Important points. in every rakat, the recitation of surah fatiha is a must Rakah offered during each prayer of the day (in order): Fajr: - 2 rakah sunnah - 2 rakah farz Dhur: 1- 4 rakat sunnah 2- 4 rakat farz 3- 2 rakat sunnah Asr: 1- 4 rakat farz Maghrib: 1- 3 rakat farz 2- 2 rakat sunnah Isha: 1- 4 rakat farz 2- 2 rakat Sunnah 3- 3 rakah witr wajb. so 4 rakah sunnah means in that prayer you need to perform 4 rakat and the prayer type is sunnah for sunnah recitation remains the same for farz, the first two rakat recitation remains the same, meaning that you just say surah fatiha and one more surah, as you know However, in farz, the rakah performed after the first two rakah, you don't recite another surah after surah fatiha you cut that part out only Meaning you perform the farz by saying everything throughout all the rakats then after the first two rakat only recite surat Fatiha and not any other surah in the standing position As Muslims honor the prophet as the highest and savior. So they want everything to be absolute and said absolutely the same. It might mean the same thing, but for the general population of Muslims. Since, they view this Prophet as sacred, making a tiny error will you know trigger them. So thats why its insulting to change the line Peace be upon him or using it casually. What do you think "Qiyamat ka din" means? It means End of days Glossary Jaza kallah meaning - May Allah reward you with Goodness Walid is the male parent and Um أم is female parent Shalwar Kameez is the general muslim dress. Firstly the shia Musilims are very dysfunctional and possessed with victim mentality It all just boils down to Islamic history In Islamic history their were two great people,"Abu Bakr" and "Ali" and it just the matter of which one of them was the successor after the death of the great Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) The shia says it is Ali The sunni says it is Abu Bakr or no-one by no-one It means its up to people to decide The Ashoura. The process is called tatbir

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) PBUH - peace be upon him. And the other version is Peace and Blessings be upon him. Allah (SWT) Subhanahu wa ta'ala, Arabic for "The most glorified, the most high", Muslim honorific. In Arabic, "Subhanahu wa ta'ala" translates as "Glory to Him, the Exalted" or "Glorious and Exalted Is He." In saying or reading the name of Allah, the shorthand of "SWT" indicates an act of reverence and devotion toward God. Islamic scholars instruct adherents that the letters are intended to serve as reminders only. Allah SWT (which is the short form abbreviation) Allah subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Allah subhana watala.

Muakkadah means sunna prayers which the Prophet never abandon. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) always performed these acts which makes them Muakkadah. Acts that belongs to this category of Muakkadah is considered a must for Musilims. Ghair Muakkadah means sunnah which is not reliable. I mean these are acts which Prophet Muhammad (SAW) sometimes performed and sometime did not perform. Act that belongs to this category of Ghair Muakkadah is optional for Musilims to follow.

@diamondpenguin it's not so much stage Blue (I could be lying, maybe it's a percentage is stage Blue when it comes to matters of sex and maybe I don't like to admit that I could be a bit sexually repressed ) but it has more to do with me feeling regret over having sex with assholes in the past and feeling dirty about it. Now I just want to keep myself a bit restricted and only have sex when I'm 100% 100% sure. Want to keep my chastity for a special guy.

India is notorious for gang rapes
-
There was a point in my life where I faced sexual assaults almost every day. Now because of corona, some relief in that direction. Try being a woman in India. It feels like hell. Constant fear of rape. Not exaggerating at all.
-
Let's see if any component in my diet is causing this and I'll keep a track on it
-
So this week my sexual urges were really bad. I didn't tell my current date about it because I haven't even met him yet let alone imagine having sex with him. And I won't have sex with him. I had promised myself not to So it's going to be a bit of work around to manage my sexual desires which have turned very creepy this year. Mother Goddess hasn't been merciful to me. She has probably decided to punish me with some intense female horniness. And now being a female feels like a punishment Girl put on your chastity lock.

I didn't know the word menstrual coaching existed, thanks.
-
Another good suggestion from @Michael569.. there are many women who do something called "menstrual coaching or period coaching". Basically, these ladies specialise in the management of PMS, they explain how the cycle works and how to adjust one's lifestyle. Many can be found on Instagram and maybe you could connect with someone like that. If you can find it, you may try experimenting with Agnus Castus extract as well ass something like red clover. Either that or finding a local herbalist to have a chat with, herbs can work really well on hormonal balance. But other than that, journaling may offer some help in exploring these urges and feelings
