@Arhattobe i see your point of view, you certainly have a point, how do you go about purging your subconscious if you are not doing it by ego identification? and when even to become desireless is a desire itself

@Arhattobe yeah it makes sense, there feels like there's no need to improve yourself further, and even if you try to.. its only the character life that is improving, so i can see why alan watts decided to be an alcoholic why do you add so much importance to cleaning out the subconscious , i do find however that you can also find that you can always becoming more loving, more like your true self everyday but yeah @Mu_ sorry i didn't understand what you mean, your going to have to rephrase it

@Arhattobe @Mu_ fine, then what is the truth of the matter?

but does it matter to one, when they have completely let go of their identification? in the end consciousness being conscious of itself is all there is?

@Mu_ but i mean we are only aware, the true self is all powerful so there is no capacity for an individual self to choose. so i really don't know whats going to happen, whatever the story i am only a witness to it.

@kieranperez i second what david said, its ironic but its the simplest trick to realising you are already aware, you don't actually need all this mind stuff to recognise your true self, there are many paths but the kriya path only works for those that have done alot of contemplation for themselves, otherwise you have no choice but to believe leo by default, because your not able to think of the infinite causation links yourself between paradoxes. suffice to say, my biggest breakthroughs have come in silence and just being aware

@winterknight yes it is a recognition of the true you and its location is omnipresent, its everywhere including within you, as reality IS the SELF

The true SELF located the SELF or the true SELF recognised itself.

@winterknight I = Self i (lower case) = the story of the individual when locating an indiviudal seperate i in self inquiry there is none found thats when you locate I= Self (captial) - the one who is aware

i count the story of a character and the character (aakash/ the ego would believes he exist) as just form, so when i say my character i mean, the void's finite form

@winterknight i just want to know if it sounds like i'm deluding myself in any way but its pretty hard to think your deluding yourself when you get to the end of the process because theres only one thing left. consciousness everywhere. but i guess this is still just mind stuff of my character aswell

@Mu_ she talks about refining the self, even though we are just the witness, the self should be refined and purified, i.e no desires to be rich, famous etc. but we are only a witness to the story. so how does refining happen

@winterknight nobody i guess, i guess these would be illusions aswell because there is no seperate i doing these things, that is still identification

@winterknight I'm not sure anymore, when my character is thinking and doing his thing, i am only witnessing it all the times, and one is learning to surrender to it completely. its only two days since one has completed the process, so i'm in the process of holding onto it. but it no longer feels like the content of this ones life matters, any outcome is fine, [ insert traditional name here i.e consciousness, awareness ] is all that there is, so even to saying there is one with a life is an illusion, i am just in a constant state of witnessing,

sorry i meant there is no localised i within my body or there is no awareness which is individually i i is everywhere and nowhere at the same time i am the only thing that exists , there was only me. there is no way to explain it with words because words belong to the realm of reality

@theking00 i know using the term god maybe be uncomfortable with you, but if you don't like it you can always use terms like void/consciousness/ awareness these words all mean the same thing as god, but god is just an easier way to express it in current human language given the number of religions there are in the world.

i hear ya, this was my most luckiest breakthrough, if i never did this by luck, i would still be stuck in a circle, and it probably would have taken me 10 years, the weirdest thing was, it was only because i got a headache, that i even discovered the silence in no thought and consciousness.

@winterknight the answer was there was no I, that itself was the biggest illusion of all :') i feel stupid for ever thinking there was a self there was no localised I, that is true nature that is self-inquiry is this correct, self inquiry master

definitely some good points to take away for all of us, a must watch video for everyone seeking imo, @Mu_ i am currently in a process of refinement, any advice?

@DrewNows sorry man ill do better next time, okay let me attempt it again, i've only discovered true nature 2 days ago (10 minutes later) i tried but i just deleted it lol, this is why i say leo's work is amazing, there's no way i can convince people that they are god.
