  1. @Nahmso your tellling me if I sat down and meditated and I sat down and bought consciousness to the feeling of fear of the bee sting. Eventually it would just vanish ?
  2. @winterknight so what makes psychoanalytics so different. It’s obvious to me now that I can’t get rid of any of my fears and deeply ingrained experiences that affected my psychology using conceptual understanding that Leo provides and even listening to videos of any enlightened beings talk about there being no self etc. But I felt like if I took action and did the opposite to solve it, it doesn’t solve it at its root. Another example is to live the best life, I feel like It’s to do something amazing, examples in my past have been choosing subjects to one day be the one to find a cure to cancer, learning about enlightenment to open the minds of others, creating something that revolutionises the world. In one aspect it’s not like I’m wrong to say these things, but if I look into it deeply it’s because I want to say “hey look Im smart, and you are just as smart as me, so you should do something too” but the more I’ve learnt about being human, the more I’ve realised I’m not really doing it from a position of love. It’s turned into a need! Where I won’t be satisfied with life any other way and that is because of ego. But enlightenment is teaching me that it’s okay to be an average person with no ambitions. But my body rejects it, I can’t believe in this as truth. Like you have one life you should live it completely. Anyways it’s turning pathological and I don’t think any amount realising it’s a concept and the world doesn’t exsist will get rid of what ever psychological issue is buried there.
  3. So nahm how would you use consciousness to purify the roots. I thought thinking of it as a concept itself would shine consciousness onto it and purify it but it’s as you said it’s only relative and not the actual love and truth you could say. So how does one purify fears with consciousness, if it’s not by understanding concepts ?
  4. Let me use another example , I am scared of bees and wasp I once got stung, never liked the feeling but it was enforced when I heard a story about a bee going into someone’s brain through their ears , hatching eggs and the guy died because we had 8 bees in his brain. The other day a wasp was in my room and I was terrified to go into it, I didn’t want to kill it like I did the last one because I was trying to be more conscious of natural life, so I tried to capture it in a cup and slide a paper underneath. But at the moment of going to do this, I froze. Inside I thought to myself; this is ridiculous. I am only dreaming all of life anyway, to be scared of pain from a wasp sting is stupid. But yet I couldn’t bring myself to capture it, so I called my dad to get rid of it and he basically just killed it. Whats the understanding and work that needs to be done to fix this as another example.
  5. So i have to go directly to the root of each psychological issue I picked up , re-act the same situation and change the outcome for me to not fear it? So taking this gym debate, I need to go on date with girls looking exactly like I do ? And then only after I have gained confidence, I can go to the gym to feel healthy instead of being motivated by going for girls to think I look attractive ?
  6. Could you explain what you mean in more detail. I feel like everything we know to be ourselves can be rooted back to an experience, even picking up a social belief can be a root issue. But doesn’t healing it using action mean your giving power to it, say for example I feel I need to go to the gym to get woman, it’s easier to understand the concept and know not to do it as that reason but as health. But going to the gym you can’t help but feel motivated for the woman. But going to the gym therefore meant you want woman and that’s why your going . It would be a different story if you never had the thought about woman and then went to the gym . This is only an example for debate
  7. Lol that’s all well and true, but it seems I’m going to have to do something practical ! Instead of just letting go, is it really just as easy as letting go !
  8. I feel I’ve learnt that it’s not a matter of judging things but understanding them for what they are. The problem occurs when we judge them for right vs wrong. For example survival, survival is part of the underlying exsistence. Before I used to demonise it now I’m begginning to think it’s simply part of living a practical life living this practical life therefore means incorporating it in, instead of rejecting it completely.
