  1. Stage Turquoise Coping tips How to deal with the Turquoise value system? For Turquoise, complete integration is the norm, in the broadest sense of the word. All facets and aspects of life must be rated at its true value and must be included. Turquoise lives and works beyond the ego and aims to realize a dynamic balance between people, animals, nature, the earth and the universe. What are positive stimuli for Turquoise? Creating more space and openness to work with a unity consciousness, other worlds and energetic dimensions. To have the discipline and endure slowing down to anticipate this. What are negative stimuli for the Turquoise Value System? Creating an atmosphere of separateness. See the world purely from the individual or human perspective. Leaving aside the energetic dimensions of life. Qualities and Shadows What are healthy manifestations of Turquoise? To see the world and the cosmos as an integral whole. To explore, feel and pragmatically work together to solve the large complex problems to serve humanity and the earth. What are unhealthy manifestations of Turquoise? Stay in a spiritual and/or cosmic consciousness too long without taking earthly action. Prejudices Which prejudices may other value systems have about Turquoise? Purple may experience Turquoise as out of this world and not in touch with everyday reality. Red has difficulties to really see Turquoise for what it is. According to Red, Turquoise is unworldly and doesn’t take a stand. This is why Red finds it difficult to respect this value system. Blue may experience Turquoise as swimming with the tide and without structure and finds it difficult that Turquoise is continuously adapting to the ever-changing life conditions. Orange may experience Turquoise as woolly, daydreaming and Utopian. Green may experience Turquoise as putting things into perspective too much, as impersonal and very broadly orientated. This is why Turquoise is, in a way, too elusive for Green. Yellow may experience Turquoise as too calm, too acceptant and therefore lacking action.
  2. Stage Turquoise Societal Manifestation What are manifestations of Turquoise as the dominant value system in our society? Community Forms: Projects that integrate the economical, sustainable, human, spiritual and planetary dimensions of living, dwelling and working with the realities which are not immediately visible. General Characteristics What are the general characteristics of the Turquoise value system? Synergy between all forms and forces of life Surrender, acceptance and natural joy Integrates instincts, intuition and cognition Makes energetic connections Contemplative, a clear consciousness and inner peace A holistic and collective consciousness Cosmic spirituality and transpersonal Global perspectives are more important than local, small and specialist groups; to be a holistic whole is as important as being a part of something Integration of all there is, with everything that was and everything that will be. A vision is translated into an integral approach of life and an accompanying practice ... Recognition How do you recognize the presence of Turquoise? You can recognize Turquoise by an integrative approach and perception of body, mind and soul. Turquoise takes into account the energetic and the invisible dimensions of life in our daily live and work. Turquoise is cosmos-driven and views us as a small part of a bigger web and the mystery of life. It always serves the whole and/or the cosmos and can easily translate this to life on earth in the here-and-now. How do you recognize the absence of Turquoise? Life on earth, the world and the cosmos are not seen as a whole. There’s a fragmented approach to things. The energetic dimension of life is not taken seriously.
  3. Stage Turquoise As per Spiral Dynamics. Essence What is the essence of the Turquoise value system? Core Values: Global View, renewal Paradigm: Holistic: “We are”. World View: The world is a grid of mutually interdependent units, which together form a holistic organism. Life motto: “I manifest myself for the benefit of existential reality.” Life Theme: A dynamic balance between being and becoming: life is good as it is and at the same time, everything must, of course, change completely. Life Philosophy: Energetic connections are necessary to experience and embody wholeness and unity. Development: Spiritual intelligence, energetic fields, presence and “resting in being”. What is the origin of the Turquoise value system? Period: 30 years ago Geographical Location: Western World Founders: System thinkers and holists, such as David Bohm, Rupert Sheldrake, Ken Wilber, James Lovelock and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. In reaction to: From the more individualistic focused Yellow world, people come to understand that the individual alone cannot solve complex global issues and that a coordinated collective action is needed. Moreover, there is a growing awareness that the character and nature of global issues and its solutions lay beyond the world and the way of thinking as we now know it. People will search for ways to reorder the seemingly chaos of life by using their experiences. They will trust on their natural wisdom and they will be servants to reality to make the appropriate impact. There will be an integration of cognitive, emotional, instinctive and energetic level. What do humans develop when the Turquoise Value System is activated? Spiritual intelligence, energetic fields, presence, “resting in being” and living from a universal awareness and existence. What are the characteristics of the historical development of Turquoise? Energy Sources: Energetic fields, cosmic energy and the akashic field. Economics: World economy balanced with all the elements of life, the earth and the universe. Religion: Holistic spirituality, which searches for a connection between life on earth, esotericism of existing religions and universal consciousness. Cultural Theme: Collective individualism, cosmic spirituality and earthly changes. Art Forms: Energetically charged art forms. Leaders: Those who can naturally lead people in this moment and in this condition. All dimensions of life and those of the universe are synnergetically tuned into one another. Invention: Working with fields of energy. Modernization: Synergy on a global level.
