  1. I wouldn't call this pretension though.
  2. What you see is that you easily eliminate a lot of things. This way. It's only technicalities that you're focusing on.
  3. What will be included in this glossary . Some financial information . Some philosophy Some astrology . Tarot stuff .. House Energy Building. Home and the Hearth. .
  4. Beta A measure of a fund's sensitivity to market movements. The beta of the market is 1.00 by definition. Morningstar calculates beta by comparing a fund's excess return over Treasury bills to the market's excess return over Treasury bills. A beta of 1.10 shows that the fund has performed 10% better than its benchmark index in up markets and 10% worse in down markets, assuming all other factors remain constant. Conversely, whereas a beta of 0.85 indicates that the fund's excess return is expected to perform 15% worse than the market's excess return during up markets and 15% better during down markets. Alpha, beta and R-squared are considered MPT (Modern Portfolio Theory) statistics and are based on a least-squared regression of the fund’s return over Treasury bills (called excess return) and the excess returns of the fund’s benchmark index.
  5. You can integrate any stage the Spiral you want. And no stage should be demonized
  6. Twittlers. (it rhymes with Hitler)
  7. I'll call it sleepogenic foods, Lmao.
  8. Nice to have an amazing list of such items and cuisines.
  9. @abrakamowse This just shows why the market is stupid. You can literally create "value" by investing in a low value stock, hyping that stock on the internet to to boost its value artificially, then sell it when the value goes up a little, thus creating a big return for a few original investors, then screwing over a bunch of people when the stock falls. Basically, a pyramid scheme that just requires timing. It's so stupid. Capitalism, as it is,is retarded. This whole thing is based on betting, and manipulating the market, on both sides, both from the hedge fund guys, and the reddit guys. Remember that Hedge funds also go and buy healthy companies, load them with debt and make profits while the company goes under as well as their employees. Pure speculation, no price discovery on a stock, companies receiving bailouts and CEOS buys back their stock propping up the company economic indicators and thus getting paid more in bonus. HF make money when stock wins or loses. These same hedge funds worked hard to also kill Tesla for many years. The enemies are the hedge funds that are betting against businesses by shorting their stock in order to drive them out of business due to their greed. Not all billionaires are evil.
  10. You need stage Green and Stage Red. You need someone who will cut off the heads of some chickens.
  11. @abrakamowse like a big slap in the face for HF.
  12. Yeah, and when the big wigs pump and dump, manipulate the market and do insider trading there is no consequences.ike never. Once in a blue moon there is an investigation, and ... Wow... The people commiting fraud get to pay a fine that is 0.5% of their yearly profits. If the authorities ignore hedge fund pump and dumps, they should ignore everyone. Or investigate both.
  13. Shouldn't invest money you can't miss.
  14. Last few weeks have been really tough for me emotionally. One day I feel okay, the next day I feel very hurt and upset. These feelings are arising from knowing that I was cheated on. Since the day I found out that I was cheated on, I haven't been feeling normal at all. The breakdown of my trust has frankly traumatized me to the point I get flashbacks when I try to sleep, I wake up in fear and anxiety, seeing images of ex playing in my mind and how much he hurt me. This is the first time I have been cheated on in a relationship. I was never cheated on by any of my ex boyfriends in my previous relationships. I've been struggling really hard trying to remain sane for the past two weeks. The intense feeling of hurt/betrayal is causing me to feel suicidal. Every day I wake up trying to feel better for the day but the anxious feeling of "broken trust" lingers on and the anxiety comes back and so do the suicidal feelings. I feel played, betrayed, used, hurt, toyed and my emotions are all over the place. The emotions are raw and the wounds are fresh. I know time can heal such things and I wish time would really go fast. But it seems time is frozen when I'm feeling all these traumatic feelings. How to reduce/heal this trauma of hurt/broken heart/betrayal? Please don't tell professional therapy because it's extremely expensive in my place and no way can I afford it. Thanks for listening.
  15. I think the smart investors will not panic and see the real opportunity. Short Gamespot at $300+ per share and when all the temp investors get out because they cannot stand the risk the price will go back down to its normal level and a few will make a killing.
  16. @dflores321 I see. I need to try those.
  17. That's why I talked about buyers confidence. Such behavior can easily lead to buyer's remorse. It's like stealing money. And it can put buyers at great risk. When Wall Streeters do stock shorting among themselves, there's a certain confidence with which they do that reducing risk, it's not simply copying each other. So the whole initiative was not wisely designed.
  18. Watch AOC live streaming Gamestop stock ban. Kinda cringey in the beginning.. I don't think she is winning here with her argument. Actual content starts at 28 minute mark. The first 20 mins are tech issues.
  19. Actually the lack of buyers confidence is very public so they don't have a chance to make good, it becomes a coup, so the lawyers will win here. Of course congress people will make a big deal out of it but rules are rules and the redditors should have known better.
  20. @Husseinisdoingfine is there a channel called Bad Empanada. Lmao
  21. In a way you're right because the betters didn't buy the stocks on buyers confidence, they did a cynical buying, so it wasn't a wise move. It doesn't count as investor sincerity.
  22. Don't you think that the name Robinhood in this context is so ironic? It should be renamed as Vladhood. Lol. I mean how much more ironic could it get with the name Robinhood.
  23. @abrakamowse wow. The bullshit is when he said he didn't do it at the directions of sec and hedge funds. Such a big lie. At the same time he says there's no liquidity problem, then what was driving him, hahahaha. That guy is the biggest Bullshitter lol. The fact they just restricted everything and gave no warning and didn't say anything for hours tells me all I need to know. Good that they interviewed him on the bullshit, his business can tank.
  24. I would hug my cat so so so so tightly. After that I would hug my boyfriend tightly. Tell them how much I love them and miss them.