  9. Sure this is what I’m trying to get at, to live a more practical and integrated life than before. Embracing all of its aspect, the reason being is because you can not judge any parts of it as good or bad. Simply just acknowledge it and integrate it
  10. So the truth is meant to make you a better human ? By understanding that human is only a concept and a suit
  11. out of all the people i've had the pleasure of crossing paths, nobody wants to be better than the average person. so why does leo share qualities of living your best life, it seems that living your best life is by definition going against the grain of society, how is this even logical? from what i've seen many don't consider themselves intellectually capable to solve situation many don't have ambitions outside of starting a family and getting well paid jobs many do not care about the person sitting next to them many don't have any reason to care about the larger world at hand So why should i be any better than them? why am i so hellbent on being that one in a million who lives life to the fullest, especially when this version of myself goes against the grain of society why can i not be satisfied with being an average person? it takes me going for a millionnaire, or enlightenment or causing a big social change for me to say i've lived my best life however now i'm considering the fact that why even aim for these things? 98% of the world don't care about these things, so why should i, why should it be that i need to be an example or a leader for people to open up the limitations of their own mind there are so many inspirational people out there and yet they can only come up with average at best why can't i stand on their shoulders and get what i want, when they're the ones being closed minded, you know most of them can't be bothered to read a book ?????? I Just wish my best was average so that i could walk by life happily maybe david was right and enlightenment isn't about having the best life and living the best life even if its just a dream maybe its just about being average and okay hope someone can answer my confusion and help me consider how i can be okay with living an average life
  12. @AnTe i've just thought of the solution, i asked myself long ago what was the hardest challenge in the world and to go do that, it came up as do something good for the world, now i've realised that the hardest thing for me in the world is to think live an average person lol, with the most average view! and to take that as an absolute, this is actually the hardest challenge in the world! (for me personally) to be content with the average viewpoint, i've never thought from the average viewpoint for a long time, i think this is what i must do
  13. @AnTe thats a good question to consider i think my answer would be, my lack of inspiration is coming from the fact i have to be so different to the average individual just to see a posibility of a better future for all
  14. ahh thanks you two, i just sound like i'm rambling - nevermind thanks
  15. @AnTe Honestly, what inspiration do you get from the people around you?
  16. being better is being able to understand the complex nature of the world (no enlightenment work included) , To use your own brain to understand and not do stuff in such a mechanical way. Average person = wants kids, wants a family, wants a job to pay the bills, wants a house, wants a car, wants friends, (no ambitions or no vision to see that imagination is reshaping the world constantly) nope nothing to do with physical appearances, i'm not sure, maybe this is true, my understanding is, if we as humans are living our best lines- we are all best with the same understanding, just doing different thing i think i want to be a sheep in a loving socierty, i dont' want to expend effort creating that society. simply put if i could arrive at this conclusion myself while i was young, why couldn't other people do it before in our past my answer: because they did not think, but obviously i can't reject the fact that internet only been around for 50 years
  17. i decided to fully commitee to the path and ordering my life in such a way that it eventually leads to a realisation eventually. After realising we are only 0.003% of the population, it has forced me to reconsider the ramification of my actions. By default your life will be pressurised from various angels whether it be family, friends or partners who consider your personal experiences of spirituality to be false and a lie. Given it can't be any other way, it has lead me to realise that each of us must become the leader of our own lives and walk the path that we believe in the most. in other words you yourself must live what you preach there was a moment in leo's last video about survival that i came to the realisation that i mostly think of change as wanting the results without actually changing, however, now i have reconsidered. Inevitably on this path, each of us must change completely, your memories must be wiped and the distinctions you created -collpased. This means you must ultimately take responsibility for your life and actions against what other people say. points i've picked up: - if you want to understand how to live your life AND the way society functions you must read loads of books - being a leader means venturing into the unknown, it won't always garuntee that your right but it never means that your wrong i say this because ultimately i've realised that everything leads up to your enlightenment, whilst people search for lower needs to be fulfilled, i've been search for an in-spirit embodiment, it comes true for everyone i think at the end of the day- each of us want to feel like were living life and this is where the connection back to the absolute comes in you can't look to society to do it for you as it will never provide the material to do so. its as leo says, it can only take you up to a certain point and even then its made of the average indiviudal and at best all you will get is a mediocre results lesson of the day: become the leader of your own life and realise what it means to be a leader,
  18. given what leo has said in his video and is analogy about being sad just causes you to want reality to bring you a certain thing. That means that human adults are literally adult babies lol, like when they don't like something they cry which is no different to a baby crying to get food that instance LOL hilarious #emotional intelligence #whenyourexbreaksupwithyou
  19. @Aeris even so this dodges my point, in this current time period- the 99.7% of the people are right and we the 0.0028% are wrong. then you have the 0.01% of those 0.0028% who are enlightened where the 100% are right lol,
  20. but there are people out there who dont talk about enlightenment, they talk about cars, science, politics in all its falsity, they have no interest on being correct to a specific degree, but only have an interest to the amount it benefits them. They don't have underlying metaphysical understandings and have no interest in questioning such things because they are 100% right in their eyes limiting yourself to spiritual circle only serves to reinforce your already developed god conscious reality, but it seems like myself, we are excluding other realities because we know them not to be true. even if they're wrong, can you guys communicate with them without bringing your insanity into it?
