  1. this is more of stage orange mindset song, its very good
  2. i am hopeful but it will take a loooong time for a person like that to win
  3. not sure which subforum this belongs to I am finishing the Sapiens book by Yuval Noah Harari and im currently on the religion chapter. He speaks how all things people commonly intrepret as ideologies are actually religions. And so most people who scoff at religious people are somewhat hypocrytes since they are blindly part of one. Id like to reveal to myself as many blind spots that i have as possible. This is the defintion of religion: Religion: A system of human norms and values that is founded on a belief in a superhuman order Most Western people simultaneously believe in nationalism, capitalism, and liberalism. Liberalism by definition says that humans have been endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. they also believe that "humanity" is a quality of individual humans Its apperently impossible to say you dont believe in god and that you believe in equal human rights/liberalism or whatever because these human "rights" are only made up in the imagination of humans, a superhuman thing? In nature there is no real rights/justice/equality. he later argues that "without recourse to eternal souls/Creator God, it becomes embarrassingly difficult for liberals to explain what is so special about individual Sapiens." Same for communism, where they had prophetic book "Das Kapital", had martyrs, heresys, and missionary-like ways of spreading their idea. So does that mean we all have been blind to our strong stage blue ways of thinking/living/what we believe in? that we think were above the religious people where we havent stepped much ahead of them?
  4. @Singularity8 the top one is my favourite Something i just finished: i'm debating whether to start creating prints and drawings/paintings to sell, themed around consciousness. I always criticize that i'm not good enough and that theres way too much competition, but i think i can do it with the right mindset.
  5. how many years did you meditate prior to taking 5meO?
  6. @cetus56 I found the guy who made his lesions go away: Bob Cafaro. Its talked about in this news segment: He also has a great ted talk and youtube channel
  7. @Just the mage its a hard pill to swallow but i do believe that our thought patterns over time contribute to the development of diseases. But its only one part of the whole. Thats why doing a holistic approach (diet/meditating/excerice/sleep cycle/being out in nature/therapy) is the best and most sure way to heal something chronic. IT takes time to change diet, to change thought patterns, to change your environment. But you will get through this. If it is Lyme's disease, theres an amazing channel called "KnowHowThingsWork" where a guy takes you through his journey and eveyrthing he learned when healing himself from Lyme. Were you tested positive for Lyme? Its a long vid but worth it: remember healing is not linear, youll continue to have ups and downs, but have faith
  8. @cetus56 Dr. Terry Wahls is incredible regarding ms. she has secondary progressive ms and was in a wheelchair and lost most motor functions. she can now can normally walk/bike/hike. Although her lesions still remain. (her book explains more) many people believe that ms and other autoimmune develop because of a root cause of low-self esteem/lack of self love. So the body starts attacking itself. But food and lifestyle are a huge factor and almost everyone who changed their lifestyle 180 had no relapse for years even decades. I believe one guy they interviewed on the morning news who had ms, completely reversed it, as in the mri showed no lesions anymore! doctors couldnt explain it. he said yoga had a lot to do with it as well as diet.
  9. !!!! I have this exact same feeling!!! in high school especially!!! I had the amazing oppurtunity to do an internship at a research lab with my best friend. Our mentor (i forgot his exact credentials but he was younger, 30s) when explaining stuff (i remember specifically the first day when he was explaining antibodies), 90% of the time, would be faced toward my friend and only once in a while look at me. I then automatically thought "holy shit why sint he looking at me, i probably look stupid, he probably thinks that my friend is the smart one and im here just for the letter of reccomendation, maybe because im a girl so im stupid, blah ablah" and by the time i was overthinking, i would completely zone out of his explanations, and ended up not understanding a word of how antibodies function. This occurs a lot to me, and i think it might be me internalizing a issue as a child of me trying to my hardest to impress my dad. @Serotoninluv did you work through this? how did you cope with it? do you still feel that now?
  10. @MsNobody @Serotoninluv thank you
  11. wat 0.o using blue blocking glasses after 6pm. ive tried apps on the laptop that block it from emitting blue light and it only gave me a headache. Also switching led/white lights to yellow. eating like your ancestors
  12. a mandala drawn with watercolor that i just finished
  13. @Serotoninluv thanks my brain hurt reading that passage. "This haplogroup exhibits a high amount of disease and a high number of ailments that don’t occur normally with anybody else. You can have a person that is the only person in the entire world with that specific disease or condition." "When you are missing stages in the DNA chain, there’s a gap – and that is a sickness, an illness or a disconnection"....stages? we need a facepalm emoji on here.
  14. thousands of years ago tribes (stage red) couldnt even imagine stage blue. Hundreds of years ago the religious ppl couldnt even imagine stage orange/green. Im sure hundreds of years from now, this stage coral that looks so foreign to us now, will start popping up. altho i do think it will be sooner than hundreds of years. Look how fast humankind is spiriling into advancement. It took tens of thousands years to get out of beige. It took thousands! years just to get out of red. Then in took fewer thousand years to get out of blue. Hundreds for orange. Probably a century to get out of green. And mayne decades for yellow and so on.
  15. i would attend the Rhythmia retreat for 7 or 10days or so, for ayahuasca. and if i have a few thousand left probably purchase a neurofeedback machine
  16. @Serotoninluv what page do they talk about it, i need to laugh
  17. the basically doesnt say anything new sadly, because the essence of insomnia is that something is disturbing your neural networks connected to sleep/awake cycle (or disrhythmic/dysrhythmic). The main networks for sleep are from the reticular formation-->thalamus-->cortex.
  18. "Designed to instruct on the highest levels of spiritual advancement from Neophyte to Adeptus." something smells fishy....
  19. this thread went off path by a lot, i think its original intention was just caring concern for Martin's health. Update, he wrote that he was just diagnosed with thalamocortical dysrhythmia insomnia, and that he found out that it had been building since infancy. So we know that psychedelics was not the root cause of this, but it i think it definitely exacerbated it. I Hope he can get through this successfully As for the name-calling, i noticed that whoever has a idea challenging or opposing something leo said, even in a gentle manner, will be put down, whether it be called zendevil or ignoring the person's further questions. People tend to use the defense "notice how this triggers you" too.
  20. thank you so much! so like those hardcore yogis who are more after achieving nondual states than caring for the body? makes sense that their health would go down if they aren't active anymore. I realized that i kept a wrong idea about enlightenment-it has nearly nothing to do with health. All the stories people sell that if your "enlightened" you will be superhuman and nearly immortal and living perfectly is a lie. i guess i was really attached to the idea of that and im still trying to fully shed myself of it. I mean it sounds so attractive and tempting, who wouldnt want to live in the utmost health and have all these fancy things (whatever idea the person sells). But that means your chasing this idea and your wants. Which makes you just chase your own tail in circles.
  21. @Salvijus what does he say at the end? "for them there is no..."
  22. also turn off the wifi router!! just read in a recent study that 90% of ppl with autoimmune conditions had improvement in symptoms after sleeping in tents that filter out EMF
