LOL. I was never interested in imperialism and monarchy. I usually saw them as evil. But these days, the Monarchy is constantly in the news because of Markle interview, I thought this was a good chance to dig into the British Monarchy, although any knowledge of the British Royals is quite rare given their eternal presence most that we ever hear of are just family dramas and scandals which is quite disappointing, the monarchy should really be about more than that, and maybe it's my own delusional fantasies that the Monarchy should represent as a saviour of the public, especially in the light of how Prime Ministers and Presidents are popcorn regular run of the mill politicians who hardly care about the welfare of the public, in such circumstances, the public is more likely to steer their hopes towards celebrities, pop icons, gurus, royals in the expectation that these figureheads would resonate with the public sentiment. I guess this is a natural human reaction where the public wants someone that represent their emotions, if not their struggles and somehow gives them a sense of direction and example in troubling times, this was never more evident than in the extraordinary sentimental public reaction to the death of Princess Diana, which in some ways I found obscene, yet it was a great glimpse into the mindset of the general public to raise icons who resonate with them and venerate them to no end. This sort of reminds of the ancient concept of the Pharaohs (another subject that is always titillating to my interests) who were worshipped by people and considered to be the saviours of the public in times of trouble and an example of the way to live. So it was quite an interesting time to revisit the Monarchy Wow, that's quite a thing. I had no knowledge of that. Seems a bit excessive to me. Not to mention expensive. The influence of the royal family, whether the traditional British or any other like the Dutch is really debatable. I personally don't think that the royal family should only be figureheads, of course as figureheads they could still continue to inspire people to live a good life of rejoice and celebration, yet that's a very limited role, an expansion of such a role into government and the army is more desirable, it creates an unusual feeling of trust where if the government makes a wrong decision that is against public favor, especially during times of war or distress, the monarchs could easily step in to make amends and control government transgressions and take care of the situation to spare the public of the assaults of their own flawed and corrupt governments. I think as a general rule, or probably due to historic reasons, people are more likely to trust a King/Queen than the reigning government. I would like to differentiate here that the concept of a monarch is much more differentiated from that of a tyrant, a fascist leader like Hitler or a dictator. Because these are mainly political figures and in contrast the royals are seen more in the capacity of graceful public figures who hold the people together in bad times, and help the continuation of the cultural tradition and lifestyle in a glorious and gracious manner, rather than dictatorial. I think in some ways, monarchs (just as pharaohs) are seen as saviours of a culture, as someone who could have the capacity to oppose the power of someone like Hitler and prevent the power of such persons from getting out of hand. Therefore the role of a monarch is quite mysterious in this regard, and seeing such roles and powers being exercised in times of national crises, is a heroic thing to watch, this however could only be a fantasy or it could be true, I've no personal historical experience to really attest to such a sentiment yet this sentiment is always an undercurrent to such expressions. I'd say that a certain degree of charm is needed in order to make a strong point and Peter, as much as I respect him, lacks in this department in which his brother Christopher was generously gifted. So it is quite a pleasure to watch Hitchens speak, although I might want to hear Peter, but probably rarely.

Since I was exploring the royal family system, I came across a bunch of royal themes that caught my attention and they are splendid.

Since watching Hitchens I realized the number one thing that I was doing wrong Emotions Although emotions are absolutely important for cultivating an intuition but the biggest drawback with emotions is that they cloud judgement. And judgement is key. Judgement is absolutely important. Judgement and intellect go hand in hand and they help you to drag yourself out of your bubble of fantasy and lack of understanding of truth about people. I'll use this symbol to represent all the concepts I laid out in this journal.