  4. Stage Indigo Stage Pink = stage Beige + stage Purple + stage Red + stage blue + stage orange + stage green + stage yellow + stage Turquoise. The Amalgamation of stage Indigo with Stage Pink Stage Indigo Stage Indigo is about saints and sages and embodying compassion for all, embodying God nature by humans. Combined with Stage Pink it gives a perfect blend of all values of different stages and a dose of the Turquoise in human form. Till now I consider Turquoise as unreachable and more conceptual than practical. Stage Indigo tries to make Turquoise practical but only to a certain degree. Stage Indigo is normally not a part of the standard Spiral Dynamics structure which stops at Turquoise.
  5. Stage Turquoise Stage Indigo fused with stage Pink State stages are independent of structure stages, yet can be reached as a permanent, yet are interpreted through the lens of one's growth stage development. So, a blue experience of a non-dual experience would be most likely interpreted as mythic literal. God did do this to me. There is only one god he told me xyz. God gave me this book and told me to create this religion, all other religions are false, if they don't believe in one god. etc. I bet there are better examples. I can write down how it is mapped out, but the only reference point I have is the ones I chiseled for myself and the ones I am copying from the book now. Preface/Preliminary remark Vision-Logic (which includes teal and turquoise)" Not very important for those not familiar. Moral span is considered as what is deemed worthy of moral consideration. Above teal (turquoise) World view: cross-paradigmatic, developmentalism as a world process (integralism) Moral span: all humans without exception. Seeing not only hierarchies but healthy hierarchies and in total holarchies. Detects harmonics, mystical forces, pervasive flow states that permeate any organization. Unites feeling with knowledge. Universal order in a living conscious fashion instead of a blue or green external rule and group orientation. Holding up the mirror to society. Values: global order and renewal. Experiences the wholeness of experience through mind an spirit. Self-identity + What is important: Highly aware of the complexity of meaning-making, systemic interactions, and dynamic processes. Seeks personal and spiritual transformation and supports others in their life quests; creates events that become mythical and reframe the meaning of situations. may understand “ego” as a “central processing unit” that actively creates a sense of identity; increasingly sensitive to the continuous “re-storying” of who one is; may recognize ego as most serious threat to future growth; continually attend to interaction among thought, action, feeling, and perception as well as influences from and effects on individuals, institutions, history and culture; treat time and events as symbolic, analogical, metaphorical (not merely linear, digital, literal); may feel rarely understood in their complexity by others. Reframes turns inside out, upside-down, clowning, holding up a mirror to society. often works behind the scenes. Affect levels: world-centric altruism teal-centered (yellow) Integrates multiple contexts, paradigmatic. Moral span all humans without exception. (counts also for green in total, green, yellow, turquoise). Self-identity + what is important: Life is a kaleidoscope of natural hierarchies (holarchies which include heterarchies). Flexibility, spontaneity, and functionality have the highest priority. Differences and pluralities can be integrated into interdependent flows (integration and disintegration instead of association and dissociation IMO! see politics especially germans diversity of parties in context with the true "meaning" of pluralism and dissemination of power) Egalitarianism is complemented with natural degrees of excellence where appropriate. Knowledge and competence should supersede, rank, power, status or the group! (yes please). World order is a result of the existence of different levels of reality (memes) and the inevitable patterns of moving up and down the dynamic spiral. Good governance facilitates the emergence of entities through the levels of increasing complexity (nested hierarchy). Comprehends multiple interconnected systems of relationships and processes; able to deal with conflicting needs and duties in constantly shifting contexts; recognizes the need for autonomy while parts of a system are interdependent; recognizes higher principles, social construction of reality, complexity and interrelationships; problem finding not just creative problem solving; aware of paradox and contradiction in system and self; sensitive to unique market niches, historical moment, larger social movements; creates “positive-sum” games; aware of own power (and perhaps tempted by it); seeks feedback from others and environment as vital for growth and making sense of world. Affect levels: "compassion"(green), all-human love(green-yellow), world-centric altruism(yellow-tourquise) THIRD TIER! Psychic: (which is coral in my humble opinion and has been called indigo in the past) Characteristic: union with world process, nature mysticism, gross nature unity. Main focus: Being, non-controlling consciousness; witnessing flux of experience and states