From comments of the video: The difference is in the mind only, a belief that a container (a head) holds a “sense of me” (a thought). Infinite consciousness has no boundary, there is no edge, and nothing can be contained in it, because there is no thing outside of it. The Infinite can’t contain itself because there’s nothing other than it. “The whole of the infinite [is] present in all points of space; for being itself spaceless, it does not contend with space; the entire Absolute is completely and wholly present at every point of space and time, for the simple reason that you can’t have a different infinite at each point.” -Ken Wilber

Look at your most favorite artwork and ask why does it exist? Go slowly and traceback each element that comes together into creating that painting, Go into as much detail as possible like you're doing forensic to discover the origin, causes, and reason of that artwork until you come to a satisfying answer. After that, exercise, do the same for your own existence, traceback every single element that forms this existence for you from all aspects. Take as long as you need and traceback to the source of existence directly as you can verify undoubtedly. When you get an answer that you don't need even a single iota of confirmation from any outside sources, something could shift in you, something nondual that can't be put into words. The lightbulb might go off, but you also unable to communicate this to the dearest people you know.

When it's seen that enlightenment or self-actualization is another story or game that requires a character to achieve a certain state that's the only rewarded to the exceptional few, you can keep on playing this game of fantastical imagination and sincere hard work but knowing that Existence is unconditional Love that doesn't have a limited human concept of achievement. A drunk heroin addict killing his own child and Jesus Christ resurrecting the death is both valid and significant in their own ways, and invalid and insignificant in their own ways too. A personal story or perspective always has to come in and assign meaning and value to everything. Existence, which is the Truth, is never wrong, even if you see it's wrong. That's the radical unconditional nature of Love and Existence. Most ego construct won't be able to let go of this attachment because so much has been invested in the drama, but even that is divinely perfect, with all of the human biases, fantasies, and storytelling. It's a complete free fall, but the good news is that there's no ground. Keep experiencing the infinite unfolding of the one and only Existence, even the belief that you're going somewhere and getting enlightened is part of the dream, which is perfect. -
The distinction between enlightened and unenlightened is ego generated, both have equal value and significance. Working on self-actualization and indulging in devilry also hold the same value, they are no different. A person who so-called fully realized, liberated, or enlightened, is no different than the person whose interest is in hooker and blow. Whatever is happening, is already the case. The attachment to self-actualization, doing the work, teachings, enlightenment, infinity, is plainly delusional, yet perfectly appropriate. It's our own egoic obsession about this made-up story of a hero quest to enlightenment that sustains the survival of this fictional character that's self-generated, BUT it's a beautiful drama that is perfectly unfolding too. Even if there's not another word written about self-actualization, it's utter perfection, for all there is, is just this one mystery rearranging its own configuration within and without. There is no need for anything special to happen, yet everything is exactly how it should be. It's a fun and enjoyable ride nonetheless and all these imaginations and made-up stories are wildly entertaining. So thanks for all the fish.

There is no difference in "big differences". "Knowing the Truth about Reality and doesn't suffer" and "remain ignorant and suffer" has the exact same value and significance. Agree with this or disagree with this are also divinely perfect and equal. -

There you go again... making up condition to what it means to be enlightened. -

Working as intended. A fractal in the infinity asking why to do now, as itself is already being part of the process of infinite unfolding. Your background, your sincerity, and your dedication to this work don't guarantee you anything. Someone who has never done any spiritual work or even psychedelic can be fully enlightened in one instance. The fact that you're asking this question means you still have some more work to do because full libration obliterates all existential questions. To console your ego, I can say "good job, bro, you got it!" and continue the delusional game of giving you advice, but it's clearly a case of not fully liberated yet. By the way, meaningless and meaningful is exactly the same thing in your authority. I also trust that in all those experience you had, you might remember that you can never get a hold of it or control it because you're in it fully and there's no other space, time, or motion to direct the whole thing. Whatever it is, it is absolutely perfect, there is no other way, and arguing and agonizing about it IS exactly it too. Love you, bro. High five to you and enjoy the ride. -