Excerpts Indeed, photo opportunities and nothing more, before being whisked away to her Five Star hotel. In reality none of the wretched people she was deemed to "care" so much about were ever allowed to enter her hermetically sealed world...and none of this showboating came at any financial cost to her either. Anyone can put on a long face for the public. Let's talk facts. Diana Spencer died in a speeding car in a Parisian underpass side by side with a millionaire playboy. And what's never mentioned about this supposed "supermum" is that she hadn't seen her young sons once in the month leading up to her death. Hitch was spot on. 'she hugged a sick child', 'she held the hand of an aids victim'. Im pretty sure there isn't a celebrity in the world regardless of character who would miss a PR opportunity like that. People really are gullible. Diana had every reason to hate the Monarchy because it would make her look good. This was her inner narcissism and need for power, she was just a goldigger of aristocratic lineage, she knew how to milk the royal cow, and milk she did, she used every opportunity to trash the royal family and make herself look good, she portrayed her husband as a philanderer meanwhile carrying on affairs with low quality men on the side, throughout the marriage, unbeknownst to charles and the media, she was not only good at hiding her own shenanigans and mischief but also able to manipulate the press to always give her a favorable coverage of her. Playing victim was her armor and way to deflect attention from her own behavior.

This is very evident in some of Hitchen's videos. Like the videos he made on Diana and mother Teresa. He exposed all the lies fed to the media.

Hitchens has taught me the biggest lesson in life. And that is to be logical and thoughtful and intellectual first and emotional later. And this is important to support the right people in life. Because if you go by emotions, you end up supporting all the wrong people in life.

Lately the Queen has become my biggest role model.

Taken from the joy journal I decided to compile what I've been thinking with some things that were discussed in page 32 of the Teal Swan thread above along with the video that was mentioned there. I wanted everything to be in one place to provide a background for this brief post. I've been contemplating about survival, selfishness, meeting you needs, enforcing your boundaries etc. I think part of my backlash has to do with me trying to skip integration and jump into transcendence. It's important to know that even after knowing deep truths that you will still have needs and that's ok. We risk developing shadows and getting into dangerous situations when we try to aim for transcendence prematurely without going through the stage of integration. Goes back to the whole thing about needing to build a strong and healthy ego before ego death. That's why stage yellow is an important foundation to turquoise. Stage yellow is integrative while stage turquoise is transcendent. And I know that I have to go much deeper into yellow and exhaust my needs from the other stages before jumping to turquoise. I believe that Teal Swan has a more integrative approach given how she talks about making peace with your shadow and integrating that to your identity to have a healthier ego and way of going about the world, while Leo has more of a transcendent approach given how he talks about enlightenment, letting go of the ego, and everything being an illusion

Yes enlightenment and transcendence is more humanity and love. But before you go to transcendence, you need to go through integration. That's why stage Yellow is before stage Turquoise. Integration of all of the stages in order to ensure that you have worked through your shadows is essential in providing the foundation for transcendence. If you try to transcend your needs before meeting them, you risk creating a shadow for that need. Yes, transcendence and stage turquoise is higher than integration and stage yellow but integration is just as important and isn't lesser to transcendence. Yes you can have physical preferences and yes you can have emotional needs. None of those make you superficial or needy. It just matters on the way you go about meeting those needs. As far as emotional needs goes, there are some people who get dependent on their partner and expect them to be therapist and provider. That's not a healthy way of going about those needs for either party. But wanting a supportive partner who you feel like you can be vulnerable with because you feel emotionally safe can create an intimate connection that benefits both parties. Same goes for the need for sex and physical preference. An unhealthy way of going about it is reducing the other person's worth down to physical appearance as if that is the main thing that matters. Women have suffered a lot from this by things like objectification , the way we are expected to adhere to beauty standards, and the messed up notion that women lose their value after a certain age because they are no longer attractive. A healthy way to go about meeting needs for sex and physical preferences is acknowledging them but not wrapping all of your standards up with appearances and instead also taking the other persons personality and agenda into consideration. I feel that women are generally better at this because we can acknowledge our preferences when it comes to what we like about the male form. Not to be vulgar but we do talk about the attractiveness of the male body and sex in general similar to how guys talk about liking asses and tits. Many of us are also ok with casual sex and that's ok. But the thing is that we don't base a man's worth solely on those things because we don't objectify men they way they objectify us. You can see this in a societal and institutional scale as well.

