  1. 1st decide which book to read 2nd make time every day for an hour to read in quiet place (alone). Do not try to read different books in a Period of time I prefer to finish the book before choose for another one.  and 3rd try take notes of how your behavior can change due to that book just as Leo's video (Learning = behavior change) explains. Because the most important part is practice. 


  2. Before two months I read The Power of positive thinking by norman vincent peal which gave me some inspiration and insights, because like you I felt useless and as I can see my community, happy are those who achieved things in life but not me.

     

    In his book He mention "why not using the power of praying"  cus he used to be a pastor. Although I'm not really religious man but I found that useful.

    By repeating some affirmations taken in Holy books one can increase self confidence and self love. At least that's what I think

  3. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise :P most of us distract our self  with too much TV, Phones and other things. 

    According to me people were supposed to sleep when the sun set and night comes and wakes when sun rises, but is very hard to follow this rule due to social conditions and home environment , For myself I cannot wake up at 6 because in winter is dam cold so my mother says sleep more hehe.

    however I Suggest you to have a sleep plan, go to bed at same time every night and wake up same time every day this leads in improving the quality of sleep and make sure if you set any alarm let it be "you have set alarm more than 8 hours from now".  Have a good time.

While I was reading this book i noted that he used to pray for another person so she would be healed, what do you think about it, that sounds not common. what I understood from his message was explaining the LAW OF ATTRACTION but in some another way since this book was relieved before 'The Secret' thus when he talks about the power of subconscious mind he is referring to the LOA.

Hey guys recently I started practicing mindfulness meditation and i think is going well my question is that do mindfulness meditation has the same benefits just as other techniques have or different types of meditation have different kind of benefits? before that i used to "do nothing meditation" but after a while i liked to try something more exciting and interesting    

    for 20 minutes can finish 5-6 stages is it right i mean few

     


  6. I am doing do nothing meditation too for a month now and i think is going pretty well 

    sometimes I have lots of thoughts sometimes I do not have too much but it is OK depends on what day have you been (because i do it in the evening).   Thinking you are doing wrong may be OK but i suggest you remember these 2 phrases and remind them when you have these feelings of not doing right 

    1 Let happen what happens 

    2 And when you have the INTENTION To move ATTENTION    drop that intention.

    so it will be OK do not worry bro.


  7. Hey guys  I have a question on how to fix our self-images, in Leo's video he says that what we believe we are and the life is create our self image and it with subconscious mind somehow determines our future by our habits.

    So is just  trough affirmation and meditation that I overcome it, or Is something else we can do?

  8. Donald Hey man I am doing do nothing meditation too but i like to do it with my eyes closed because it is more comfortable for me 

    just sitting in my quite room for 10 minutes ( because I am meditating for 2 weeks now )  and I say to myself i am doing nothing and try not to focus for anything but sometimes on my breath and try to relax my mind and body before and while meditation, I was wondering If i am doing it right.


  9. Yes as Leo says on the affirmation video we should use them constantly (every day) 

    they are quite powerful, yes I too used to listen to some kind of affirmation from youtube.

    furthermore in my opinion it is going to be good when we write them on notebook, it feels more powerful,

    I like such as    I am the best, I am very good communicatior, Women love me  etc..

    *Drop 30kg-40kg (done 10kg in about 2 months now)

    *Stop my addiction on video games (still working on it)

    *Start meditation in the mornings (20 minutes for now)

    *Do my exercise routine each day (50 squats,50 push-ups,50sit ups in the morning one set,and another same one later in the day)

    *Stop procrastinating (big one here)

    *Stop being a people pleaser

    Those would be my main ones for now,the rest are imaginations or still yet to worked on.
