  24. @Kelley White I think affirmations can make you create another mental "reality" when you need to break free from everything. Did you try mindful meditation and self-inquiry? You won't need affirmations with those.