  21. @inFlow out of interest, how do you react and relate to people outside of those you know are conscious of the truth? or even better yet, do you even do that lol
  22. @mandyjw its actually quite simple, our consciousness is infused with non-duality and god, a consciousness which is holistic, with everyone else, this doesn't even exist as a possibility- therefore for 99.7% of people its a hoax, being on this forum may make you feel (or in fact being around spiritual people) that this is REAL AND PHYSICAL (PHYSICAL CONSCIOUSNESS) however, the majority of the world does not consider this REAL. There is no proof of it either - all the people on this forum are infused directly with god consciousness from leo saying the truth, its an indirect process and therefore your reality (your creating) is different to the average person. as i've said our viewpoints count towards 0.0028% of 7.7 billion perspectives, with no tangiable evidence OR measurement ORR rationale or logic. Since we've been in god consciousness for a while (no matter what scale you are on the spritual scale, as soon as you enter from the beggining, you've already hit the 0.0028% regardless this is how small of the category is, it even takes into account people who are aware of it. simply put you are crazy, thats just the cold heart fact, all evidence points to and no amount of convincing others that your statements contain rationale will work, because their paradigms can not instraspect and for that matter will not feel the need to, because your logic is post rationale and theirs is just rationale, meaning your rationale is only understandable by 0.0028%. Given this information, if you wish to plunder into the depths of crazyness and never worry about someone elses opinion then you may continue however, you will always be burdened with the problem you are causing those around you psychological issues with the words you sprout about this perspective that literally does not exist to 99.7% of 7.7 billion people let me put it in another way- you've been brainwashed by leo but you don't even know it, would be the synonymous viewpoint if the 7.7 billion people evaluated his teachings. your friends, neighbours, family etc.. the fact that its impossible to visual 7.7 billion proportionally people is unhelpful aswell, (note: i'm not talking about the validity of leo's teachings, the outcome would be the same whether its true or false you would be seen as brainwashed)
  23. I went back to my old paradigm for a day to create a comparison. There was a guy in front of me who felt like he wasn’t even real or there. I said to myself this is wrong it shouldn’t be like this. What can I do to make him feel real again ? He was a blank state so I began to do the only thing I know what to do- judge. I said to myself this is an Asian with brown skin, he’s nationality is British but probably comes from India. This is when I realised we really do create our own reality. The only way brown can mean something is if we attach it with meaning.
  24. I’ve noticed that conspiracy theorist is actually only the beginning of waking up. For the first time you discover that things are only concepts and automatically assign the creation of it onto someone who has ownership. I.e money doesn’t exist it is only created. Or the concept that your birth certificate allows for ownership of you by the state lol it’s actually funny but it’s like an early stage of waking up, what do you think ?
  25. how do i verify the things that aren't about enlightenment you seem to be going off on a tangent that is not about reaching enlightenment, but the constucts of reality meditation will not bring an indivudal to this point, that will only bring you to the realisation that you are god and to accept it the people on this forum will not even read 10% of the books you have read and will feel no motivation to do so hardly any enlightened people talk about reality in the way you talk about it with your holistic viewpoint , so there's no reference points (mainstream) however, i do believe there are goldmines in this world that will cross reference to what you've said- but again i don't think people have the patients to source them out so could you perhaps give more details about these claims and experiencing them in your direct experience when they're not exercised through meditation but contemplation
