If they aren't then you can do them until you become an addict, however it does not stop your next days activity or ability to wake up/ go sleep [so texting before bed is not good ]. you have to wait a certain number of days before your brain chemistry changes and that's probably around a month minimum. In addition you have to spend that time doing either a substitute activity or as the guy above me suggests meditation.

JUST keep doing what your doing and doing the practices aswell. Stress increases cortisol levels and this is bad for your hearts you will die one day, lets try to prolong it as long as possible. Edit: like look at me for example, i was conceptually close, but now i'm really at stage red emotionally, because finding out how reality works, was a need i needed for my survival, so i boosted my cognition to get up there! now I'm 6 levels off enlightenment LOL but i've learnt to take it slowly. Similarly if you just focus on the practices! the sooner you will understand what their direct experience is telling them unconditional love is. your needs at stage green to be unconditional loving actually makes the path more difficult! because it becomes entwined in your needs line of development system. Therefore you arrive at the statement "i'm not a loving person" because your in stage green! this is about emotional connection to everything around you and energy. Its not about unconditional love. omg! I just figured it out, paradox is created when multiple RELATIVE ideologies on the same axioms and rules of encapsulating reality intersect. SO the question is! DID leo's foundational understanding of paradoxical truths contribute to his omniscience awakenings while taking 5-meo. Enough for him to create a story out of it with language. If it did then it would be simple, keep looking into paradox's and actualising it in 5-meo time. Expressions of infinity are limited to infinity, Paradox's of infinity are probably limited to any current given time period. As a result, the best possible menu ever any one can make at any time, is assume there are infinity, but actualise through -5-meo the current paradox's that you have seen. THE confirmation can only come from doing a practice of drugs. meditation, self-inquiry are spectific to enlightenment and accessing consciousness feilds. 5-MEO is accessing dimensional feilds of consciousness. These are the points of "UP" i was reffering to above. Meaning its insights coming from an intelligence linked to the paradox and spreading down into the paradoxical layer. to be honest "up" is constantly changing... because the buddah reached "up" at his given time, BUT ITs the NOTION of pulling insights from a higher place that leads to UP. PULLING it from infinite intelligence. There are reference points for UP and therefore, its a ticker timer tape for those of you who did physics. Who knows if there might be something better in the future for consciousness work. its a possibility. HOWEVER, it has to be found in the physical realm this time, in my opinion, the up for meditation and self -inquiry etc has run out, its outdated. It will not get you further. @Leo Gura i see so the unhealthy parts of coral, is abusing infinity unconsciously I.E infinite love, since the stage itself is only relative perspective and infinite love is infinite love. It doesn't appear like that to other people when i'm talking to them, meaning you'd have to already have your lines of development really sorted before you transitioned and learned when to use it at the right time. Its a dangerous stage to be in cognitively only, especially when you become identified with it- instead of using it loosely. This is basically falling back into the ego facet of reality, which is really bad because i know about the inescapable need to have reality fixed to your knowledge. what i mean to say is: paradox's are the real axioms for life, so its definitely true for your objective language for actualise.org to be verified as completely true. However, my mind can't SEE the paradox's. I'm not aware of them happening around me and how to spot them. Also i don't have a meta-definition of a paradox. However, you can not write in your objective language, that this is untennable. You need to have a self- referencing statement capable of producing the statement- This is unprovable. Therefore the implications are as followed: No written language can encapsulate reality. Only direct experience can. The problem occurs when you ask yourself, where does the self-referencing statement start. To many humans it starts with self-referencing the brain, this is the pitfall that any ideology will fall into and thats why leo is able to see through the veil. Their epistemic and metaphysical foundations aren't provable under any circumstances. Knowing this leo is trying to take the pros and cons of all fields and create actualise.org and this is actually the best strange loop that can be made in infinity, BECAUSE it utilises GOD as the highest teaching. So actualised.org is indeed the most honest and trust worthy spiritual school, one can use ever in history to find out about truth. however, it has a limit and that limit is, symbols. It can not portray the truth and therefore you have to find out about it yourself. The question then becomes, what are you intuiting by claiming you are reaching higher consciousnesses, These states do and do not exist as there is only one consciousness. So the only question worth asking is not what is consciousness? its what is the system designed meant to be for. AND you can only work this out by being god itself. The question then point to, what is trying to be intuited by infinite intelligence to happen. This is the only domain of ABSOLUTE truth there is in reality, the rest is a just fog. The sets of all possible sets. Which may or may not exist. That is the paradox. The problem is you can only be it by being. The intuition is basically therefore only one thing. What is the purpose of life: To become totally enlightened. even if i try to use my ego to fight against absolute truth, it is absolute truth. So i've already accepted what it means. DEATH. but i can intuite my life is not meant to be spent, trying to continue the process of TOTAL enlightenment.