of mind. Emergence of a perspective that is ego-transcendent or universal; people holding this stage of consciousness seem to “…experience themselves and others as part of ongoing humanity, embedded in the creative ground, fulfilling the destiny of evolution” (Cook-Greuter, 2002); consciousness ceases to appear as a constraint but rather as one more phenomenon that can be foreground or background; an integration of feelings of belongingness and separateness occurs; multiple points of view can be taken effortlessly; the pattern of constant flux and change becomes the context for feeling at home; one is able to respect the essence in others, no matter how different they may be; one is in tune with their life’s work as “a simultaneous expression of their unique selves” and as part of their shared humanity. Affect levels: awe, rapture, all-species love, compassion Moral span: all earthly beings without exception Subtle: Characteristics: union with creatrix of the gross realm; deity mysticism, subtle realm unity. Moral span -> all sentient beings without exception in all realms without exception ( saintly) Affect levels: Ananda, ecstasy, love-bliss, saintly commitment. Casual: Characteristics: Union with source of manifest realms; formless mysticism Moral span -> all sentient beings without exception in all realms without exception ( saintly) including all manifest and unmanifest reality. (Self-liberation in primordial awareness). The habit of observing the self cease to observe imo. Affect levels: infinite freedom-release, boddhisattvic-compassion. Non-Dual: Characteristic: union of form and formless, Spirit and World Process, non-dual mysticism. Moral span -> all manifest and unmanifest reality. (Self-liberation in primordial awareness) Affect levels: one taste, compassion. I can or did not find more on the topic so far besides reading the traditions who actually practiced it to these levels. But, this even more complex IMO, since it then has to be abstracted towards the development of the most important lines. Cognitive, interpersonal, moral, self-identify, etc. Whatever is the most important. Hopefully, this is useful. Would love to read a summary from others. In case they found different information. Here is the link from the pdf, the rest is from the book integral psychology.
  6. First I have to know your critiques of science to have a counter critique. ?
  7. @Leo Gura should that be cherry picked and used to describe the entire group at stage Green. Also stage Green is pretty high up there, you can't simply bypass it go to Tier 2, so you would have to have healthy aspects of Green in you to begin with.
  8. @r0ckyreed I don't use any mantra. What I do is this - I sit in a comfortable position. Lotus position. A peaceful room or garden. Or woods. I keep my eyes open. I simply look at the scene in front of my eyes. I take a deep breath. Inhale loudly and exhale slowly. Deep full breaths each time. Full focus on the flow of the breath with eyes open. Next I look around. I don't react to anything I see. I just let it be as it and I accept its existence and presence. During this the monkey mind starts and I start getting thoughts about anything, any event or incident that might have happened the day before or any random thought. I observe this thought. I don't judge it or conclude it. I simply observe this thought. I let this thought pass without letting affect me. I let the thoughts come and I let them go. After some time the frequency of thoughts reduces. I feel calm I continue this method for next 20 to 30 minutes. And then I return back to my work. It leaves me feeling centered and grounded and calm. Its especially good if I am stressed.
  9. Whenever I hear the sounds of the wind, I feel like I'm near God or feeling God. It's very eerie. Surreal.
  10. I have successfully removed the following shadows Stage Red Shadow Stage Orange Shadow Stage Yellow Shadow I have begun to appreciate the beauty of stage Turquoise and I can't get enough. And now I'm proceeding into stage Pink
  11. @Fran11 I also think that this is where stage Red is applicable and in removing stage Red shadows. You can go through this entire thread and you'll know what I mean.
  12. Spontaneous Manifestation of the Force. God of the Wind.
  13. Once there was a force, that nobody could understand, everyone rebelled against it, the force was gone but the truth never went away. Beware of that force! And with this force comes spontaneous Manifestation. The force and its Manifestation.
  14. And with this force comes spontaneous Manifestation.
  15. Ignoring your own ignorance is the greatest flaw. You have to be humble.
  16. A man is known more by his actions than words.
  17. @Arcangelo I used to do this during my student days, meditate between intense hours of learning. You're doing right and continue doing so. It'll help you. You will feel much better and stable and more fulfilled every day with consistent practice, I'm happy already that you're doing it. Also, hey, congratulations on your job and I hope everything is okay friend.
  18. What does God say. God says You'll know the truth I'll be silent. You'll know the truth in the end, even if you reject me now.
  19. EFT is necessary for energy work. I'm going to make this my focus.
