  1. same issue, whole body is shaking and i can almost feel is going up, but never the pop. I tried rope pulling method with little success, but then again, i only did it once for 45 minutes. As with everything, practice. A lot of it. i heard it should take months of daily or almost-daily practice sessions before you get out completely.
  2. sculptor in the sky is MIND blowing
  3. ... i know he's a pretty good teacher/guru and can help people but this statement just says "there is only one right path no other"... one of the first things people should know is the knowledge that there are many paths to enlightenment, there is no 'best' path, this is a huge red flag what has been said above. and i remember quite distinctly reading an article on the isha website where sadhguru talks about infinite paths to union. @Shanmugam i am now seeing what you were talking about first-hand
  4. i meant that they made isha foundation and whole image of sadhguru look very hmm..tempting for novices i guess? its everything what an average person on the street would associate with "enlightenment" and "gurus" and "traditional yoga"
  5. thank you so much i read everything, very lengthy but amazing post i always was skeptical of sadhguru's "facts", but damn, whoever was responsible for the marketing of isha foundation and sadhgurus image did an incredible job haha
  6. i started to read his autobiography, and read somewhere that he died willfully/mahasamadhi but i didnt know that "early". I guess it doesn't matter, i think i let society push the whole "you should aim to live until mid 80s or above or you're not healthy" idea on me too much.
  7. yea Ryan Kurczak is the only really good Kriya teacher on youtube; he has an 11 hour free course on youtube about how to do kriya yoga and meditations. I believe he does Vedic astrology as well. Kundalini is harder to come across decent ones, many are heavily westernized. For kundalini, i like to watch exercises on gaia.com, the videos there are from many teachers who were taught by Yogi Bhajan himself, although be wary, since he did, as Leo put in his yoga video, create many rules and "dogma". Another thing i find strange is that Yogi Bhajan died rather early, age 75 because of congestive heart failure. According to his school of Yoga, there is a Kriya for every health issue, like heart problem, thyroid problem, etc, so how did he die of a heart problem?