Truth and delusion are the same, they both are as immediate and intimate as Absolute Truth. The differentiation of Truth and Delusion is also Absolute Truth. Asking about truth and delusion is the Truth. Arguing about what's Truth and what's Delusion is also the Truth. Not understanding the Truth is the Truth. Any condition or lack of condition to qualify the Truth is the Truth. -
On a recent Consciousness work, there are several insights that I'm still integrating. Would love to share and see if anyone else had a similar experience. I don't know if the intellectual analysis would provide any help, because it's something that has to be viscerally experienced, and I can barely even know how to use words to explain them. 1) In this "saturated" dimension that's inscribable, it's being recognized that it's a space that's visited before many many times. The experience is hyper-realistic, but almost immediately forgotten when returned to a normal level of consciousness. Time and Space are interconnected and navigatable in this dimension, there were experiences of multiple possibilities of my characters, almost anything scenario that can be imagined resides in one of those Time and Space nexus points. This dimension extends infinitely, where I could see Time-space points that my character Michael doesn't occupy or exist. I was overwhelmed by all the possibilities of my current lifetime that was shown, all the time-space nexus are interconnected and influenced every other point. I was immediately extremely grateful to be living in this one because some of the other lifetimes that are currently going on showed me doing stupid things that hurt myself and deeply sadden people around me whom I love. The whole dimension is only ONE thing doing its own thing, there's no other room to fit in anything else, it's complete and full. Whatever can happen is happening here now and eternally. It's not an easy space to be in because the information is just too much to handle, it's like an ocean of possibilities that is ebbing and flowing, stretching and contracting. This dimension goes on forever and ever, with no end in time and space, fear arises since so many experiences were lived through at the same time. 2) One of the realizations that I derived from the experience is that I'm already dead, that reality of me no longer here in this human form already exists. I living my life now is like reliving a vivid memory or having a virtual reality machine permanently implanted. It's also like a choose-an-adventure kind of deal that choices made now will lead to different outcomes, but all possible scenarios are already here, I'm just navigating one of the possible paths in this lifetime that I'm aware of. 3) How much we still don't know as human and how vast infinite is the most humbling realization. Philosophy and Science invest so much into knowing things, but the knowledge is tiny that it will be no surprised at all whatever we concluded now as truth and real in human understanding can be completely false. All we can know is an abstraction that is understandable to us based on the tools that are available for us. 4) There is no space in normal consciousness either, everything is touching everything else with no space in-between, including all perceptions, like sound and sights and feelings. There's just one thing here and it's completely saturating everything with no room left. Space is another abstraction created to make sense of things. We're intimately sticking to everything else. 5) I was also experiencing other people in my life in that infinite dimension too. I could feel their suffering which makes me super compassionate and wants to be nicer to others. Hurting others in a sense is hurting myself. This is an overwhelming realization that I have to willfully ignore at times because the responsibility is too much. Radical forgiveness in this reality is important. I have to constantly forgive and let go, and can only move forward to make better choices. 6) Everything is perfect balance too, it's ultimate nonduality. Anything that can exist, only exist because of duality, which makes it nondual. Anytime I want to control one aspect of anything, I lose control instantly because my action, even a single thought, shifts everything else. There are still many minor nuances in this recent Consciousness work than what is mentioned. I appreciate anyone sharing a similar experience as it is. Human intellect is important, but I feel that's relatively insignificant in consciousness work. Imagination, feelings, and intuition seem to be more appropriate in understanding these experience. It's humbling to me, and I'm utterly grateful to still have the training wheels on living in this reality.

@Nivsch This is Absolute Truth, Nivsch having a disagreement with Leo, and asking how can he know, how can we know. The question and doubt themselves are imagined to be sincere, there are infinite possibilities how they played out, and each outcome is valid and already exists, or else they can't exist. Things are exactly how it is, with or without the extra commentary, it is still already the case. Right and wrong, trust or false, are all valid, and they are completely balanced. -

@Jg17It's a pleasure sharing with fragments of the same infinite imagination. Love that we keep sharing and helping each other, and paradoxically, there is only One of us here, it's a deep fun game of creation. It's like looking at arts, or paintings, or nature now, no one is more valid than the other, it just what is as it is, so judgment drops naturally. Much love to you and trust that you're having a wonderful journey! -

