  1. Btw he released his fourth book just a few days ago. On my list!
  2. Same here. It's fascinating how simple gamana explains it how the practices correlate with enlightenment
  3. Just found these two bands. High Quality stuff! https://khruangbin.bandcamp.com/album/con-todo-el-mundo-n-s-america-edition https://mildlife.bandcamp.com/
  4. I also came from Jordan Peterson and then found actualized what resonates alot more with me. With Leo's Videos and his booklist I have all the information that I will ever need for the rest of my life. In the next months I will establish the practices. Kriya, Jnana and Bhakti Yoga, consequent meditation, Shadow Work, "The Work" by Byron Katie and pursuing my life purpose. Also my eating habits improved. I'm on a vegetarian and more healthy diet what just came naturally. In Septermber I will participate in a 10 day Vipassana retreat and after that I will fly to India to become more secure in the practices and perhaps have a first meeting with an enlightened guru (although I know that I am my own guru).
  5. Yeah it's personal. I resonate with Osho's meditations aswell. Kundalini is a good start. If you are tough try the dynamic meditation. I heard that you will have the best effects if you do one of his meditations atleast 21 days. For more information I can recommend Shanmugams article: https://nellaishanmugam.wordpress.com/2018/03/01/spiritual-enlightenment-the-groundwork-needed-for-seekers/
  6. Yes. An update version of how to do real Yoga would benefit many of us I guess.
  7. The important thing is not the words, it's the silence between the words ;-).
  8. This guy did a vlog traveling India. I think he is quite funny and he is also on a spiritual journey. Here he met an enlightened guru:
  9. This article is pure gold. Thank you!
  10. I don't know if it will help you but I think the picture below is a good reminder. There can be war around you. The world is in chaos, everyone is fighting and people hate eachother. But you can stay calm and sit in the middle of the Lotus flower without being withdrawn. I also understand you. My situation is quite similar. I also wanna walk away and persue conscioussness work. The question is: Is it following your intuition or is it fleeing the situation?
  11. I'm planning to visit India soon for spiritual purposes. First I wanna do my Yoga teacher in Rishikesh (first choice). Besides that I'm interested in participating in 2-3 retreats. Here I found two website with a list of Meditation and Yoga centers. https://www.tripsavvy.com/top-vipassana-meditation-centers-in-india-1539892 https://traveltriangle.com/blog/yoga-meditation-retreats-in-india/ Osho Nisarga looks really inetresting to me because they are teaching the meditations by Osho without being to commercial like in Pune (what I heard). Auroville would be also ineteresting although it is in the south. Does anyone have expereince with https://www.workaway.info/ in India? This is also one thing I wanna try. And what kind of visa do I need if I plan to do the yoga teacher school and wanna travel after that for some moths? Btw. I'm from Germany
  12. I guess nothing speaks against using them as samples in a creative way. Has been done 1 Million times. See genres like: House, Hip Hop, Techno and the list goes on.
  13. That's what I thought At that time the coins were between 100-200$. A Few months ago they had their peak at 20.000$!!
  14. To make this even more scary you can take Iboga and look in the mirror for fucking three days! (better don't do it) Look at the blog entry from Leo about some indigenous people who do this for real! https://www.actualized.org/insights/a-society-built-on-psychedelics
  15. @bslpiontds You are on the right way. Osho talked about this: http://www.osho.com/iosho/library/read-book?p=c971d1324e7e273146314388b57c3289 He even invented a "mirror meditation" https://www.oshoinsight.net/mirror-gazing/
  16. @Monkey-man There is no reason trusting it less than other techniques. The techniques can just help you to prepare the ground. Osho meditations are especially good for modern men who are repressed in so many aspects of their life.
  17. @How to be wise Do you know of any other people who got enlightened with the help of Katie? Or is it probably just herself? I think this topic is pretty interesting. I will get her book and study it!
  18. Yes there should have been a release sooner or later. But it wasn't happening. Of course I was frustrated after the session and I thought something was wrong with me.
  19. Hey @cetus56 Yeah I asked him and he told me that it can happen sometimes like in my case. As you said hyper ventilation can cause these effect. His argumentation was that there are hidden blockages in my body that are causing the cramps and I should go on with other sessions. In his opinion the cramps will go away and I will learn to relax if I go on. It's just that I wanted get a second opinion here.
