I have come up with a new stage. Stage Pink. It takes a little bit of good traits of every stage and then mixes it up. And leaves out the unhealthy aspects. It embraces all stages and doesn't demonize any stage. Tell me what you think.

Now finally after narrowing down, I'm left with 2 stages. Stage Pink And Stage Indigo The Stage Pink cannot contain stage Indigo since there is a conflict of interest between Stage Indigo and Stages Orange, stage Blue and Stage Green. So, stage indigo and stage Pink are two separate stages with distinct needs and criteria. However they can be fused and both can be used for total growth. That is amalgamation. Just like I did the Amalgamation of stage Orange and Stage Green to have both qualities integrated. Integration and inclusion are two different things. Inclusion means its a part of something whereas integration means you attach certain things to your original idea to enrich it. Stage Pink and Stage Indigo are not very miscible yet one stage can soak up some qualities of the other. So the Amalgamation of stage Pink with stage Indigo is the integration or absorption of certain aspects of stage Indigo into stage Pink and vice versa. I'm not sure if this is helping you. If your focus is on productivity and success, you should be activating the Solar Plexus Chakra. Heart Chakra is usually for healing and feeling love, integration of feminine, cultivation of intuition. One thing that heart chakra can help you with is understanding your life purpose. It can help you realize your deepest heartful desires and stuff that you really really want to do in life. Something that has remained buried under the pressure of societal expectations and perfectionist mindset. Cultivating a heart chakra or opening it can make you become a more authentic person I'm sorry I don't have much knowledge on Kundalini awakening or such things, so can't help you on that one.