This is age to enjoy. So spend No offense but it seems like your Indian parents have put a scarcity mindset into you My Indian parents have done the same. Thank God I never follow what they say. You gotta spend how much you like. It's not a good mindset to think excessively about money. It leads to unhappiness long term Just my 2 cents Also I agree with @fridjonk here.

Feel sad and insecure when something like that happens. The world is still so largely racist. The best is to create one humanity. -

Renewed respect for the queen One thing I learned is that you should always remain strong no matter, no matter what family tragedies you have to face You should work to save those who can be saved, do your duty, pray to God and care much more about impressing and connecting those with high consciousness. And walk with them and their energy and not let your light be dim. And as you keep doing these things , you will eventually be firmly connected to those who possess divine wisdom and consciousness and you will continue to keep flowing in their aura and protected by their aura. This is what you need to do. Basically this thing means live with God There is underwirld covered by a cover or cloud of corruption, evil and bad human nature like greed and when above this cloud is a place or kingdom of goodness and happiness and mutual love. It will only come to the underworld when we get rid of the cloud. That's how you leave cheap people with bad energy behind. There is a basic level that you need to rise above and over in order to do good things in life. This level is where you completely get rid of bad people from your life.. And move upwards. Non living systems will not impact you negatively. It's only biological beings who can affect you and do you evil. But not all biological or living beings, especially humans, are evil. But some are. And even one is not enough to tilt your life apart.

Another paragraph You want the sweet honey to drip from my pen but it's your heart that makes me spin around, your charm that uplifts my soul, I came so far, through all the mountains and tides, fought all the glaciers and lies, took birth a million times, just so I could get the touch of your face, the smell of your coat, the press of your lips, what holds me against you, nothing but this warm frozen water, this snow covered lake, where I want to meet you, like we always used to, you were from another world, another universe whose matrix was laid out for me, I lusted for your love and you heard my clarion call, like a shriek through the thick clouds, and you broke the matrix to come into my lane, fixed my automatic heart, gave me your blood and your kisses, warmed me up from a frozen state, I had turned into a warm haze, I descended onto the lake, the frozen lake of war, of despair and desperation and yet here im waiting forever for your love to set me free from this lake, put your fire into it and breathe your warm breath into my cold sinews, you're my lover, my saviour, my angel, my gallant, you descend like a hawk and swoop over my heart, remove the chains and sweep me off my feet, mid air, c'mon set me free.
-
You're the angel in my heart. There have been so many, though, they come and go but you stay, as always, from the deepest corners of my heart, with all honesty. I think I love you. Your love is everything to me, every day it's heaven and I think how special we could be. There is this feeling in the depth of my heart I might go insane without your touch on my soft skin, your moving your fingers through my hair that's the best feeling a lover can give, take what you need, because this love is new, it's your raw passion that ignites me, like in my dreams,. I know that you're holding me, like you say every time how much you love me, don't hold back,. I can't hold back, so now tell me the truth cause I need to know, you want to take control of me and you need to show, how you own me, like the waves of the sea, you come into me, own me once again and never let go, because you create this flow, you make me come back for more, you make me climb, you make me fall, you make me laugh and you make me cry, cause I'm in love with you, truly madly and lovingly, you're the sweetest thing that happened to me so far, but in love we are....so drop your cigarettes because I'm here, you don't need any other, let the smoke be gone and the room be filled with our passionate air, leave your hickey on my neck, your sign on my body, your steamy kiss on my tongue, or your phone number on my steamy window, cause I'm in love with you, this will never end, it's eternal romance, takes forever to come, and it never goes, out of the corner of my eye, I see you coming, and as long as you have me in your arms, as long as we will be strong in our love, this song will go on.