Thank you very much, @Leo Gura, for this sharing and your most recent videos. There is a significant shift in your sharing starting from the video "What Is Reality?", which is like Non-Duality pointing in one of the most concise manners. I stumbled onto Actualized.org videos a couple of years ago with many desires to understand and reach the ultimate understanding of Truth. After a long break from the forum, I'm visiting again, but this time, with a playfulness of exploration. It's like looking at different movies showing, but there's always this knowing of the underlying screen. There's also an understanding of most of all the profound realization that's shared, they are being appreciated like Arts, instead of limited interpretation. It's quite amusing that the One God is communicating with itself, like the nervous system of a human being relaying messages within the one system. Everyone expressed one's realization differently, for me, it's just enormous gratitude, I feel so thankful, I know that everyone and the whole Universe is helping all of us to awaken. Also, there is a strong remembrance that we all have done this before, we just keep leaving messages for "ourselves". Please continue to be your own awesome expression, there's no right or wrong way to be. All things are being held and embraced by the only One, for there's no place else for One to not be. Keep going if you're still searching, the questions will drop away, and the realization is so much more radical than you've imagined. -
Thank you so much for this episode, Leo. It resonates with and reactivates the knowing from the fresh 5-MEO experience that happened this past weekend. When a human takes a powerful entheogen, there's no control of what the experience of the trip will be. It's like I was repeatedly fucking myself, giving birth to myself, and killing myself, and exploding to a timeless moment of nothingness. Imagine if all omnipotent GOD takes an entheogen, that would be the most infinite holy fuck of all time and space, with experience that's unimaginable and ineffable, the feelings created can be the most soul crushingly beautiful and insane mind shatteringly fucking brutal. The first trip was more challenging and scary, because going into it with fear, the fear will bleed into the experience and that "perfectly" becomes the lesson of that trip. Self-forgiveness and acceptance was the main theme of that first experience, it also serves as a purging, clearing, and opening for future experience. There's no right or wrong way of navigating this reality, only the conditioned ego mind comes in, put values on any experience, and judge it as good or bad. That's a very powerful realization. Even though it was a fucking scaring first experience, it's all worth it because of the contrasting beautiful, love, peace, and knowledge on the other end. One cannot happen without the other, the both ends of the same stick, no matter how you try to cut one end, there's always 2 ends of 1 thing. If I listen to the bullshit of the reconstructed ego, I would not have done a second session the next morning. The feeling or knowing I got from the first experience told me I have more work to do, and I plunge myself into a second ceremony the next day. The second ceremony was even more intense, coming into it with the openness and rawness of the first one. YOU CANNOT DO SURRENDERING! Don't try to remember to surrender or give up, because "YOU" CAN NEVER DO IT! If you think you "surrender", you have not "surrender". Surrender and death happens simultaneously, and that's when you're home... home with nothingness, peaces beyond words, and acceptance of all thing, including the small self and the ego that the ego has practicing and trying so hard to surrender. No one can express oneness and nonduality, no one. There's no sense, perception, or tool a human being have to touch it. It's only when the human construct is not around then THAT IS, just IS. When coming down from peak, massive download of wisdom happened. I continue to experience reactivation and the understanding are still coming 2 days later... There's a lot of uncontrollable crying and intense laughing, it's both fucking hilarious and beautiful. All this BS words I've just shared, cannot be understood by the ego mind. I was on the other side, so I know I've tried. I've been there before the veil drops, so I know how strong, cunning, and aggressive the ego is, so arrogantly think I could figure this out on my own. Yeah, by the way, you can't figure this out, but you can't help it anyways, so just keep doing what you do for the time being, until you're ready to truly do the work and die. You cannot be there and experience God, the process has to annihilate you, then there is. There magnitude of God's hallucination or imagination will make you go insane. The human civilization can begin and end for billions and billions of years, and yet it's no time for God. It's scary when you imagine this human drama of pleasure and suffering can keep repeating for not millions of cycle, but billions and billions of cycle, and yet it's no time and nothing for God. I have to apologize for sharing all these BS words, because it "impossible" to put them into words, just like you try to explain the concept of nothing or infinity, both can never be explained by "something" that is also "finite". All these are just residue experience of the real thing in words. If I can only share one thing here in this reality or going into that reality, is TRUST and LOVE, and just let the process take over you, you HAVE NOT FUCKING CONTROL anyways... just trust and love, remind the ego self, trust and love. The ego cannot be gone in this realm of human interaction. You don't have to or need to make it pleasant for yourself or anyone, BUT, if you so inclined to, put in a virus or trojan horse into the ego, and infect everyone with Trust and Love. It would be like the come down phase of the 5-MEO, when you realize that you like to remind yourself and each other, it's all a game, everything before, now, and forever, is just God's ultimate trip. Love and Trust to you all, brothers and sisters, and you, that sneaky bastard who hides behind all these mask. LOL!

If I have to give my most sincere and heartfelt answer when you ask, what's the Bufo experience? I would close my eyes and nod to you with a smile and that's already saying too much Love and Trust is all I ever hope to share with you on this journey.

IMHO, a much better book than The Book of Not Knowing, it's what I was hoping for in the first book. I find a lot of what Leo was talking about in his recent video about Context, Content, and Understanding Recontextualization from this book. I'm inspired to re-listen to it once I finished. I also got this new Dialogue Book that I'm working through slower.
-
The book just goes to the deep end faster. It's structured in such a way for reader to get the concept of "distinction". I'm still working through it again the second time, read and reread, stop and contemplate some of the pointers. Very good. To me, much better book than The Book of Not Knowing.

@Ar_Senses I don't really have any thoughts about it, Arsen. I enjoy reading your experience and insights. As with any intense and profound experience, the integration into daily life is what makes a difference in this human story. I'm more curious and interested in learning how you evolve and your life unfold, based on this experience that not many people are privileged to have in their lifetime. From my personal experience, the toughest thing I've done was Ayahuasca in Peru in 2015. I'm still integrating and learning lessons from those ceremonies. I feel I'm ready now for 5MEO, but haven't had the good fortune to find a source yet. I'll be patient and trust that I'll have the experience when the timing is right. Please continue sharing your insights. I enjoy reading them. -

True. Martin Ball and Octavio Rettig probably the most well known figures in the 5MEO community beside yourself, Leo. Seems like being awakened to the Absolute Truth includes also human dramas and nuances? -

I can follow almost everything he said in first book, until the last 3 Chapters is when it gets difficult, and I'm still working through them. I think just those 3 chapters are worth the price of the book.
